You are not really craving bananas. Most likely you have a magnesium craving. That means your body needs magnesium.

You are likely vitamin or mineral deficient.

Take a good multi vitamin and you will stop having cravings.

I love any tart fruit such as lemon or lime. I don't like sweet fruits as they don't please my palette.

Though when I was a child, I would always eat oranges, which are intensely sweet.

Bananas are so high in fiber, very good for digestion. Pineapples are my favorite too, especially on cake. I love very tart and sweet fruits.

Have you tried canned pineapples with sliced bananas? The combination of the fruits is really amazing! You can have that on cereal, yogurt or just with whipped cream.

I want orange juice. It's been so long since I had any OJ in the house. Just seems like the right thing now. Very cool and refreshing, a nice complement for the warmer weather.

It will always be mangoes. We have mangoes growing in our garden but since they are seasonal we have to wait for months. We do preserve the mango juice and that somewhat satiates my craving.

I crave cold watermelon on hot summer day, I doubt though that it has the same nutritional value as bananas.

I'm craving a big red apple! Apples had become so expensive here in my country that it is almost impossible to buy them. I see you all craving tropical fruits. I love pinapples here, they are super sweet, cheap and delicious. And a plus: they are grown in my hometown.

I'm craving for avocado and melon so bad hahaha. It is just I love the taste of it especially when you add some condensed milk to it, it feels like I'm in heaven Lol. I remember one time we have bunch of avocados and I eat more than once because it is just so good that I can resist myself in eating it besides from it I also look for the benefits of the foods I am eating and I would avocados are really good particularly with our skin so if you want to have this flawless and glowing skin then I would say avocados will really help you a lot in terms of beautifying your skin. Well in terms of the melon, I just love them so much and I know it have a lot of nutrients you can get from it. God bless everyone and thanks.

What fruits are you craving?

The one fruit that I've been craving for is called PILI. It's found in Bicol, Philippines. The taste is just a unique bland taste. But once you eat it, together with Kuyog (Fish sauce with little fish in it) and put it onto rice, I'm sure that you'll never stop eating it. It's very delicious and tasty when you do that kind of combination. Once the fruit is eaten and what's left is the nut, you just wash it and dry it in the sun, and then you just crack the nutshell and voila, you'll have your PILI nut. it's as tasty as almond. They usually make some pili candy. You'll love it.

The fruit that I crave the most are mangoes. Any kind of fruits is fine with me. I can't help myself. I just want to eat and eat as many mangoes as I can. Raw mangoes are delicious and also the by-product mangoes. My favorite by-product mango is dried mango. I also made some juice from mango. Sometimes I put some twist while eating it like dipping it to "bagoong". It is so delicious I can't resist eating it.

Me too as well, mangoes are the most perfect fruit for any weather I would say. Especially the Dried and Raw fresh mangoes are the best, nothing beats it's sweetness. And I do agree with the "bagoong" thing as well, it's the perfect combination you can ever find for a mangoes.
