For a long time, my favorite Christmas movie was A Christmas Story, a story about a boy who only wanted a Red Ryder BB gun but his parents wouldn't let him have it.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0085334/

And, then one year, they played the movie for 24 hours on a channel and after that I have not seen it again

Favorite Christmas movie

One of my other favorite Christmas movies is Elf. It's a really fun movie, lots of physical pranks and comedy. And, Will Ferrel is always super funny.

What are some of your favorite Christmas movies?

This year, I watched the classic movie Diehard which is set during the Christmas season. This movie is action packed and a nice change from the silly holiday movies usually featured this time of year.

Sounds familiar, but I don't think I ever took time to watch it.

I love How the Grinch Stole Christmas. My favorite ever Christmas movie.

That movie is so much fun! And, Jim Carrey is such a comic talent. He made the Grinch actually lovable.

A Christmas Carol.

I watched it but didn't like it much. That was animated? It didn't appeal to me. Can't think of a favorite Christmas movie now.

I've made it a habit to watch a new Christmas movie every year. I rarely watch older Christmas movies, but might break tradition this year with a Christmas movie marathon of times past.

Also I love "It's a wonderful life". That movie is a classic but it says so much about how family is the most important thing you can have.

Every year of my childhood, I have fond memories of family watching this movie and enjoying Christmas treats as we unwrapped Christmas presents. It's one of my most favorite childhood memories.

I like old nostalgia movies, way before my time but still really good.

Am really not a fan of Christmas like movies, but I had watched a few. However, there's a movie that I was really hooked that I really kept my ground in finishing the movie, it's Rise of the Guardians. The movie is so much interesting and very inspirational.

Totally agreed, like this is totally the greatest and awesome movie you need to watch on Christmas day. This movie reminds us of some of our younger days and also on what moral lessons we can get. I would say this is perfect especially when your whole family tends to watch this on your living room and you just all laughed the whole time. This movie is awesome and so is the other parts.
