    Crafting from magazines

    I have about 200 old magazines collected over the past ten years since my teens. Some are in excellent condition and others show signs of wear. I don't know whether to sell them or let my nieces use them for crafts. Do you think they could do any crafting from the pictures inside?

    I am sure that they could. I doubt you could get much if you sell them so why not let them have some enjoyment from them?

    Kids love copy paste type crafts and I'm sure they will get a lot of joy from your collection. You could even have some fun crafting alongside, offering tips or create a giant family collage with everyone's input.

    Yes they would love to do this. Just cutting and pasting can be loads of fun for kids.

    Kids really do love to cut. They love finding things that they like and making a collage or picture out of it.

    My daughter cut up some of our magazine collection the other day. She was pretending the pieces were coupons as we were watching Extreme Couponing show at the time. She had such fun. Always interesting to see what kids come up with for their playtime. Crafting from magazines

    What a great way for her to be creative and use some fine motor skills at the same time.

    Yes crafting from magazine is a good thing i still remember me and my sister crafting some old magazine adding it to our scrapbook at home all the pictures with family and relatives are there and we use some of the old magazine as a design of the scrapbook and it turn out well.

    I think it will make more sense giving to your kids for crafting I believe selling it after the crafting will make more money that wanted to sell the magazine. you could try Esty,EBay or Amazon with the selling of the craft.

    Why don't you ask her, kids are very inventive and sometimes it has so many great ideas that we could not have.
    She might do wonderful things from your magazines, let her give a try and if there are negative results you can sell the rest of magazines.
