Christmas comes but once a year, and when it does you have to get presents for everyone! lol You got your folks and or old folks to think of, any brothers or sisters you have, on both sides of the family, cousins, uncles, aunts, your friends and your other loved ones. Christmas can wipe you out! But it can be worth it to see their faces and know you was thoughtful about it and care about them right?

Well then if that sounds like you, then you'll probably want to find some other way to make some extra money somehow for the old Christmas shopping bill!

So for that reason, here's 3 Ways to Make Money for Christmas!

All you have to do is spend a couple hours doing all of these things today and you could be around richer.

1. Watch Free Movie Previews Before They're Released

I'm sure some of you have heard of SwagBucks before right? It's been around for years and it's one of those reward sites that rewards you for doing things like taking surveys, installing their browser plugin or addon and searching and shopping online normally as you would do. As well as other ways to earn SwagBucks which you can then exchange for things like Amazon and PayPal gift cards which you can put towards buying peoples Christmas presents or just withdraw for cash.

Well, SwagBucks also pay you to watch free movie previews before they've even been released! They've rewarded over $94,000,000 to their members to day. And there are many thousands of users all around the world making a great side income from SwagBucks. The great thing about it is that it's really not to hard to rack up a lot of SB (Swag Bucks) if you are determined and you can rack up a lot of SB and exchange that for gift cards and things.

If you're wondering how much you can make with SwagBucks you could be very very surprised. It's possible to earn up to $225/month with SwagBucks by watching their movie previews and taking part in surveys and all other things and there are people that earn more than that with it. If you Google search how much can you earn per month swagbucks you'll find reviews and testimonials of how some people are doing very nicely with it and SwagBucks often post and brag about their biggest earners on their blog and that.

The way the videos works is that you'll have to be approved for them first. Depending on your region, age group etc not all videos are available to everyone. If you have a smartphone then you may be able to put it to much better use than just checking Facebook and Instagram! There are some companies out there that will pay you to install their app and use it! Even Google. And they will pay you for every month you have that app installed even if you're not using it! These types of apps collect data from your device and tracks your use of it so that other companies can use that big data to improve usage like what sites people mostly use, the times they are using them, how long they spend on those sites and what apps they are mostly using and stuff like that. And if you don't mind having your usage tracked and used then you can really profit from that with these apps!

Note: I've not tried all of these apps. I've just searched around and done a bit of research into some of the best apps to make money with and time and again these ones come up and appear on most lists online. Here I'll list out four of the best apps to use and a little about each one for why they can be used to make money with for Christmas.

Cross Media Panel
This app pay you for just installing the app and letting it take over your phone basically lol. If you're cool with that, first you'll have to register on their site and tell them about yourself, your age, gender, address etc but after doing so you'll get $6 in rewards for registering and $12 for each month that you keep their app installed on your phone.

That's around $150 a year just for doing nothing!

ShopTracker
Do you do a lot of shopping and buying on Amazon? Then if you do this app will pay you to do just that and do what you normally do. By using the app it contributes research into how people use Amazon on their phones which companies use to improve their shopping experience with. All you have to do is download and install the ShopTracker app, connect your Amazon account to it and they'll send you a $3 Visa gift card for free and pay you another $3 for each month that you keep it installed and active on your phone.

That's $40 per year for doing nothing!

MobileExpressions
I've actually known of MobileExpressions for a while myself and been meaning to try it. You just download and install the app on your phone. Then after it's been installed for a week you can play their instant rewards games and win prizes where everyone wins something. They can range from small prizes to $25 Amazon / PayPal gift cards to Apple iPads and 4K TV's which would be a nice self gift this Christmas! MobileExpressions is only for Apple iOS users only.

It's random free prizes that can be turned to cash!

Nielsen Mobile
Just download and install the app on your phone. Both for iPhone and Android users. And the longer you have it installed, the more points you'll earn which you can exchange to for gift cards which you can then put towards your online shopping, exchange them for cash with PayPal or just sell them online on places like eBay.

3. Work at Home Customer Service

The Christmas period is one of the most busiest times of the year for many businesses, retailers and high street stores and even big only retail websites. And a lot of companies are really short of staff around that time to deal with the massive influx of orders and customers needing customer service. Well it's possible to get work for these companies who are looking for someone to play virtual receptionist or customer service call center agent.

In fact there are many companies that look to employ and hire "work at home agents" to man their phones for them during this busy time of year. the good thing about this, it can lead to permanent work and the pay isn't that bad all things considered as well. You can around around $9-15+ an hour by some companies where as some only pay you for your time on the phone some also offer commissions and you could be on the phone for hours. But provided you can meet the basic requirements then you could find work as a work at home call center agent.

Basic Requirements for Work at Home Customer Service Agent

• Must be able to work in a quiet working environment
  
• Must have high-speed internet access (not wireless)
  
• Must have a fixed landline telephone
  
• Must have an up-to-date computer system
  
• Must have a High School diploma or GED
  
• Must be able to pass a background check (CRB)
  
• Must be computer literate and able to type fast
  
• Must commit to a schedule and complete the required training
  

To find companies that are hiring seasonal customer service representatives you need to look on the sites that act as a hub for them all. I've listed some of those sites below but I've not checked each site for how many companies they have and whether they're hiring or not so you'll have to go through them yourself and look into it.

  They have contacts with independent business owners to process pledges for not-for-profit businesses so you'll have to take these over the phone from people.

  Amazon’s busiest season is right around Christmas. Very location specific and usually paying around $10 per hour. This position may last up to six months and includes an employee discount.

  Here you can find full time positions with health and dental insurance companies.

• They have opportunities to join independent business owners who have contracts with bigger organizations.

  They provide very location specific customer service positions

  Group provide onsite training which is required but then can get you customer service telephone work.
  
• Hayneedle
  Also very location specific customer service positions.
  
• Intuit
  They hire tax specialists so ideal for accountants, bank clerks etc.
  
• Needle
  This is more of an online chat service you'll be providing.
  
• Sutherland Cloud Source
  They hire employees for many big brand names and stores.
  
• Telefora
  Their biggest day is Mother's day but they can be busy at Christmas too with part/full time work available.
  
• Teletech
  You will be giving support to several Fortune 500 brands and they have employee rewards and discounts.
  
• U-Haul
  You'll take reservations and book roadside assistance for drivers and delivery men.
  

Hopefully you should be able to find this type of work through those sites! You can also check on your local job sites as well and search for work at home customer service agents and you'll probably find some for some local companies to you as well as some big names and brands in your country, city. Well it's good work if you can get i! If you're happy to speak to random people on the phone for a few hours or so a day for a while. All while sitting in the comfort of your own home!
