    What's your favorite home decorating style?

    My preference is for casual country style home decorating as it's very reminiscent of the style my mother used for her home and brings back many fond memories of growing up. I love natural wood textures in my home, even nature elements such as bouquets of branches and rough hewn furniture pieces. These items lend charm and character to my home and let my guests see my true personality through my home's appearance.

    I have very simple decorating tastes. I'm more about utilitarian. I don't want to make too big of a deal over decor, but everything needs to have a function that serves me.

    Just clean and simple, utilitarian and not too fancy. I don't want to be tripping over antiques trying to navigate my house. Only practical things go in every room, things that I use every day.

    Eclectic. Functional. I like contemporary and upscale furniture so long as it's very comfortable and kid/cat friendly.

    No light fabrics that will show marks easily.

    I am not picky about my decor so long as it's functional and serves a purpose. Maybe others have a particular style in mind for home decorating, I just want things to work for me when I need them to.

    Modern feel and user friendly. My sofa is leather, my console tv is actually a set of cabinets, book shelves and tv console from Ikea, my dinning table is glass top with wooden table, chrome legs and PVC cushion chair, my curtains are matching colors of the cabinets and my kitchen are table tops from Ikea too

    To be honest with you, I don't have a special preference for the decoration I will want my building/room to have as long as I will employ an home interior manager that will take care of that for me.

    I love the modern style of decoration, I give a facelift to my rooms every now and then.If I have extra bucks I get a cheap local decor artist to put some finishing touches on the interior of each room.Nothing complicated, just anything to keep my home neat and modern.
