What's your monthly budget for craft supplies?

I have been out of crafting for awhile, very busy with work. However, I'd like to take up crochet again as it's been awhile. For me, this is always a relaxing activity. And, I have hopes of selling some of my work online as there are many sites where you can showcase art and crafts for sale.

I am not sure what monthly budget to allocate to my craft supplies as this is still a hobby and not a money earner.

I might just do this as a hobby and see where it goes.

What do you usually buy each month with this?

Just depends on what I have the money for. Some months I have more to spend then others.

I don't have a budget for crafts or art as I don't do any type of artwork or handcrafted projects. However, my grandmother creates soaps and candles and often spends $100 or more when visiting the local hobby shop. She usually sells the finished product to friends though, so she is never out of pocket for money.

I limit my budget for like $10 to$ 20. Because I tend to board a lot.

I do not allocate too much money for crafts, in fact, I am trying to save money as much as possible so, I would say that my budget for crafts would be around 30 -40 dollars a month. Sometimes I do not spend all the money and they will roll on for the next month!

I think focus should be on recycling the stuff. That way the budget can come down even more further. And you can even avoid things going wasted. That's what I have learned in that case. I think budget lower the better. That's what I have learned over a period of time. It's kind of harder to speculate though.

I don't know about specific budget. But what I have found out that as long as you can recycle some of the items at home. You're better with the content in that case. It can be really good for the budget. So whenever possible make sure to recycle the items. And that should be good to go for most of the time.
