What is meant by "Listers' ?

Just now i checked a page titled lister's - https://listingdock.com/listers

What does this mean mean ? What is "Listers" ? How only few people is in that list ? How can i get my name in this list ?
Please can someone explain becuase i want to know everything about this page.

The term "Listers" is just another name for Sellers, Freelancers, etc..
This website is called Listing Dock, so Listers is best suited for it.
Everyone that has an account here on Listing Dock is a Lister.

Thanks for the explanation,I was wondering when I first saw it and I was assuming same when I saw some names and some of my friend's names were included because they're selling here but I wasn't too sure.So now my assumption was right after all.
