I've ordered the keyword organic service for my french website (reliable providers are difficult to find for this country) and all works like described by the seller. I've contacted him for a question and he answered in a very professional way. I plan to buy other services from this seller (if I notice major improvement in my search engine ranking I'll publish another comment).
Traffic is poor quality. All the extras made no noticeable difference. Waste of money. The keywords added did not drive any traffic to the products they are meant for in order to convert and get a sale at the least.
