    Do you have a good recipe for potato salad?

    My grandmother always prepared the most delicious potato salad for Sunday dinners and this was one of my favorite side dishes. I can't wait to make my own potato salad. I would love to get a good recipe for this.

    I don't cook much anymore. I would buy something like this from the marketplace deli and simply enjoy with my meal. All I know, there are potatoes in this dish. Do you have a good recipe for potato salad?

    I think in my place people add the potato in almost every dish. And that kind of some of the time get boring. I think people should eat healthy. Not every dish has to be about potatoes in it. That is what I think for sure.

    We have a deli at the local Walmart and their potato salad tastes really good. Though sometimes, I add more mustard to mine as that's the way I like it.

    Me too, haven't tried making it but my mom loves to add potato salad dishes whenever we have a special ocassions but I don't want or even have a slight interest on asking and making it.

    I love more of fruit salad than any other salad though my mum usually prepares us other types of salad and you know about knowing how to prepare more what you like, soi can prepare more of fruit salad than any other.

    I'm going to give you this one, I must say I'm not a pro in the kitchen but I really like it:
    So, use white potatoes, about 5 or 6, also same amount of eggs, boiled them until they get soft and dice them. Mix them with a chopped onion about a cup of celery and some salt. On a pan, mix 2 eggs, half cup of sugar, a teaspoon of cornstarch, half cup of vinegar, a teaspoon of mustard, half cup of milk, and about a spoon of butter. Cook it until it gets thick, wait to get cool, and put in the fridge to get cold. Once you want to serve the salad, just mix the potatoes, the dressing you made, and add 1 cup of mayo. For better taste, keep in the fridge for a while until it gets cold, it will be delicious.
