Well its almost time for us to go back to Ichiro hibachi again. My kids have not been in a long time but when they did go they loved it. When the guy comes out and he throws his cooking tools in the air and starts the fire its amazing. The sake rice wine is awesome and they often have competition with the table to see who can drink the most sake. I usually order the filet mignon and shrimp with pork fried rice and friend ice cream for desert.
If you never been to one of these kind of restaurants you really need to go and enjoy a eating experience unlike any other. The food is amazing the service is always grade A. Some places will actually give you your meal for free if its your birthday. Just bring a copy of your photo ID and your golden just by your drinks and eat well.
Below i wanted to share a video of a place in New York thats very popular:

they make you so much food and cook everything to the way you like it, we end up coming home with half of every ones plate!!!! which is great because then theres left overs for the next day. i love how they start you off with the soup and then the little bowl of salad and then your meal. i have always wondered what kind of dressing they use because it is always so good. i would love to try and make it myself and have it on hand at home!! LOL I LOVE HIBACHI!!!! and yes we need to find one close to us ASAP, because now i want some!! LOL i remember we used to go to a Hibachi place all the time. we have taken the kids there a few times and they are so intrigued by the "show" the chef puts on, its great! and of course there is always something for the adults....SAKE! just take lots of shots of sake and you dont even have to buy your own drinks. LOL that stuff is so strong! although the prices per plate can be a bit much but you get so much food and pretty much get a little comedy with it as well. every Hibachi place i have been too, the chef is always very funny and makes the experience a lot more memorable! they make you so much food and cook everything to the way you like it, we end up coming home with half of every ones plate!!!! which is great because then theres left overs for the next day. i love how they start you off with the soup and then the little bowl of salad and then your meal. i have always wondered what kind of dressing they use because it is always so good. i would love to try and make it myself and have it on hand at home!!
