Are vintage photos good for scrapbooking?

I have some vintage photos from my grandmother and dad and my own childhood. Some of the images are very delicate so I worry they might be destroyed. I am worried that if I try to scrapbook the photos they will be destroyed. But if I don't save them now, eventually they will fall apart.

Are the glues used in scrapbooking right for vintage photos? I don't want to accidentally destroy them in the scrapbooking process.

I think that as long as you are not cutting them you could probably get by with scrapbooking them.

I would make copies of them first if I could just to make sure they were protected.

Vintage, sepia tone or black and white photos will be too delicate to use in scrapbooking and likely to chip or break. You should copy the photos onto your computer first and then use a photo editing tool to enhance the photos. Then you can print them out as needed. The end result will be much better than if you try to use the original photograph.

Yes vintage photos can match the theme of an scrapbook it will look great if you use slightly burn paper in scrapbook to make it look. Like a vintage scrapbook. My cousin tried making scrapbook using old photos And it turns out to be great.

I agree that vintage photos would be a perfect fit for a scrapbook theme, like they would gave so much details and also memories to your scrapbook. And also, vintage theme are trendy right now and people would love to see more vintage thing.

The glue will not hurt at all but why don't you transform them in digital pictures, you can also make new pictures from them.
