Have you purchased any artwork this Christmas season?

Have you purchased any artwork or craft this Christmas holidays?

I purchased that piece of art from a local artist in my neighborhood for $30. I'm thinking of gifting it out to one of my close relatives this Christmas.

I haven't purchase any artwork this Christmas season. My priority in my shopping list this Christmas aside from groceries and foods for Noche Buena are toys and clothes for my nephews, niece and god children. I also want to buy new clothes for my father. However, when I need some artworks or want to give an artwork as a gift, I hire my friend who is an artist and now also an architect. He is very good in painting and he even teach me some basic techniques.

I could buy artwork only that I do not have any person to gift it to. I am not that much of an artistic individual and neither are my friends hence the reason.

I can use a piece of artwork on my room since my walls are still bare, LOL. Kidding aside, you can give it to anyone even though they are not into arts or design. I'm sure they'll appreciate it, it's the thought that counts!

Artwork? No. Electronics, a lot. That's a great piece, by the way, I'm sure the one you'll be giving it to will be more than happy to hang them on their wall.

Great idea. Buying gifts at christmas for anyone is such a hassle. If you think about it, its so hard to decide what to get everyone. What if they already have it? I think that getting art is a good idea. Especially if you can get it especially drawn to suit the person's taste and style. I don't think that this is impossible because they are so many artists looking for work and one day those pictures could be worth alot of money if the artist becomes famous.

It takes more for one to gift and this is something that I am always in the know when it comes to gifting things to people. It makes me get in the way of tryeto ensure that everything work pretty fine for me. I am looking at buying a whole lot of gifts for my friends during this Christmas period.

I actually never thought of buying an artwork as a gift for someone on Christmas. It is because my friends and relatives have different tastes and my likes could be different from theirs. So, I opt out buy something which is very useful rather than something that ends up being displayed. But, it is a great idea though.

Oh none at all. I have however been a part of an art auction this month. The artwork was actually painted right in front of us and at the end of the painter's work, the auction began. It was a rewarding experience to be a part of. As a creative person, it's always great to see other creative people doing really well at what they do. It was even more amazing because that was the first time I witnessed someone paint in real time.

I love artwork! I think that it is so nice to support others during the holidays. I make crafts for my family members, as I love doing various crafts. But I did purchase a hand-painted sign two months ago. It was simply gorgeous. The lady that painted it is from my husband's hometown, and her work is exquisite. She is so talented that I really do look up to her.

Hand painted stuff really does make for great gifts. I love the uniqueness and the fact that most of the time no two pieces are the same. You’re really giving someone a special gift if you give them something like that.

Nope I didn't and I'm not planning to, I'm more into like digital stuffs like mobile phones, video cards, etcétera in Christmas. I'm just waiting for the Christmas sales or discounts in online shopping sites, so that I'll buy it in a much lesser price.

I enjoy collecting artwork but haven’t bought any yet this holiday season. I usually get a new artwork whenever I travel somewhere new, but I don’t have plans for travel this Christmas.

Wow that's a nice artwork. Actually we are not going to purchase anything about artwork because they will ask me to the artwork for them. We only buy customized christmas calendar and we usually give it as their gifts.

That's a nice piece of art you got there. I think artworks are always a nice gift to receive (yes now you know what I prefer to receive as gifts lol). I think the last time I bought an artwork as a gift was for my mom but she didn't like it at all so I didn't bother gifting any more pieces to anyone else.

I have not yet purchased anything worth novelty. I may have to invest some money into that. So far I have noticed that artwork is a bit not that easier for the purchase. Lot of places to look for. And people have no clue how the season changes may also change the art in this region. So I think I am a bit out of luck.

I actually haven't purchased any artwork during Christmas seasons. I just think that it wouldn't be of use all year round. If I were to buy an artwork, ai would make sure that it's appropriate for all seasons and it wouldn't be too weird to be displayed all-year round.

My mom used to purchased artworks of angels, children and animals. During Christmas, she'll buy something relevant for sure. I, on the other hand, make artworks myself because I enjoy it since I were a kid. I have been paid before but for a friendly price only because I am not comfortable of making money out of my hobby. I also have given a lot of my artworks as a gift to some friends, relatives and other persons who appreciate my artwork especially when I was able to practice portraiture.

You must be artistic since other people would want to have your work. That's something that I always dream, to be an artist and sell my works. Too bad my hands are not that great in things like that.

Well yeah. I was very happy when I found something things by numbers that I could give to my closest ones. For this Christmas season it was hard to find a great design because a lot of people were looking for such gifts. Hopefully on paintingbynumbersshop.com I was able to buy all those pictures. I would recommend you see their website to because the prices there are very reasonable and the pictures are amazing.
