What kind of software is used to create this intro?

About 10 years back or so, I created counter-strike movies. I used Sony Video Vegas and Adobe Photoshop and After Effects where also another program that frequently was used to create amazing films during that time.

Nowadays, I have literally no idea on what kind of software people are using, so I thought that I'd ask you.

What program or software can be used to create something like that intro?

It seems like almost "everyone" on youtube & twitch these days are having great intros on their highlights etc, so I'm curious to know what software they're using.

I think traditionally people are still using the same programs just newer versions. After Effects, Photoshop are still the leading software for the design and video industry. I have heard of many other sites and programs that can do this but one sticks out to me above all http://ivipid.com/. Here on this website you can design your own video intro as easy as possible with out any real skills needed. These copy and past or drag and drop websites are popping up all over. I wish i had the answer to this question but the simple fact is you will never know until you ask. Have you tried reaching out to the owner of the channel? If you do find out please let me know i am very interested. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you very much jkeyz2, I appreciate your reply. Perhaps they're still using the same programs but newer versions of them, as you say. I've tried to reach out to the owner of the channel but they haven't answered my questions. (At least not yet). - Anyhow, thanks for the input, I'll check the site out

I would love to have someone that could make videos for me, like really awesome videos...but of course for like $5 each hahaa.

One day when I am stinking rich I will have my own video person!

Haha yeah, that would be great Lynne! - Videos are often expensive, as long as you hire someone talented enough to provide exactly what you're looking for, as it requires a ton of effort and whatever. Some people do offer their video intros and such for as low as $5 or $10, but these are often used multiple times for all their clients, as they're just changing the text within the video but the actual video is still the same.

Let me know when you have a guy, when you are stinking rich, and I'll borrow him for a few weeks ;)

I don't really know but these kind of topnotch productions are usually done with high end software , that are mostly alien to the community space because most of them are paid software. ranging up to $500 for a purchase

I am pretty sure that the intro is made with Adobe After Effects. I've used this software many times before and a few tutorials that I've followed showed very similar things - even if you're completely new to After Effects you can easily make really cool intros or effects by following guides. Then just mimic it and change some values. You can make literally anything you want with it... only your imagination is the limit. I really hope that this helps you

I guess you can probably achieve this by Photoshop or Adobe AE, not sure but this 2 software can make your intro awesome. I've tried making my intro on Photoshop and it's not bad but it depends on you on what you want to use. I recommend this two to use it for your intro plus it's easy to make and you can search tutorials on the internet.

I think this is created using panzoid. Panzoid is not a software but an online editor. Just search the keyword online to start and you can even create better and cool intros compared in the video. There are lots of great intros in youtube which will amaze you on how it is done. I created my own intro using sony vegas and i think its enough. Intros is one part of Youtube video that captivates every viewers attention to watch the whole video.
