When I go and buy a service, I can only see 4 options: PayPal, Payza, Bitcoin and SolidTrustPay. Once, I saw card payment among these also but now it has disappeared. As you can see, I have an account and I have asked the seller if he has disabled card payment (which he didn't). Why can't I pay by card?
There are services that has only some ways or methods to pay. Maybe they can't get a permission to add to their options the payment by card because of legal matters. Paypal and the Payza both have the card options. You can avoid logging into your paypal. And instead use the card option. That should work out for paying through both paypal and payza. Here the issue would be for the refunds. So having paypal account would be lot better option. You can use the paypal account, fund it with the credit card and then use it for paying and the refunds. I have checked my settings and I have noticed that there is no possibility to make a payment by card. If you want to make a payment using your card then you can easily link that card to your PayPal account. Then you can pay for the service using your PayPal account.
