I need photos restored

I have some very old pictures of me and my brothers from childhood that I would like to archive in a scrapbook. I want to have the photos restored as many are worn with time and colors fading. Does anyone know of a service that could help me with this?

You could try Walgreens as they ahve a photo restoration service. I had a few of my photos restored using their service and it was satisfactory. They are a brand name company. If you prefer, you could simply Google photo restoration and find another company if you want someone else to do the job.

I would go to a photo place and ask them. I am pretty sure quite a few offer these services.

Yes I have seen photo places that would do this. I can not think of the name right now but I know that I have seen this service.

Many of the photos are originals, no copies left. And, there is significant damage as the photos have started turning red. In many of the photos it appears as if I have reddish hair (same for my brother), though I always had lighter brown hair as a child. I wonder if that type of damage can be undone now.

You can always scan these photos onto your computer and make changes on a photo editing software or pay someone online to make the changes for you. Be sure to back up your images to a USB stick.

You can always scan these photos onto your computer and make changes on a photo editing software or pay someone online to make the changes for you. Be sure to back up your images to a USB stick.

Have you used Ultimate Paint or anything like Photoshop for your photo retouching needs? One of these software is free but the other is not. You should choose based on your budget and needs.

You can easily restore your old photographs, however, in order to do it yourself, you need a scanner and skills with photoshop or lightroom. If the photographs are black and white, photo restoration is easy. However, restoring colored images is little hard. If you cannot do it yourself, you can go to a photo studio or hire a photoshop artist.

Great idea there, most of my old worn out pictures which are memorable are restored in the photo studio.The unfortunate thing is that one wouldn't be there to know the process, even one should be there, one wouldn't allow having access to the process.So just visit the hereby photo studio.

I have recently discovered a program called algorithmia dot com. You can easily colorize your black and white photo through this program. The coloring is so perfect that anyone would not know that the photograph was colored artificially.

Yes there are some services who offers photos restored like in kodak and other picture enhancement services. it will look like a new one, once the photos are being restored. i tried restoring the old photos of me and my mother when i was a kid and it only cost me a few bucks.
