Yes it is a great investment if you can afford it. Often times, a house payment can be comparable to rent. I know that we were paying rent and for only a bit more, we could buy a house. But then there are other aspects to look at as well, such as insurance and property taxes.

Yes Buying a home is a good investment that always helps to secure your future. Buying a home is a good investment that will appreciate over time, and eventually help provide for retirement by not having a house payment in your old age once you’ve paid off the mortgage. Alternatively, you can make money selling the house when you become too old to live alone or just need to downsize to a smaller house or a condo.

Yes of course buying a house is a very good investment in my opinion. It doesn't matter if you bought it for personal use or business use in terms of renting it out or leasing it out, it's definitely a good investment.

If it's a house bought for personal use, it's definitely going to save the own the expenses of paying for rent anymore, but if it's bought for commercial purposes, it's a very lucrative business as the owner would be making a lot from rent/lease fees as and at when due.

Yesit is good investment … the value of house and lot is increasing every year. If you have money now and you can afford to buy a house better to do it now. It will help you later on if you decided to sell in the long run it will be advantage to you. It also has advantage like it’s relatively easy to get financeit may not feel like it when you’re applying for a mortgage, but lenders like property. Home loans are a major part of any bank’s business model, and lenders are more likely to lend on residential property than any other asset class. Investment or not, your property is still just that – a property. So, should events take a turn which means you have to move into that property, you can (pending rental agreements, of course) whether for the short term or the long term – and, if things change again, you can move back out, leaving your investment intact.

I think it is a great investment in any kind of place or situation. A house or an apartment shouldn't get cheaper and if you own one it is a good way to "keep" your savings as you can sell it and have a big amount of money on you.

Buying a house - it was, it is, and it will be a good investment, it’s like gold, high price will remain for hundreds of years, minimum. Well, sometimes depends on regions on other factors not related to real estate but can affect the final price. I have lived in the UK for a few years to know what's happening here and many people explained to me how it works here British people live on renting their houses, because the biggest part of immigrants can’t afford to purchase a house. My decision was not to bring my money to private physical persons and take Mortgage Advisor Bristol plan to live in my own house. Perfect plan

We had a long argument with my fiance about this topic. I've never owned any property and thought that renting
is the best option for me especially while I'm single. Mortgage loans, implying interest rate's overpayments and you can't be sure that it'll bring you much income as a business investment. Also, I was a little afraid that I won't be able to choose the best offer. Plus, we are moving to Derby next year and I have no idea about prices and interest rates there. So my fiance suggested hiring Mortgage Broker Derby to find us a good deal. She believes that the mortgage is a good investment. Hope we are making the right decision.

I miss having hair that length. No fucking around putting product in it, it dries in .5 seconds, it's cool in the summer, doesn't get messed up by hats or headphones, it's great.

New apartment, new job, new hair ... Hmmm interesting. Well, look, let's put everything in order. I'm 18 years old. Until today, I lived with my parents, but I moved to a new apartment !!! After that, my life changed dramatically and I still do not believe that without someone else's support I was able to achieve all this. Throughout this period I created my own startup and now I was able to pay off the loan from Mortgage Broker Cardiff and manage my own project. what you really want and go to the goal, then you will definitely achieve success ..
