Is the Recommendations Count for Selling Only? (or Buying Too?)

Is the Count for My Recommendations that is on the left column of my Profile Page a total count of both my recommendations f buying and selling? or is it just counting the recommendations that i get when selling?

The reason i am asking i because i have got a few recommendations from sellers n i bought services here, but my count on my profile still says 0.

There's an interesting question...
This should be visible to the public, as it makes them aware how good the sellers is, as their also a great buyer as well. I've recommended buyers, and by doing this I had assumed it was going to be visible to the public eye...

I think recommendations is both ways for selling and for buying.If one is a good buyer, then sellers can recommend them to other sellers and if a seller is good with his or her services they can also be recommended by buyers for more custom and normal delivery, so it a two-way thing.
