Unusual pets

Growing up, my dad owned many chinchillas. They were only family pets, very similar to a large guinea pig or rodent. And, now I have my own. Although chinchilla kit (baby) is very tiny, it is born with full fur and set of teeth. A chinchilla can grow to the size of an average house cat. This was my most unusual pet so far.

It's amazing how these precious little animals can be as big as a cat. That seems rather huge for something that resembles a rat. I do not know if I would feel comfortable waking up to see him sitting on my bed!

Wow, it looks so adorable. As much as I don't like rodent pets, but I would make an exception for this one. It looks so cute and lovely. I have certainly see some people having quite unusual pets and it sometimes gives me the creep as to why having these kind of animals as pets.

I have seen someone who had a monkey as a pet, one with spider as his pets, the day I saw a snake pet I almost passed out. I couldn't fathom the reason why someone would be very comfortable having such animals as pets especially the snake one. I ran from that person as far as my legs could carry me. These are quite unusual and definitely unacceptable to me.

I don't know if my pets can be considered unusual, I had two turtles, and these were the stranger animals I have ever had, in the rest, I have a dog, cat, birds, pigeons, and an aquarium with fish.
