Sesame Place, Has Anyone Been There?

So there is this place in Pennsylvania called Sesame Place and its like a theme park strictly based on the show Sesame Street!! They have so many different kind of worlds from each character, like Elmo's World and Cookie Monster's Land!

The amusement park has all kinds of rides for little kid, games, shows, and you can even meet your favorite character and give them hugs and high fives and even take pictures with them to have as a memory!! Any child under 23 months is free and if your 2 or more its $28 bucks. Which isn't bad and the park is pretty big and has lots to do! My husband and I have talked about taking the girls here but I am wondering now if it too childish for my 5 and 7 year old, i will have to look into it more. I thought it would be more for toddlers but the pictures look like it may be good for most children!!

The park is only open in the spring and summer time. They have a water park that they transform into a Christmas themed area when the other half of the park closes down for the winter! I thought that was pretty cool, but i couldn't see myself walking around an amusement park in 20 degree weather! LOL But i guess some people will and hey more power to you, if you can! HAHA

Here is the map of the whole park:

Here are some pictures of some parts of the park. They even put on shows for the kids and walk around in costume so you can meet them and take pictures! I cant wait to take our girls here!

In fact yes, I've been there, the only issue is that I was there about 30 years ago hahaha. My parents took me there with my cousins, it was a family trip and we were a big family bunch, I would say around 20 guys, all ages from 3 to 60, and we all had the time of our lives. Seriously I remember this place perfect for the whole family, we all had so much fun. Also, they have pretty yummy snacks and food, and you can take pics with Big bird, cookie monster, Elmo. I want to go back, great memories from that day.

Same here lol! I went there a LONG time ago. When I was like 12 or something. I went with a day camp group of other kids my age. I remember I caught and brought home a small fish from there, and was really excited on the bus ride home. I couldn't keep the fish though as my parents alerted me due to its origins it wouldn't mesh well in our aquarium with the other fish we already had.

I have never been there but, it looks so cool. If I was a kid I would love going to this park. I went to Disneyworld but this park looks pretty fun too. It is big and It is not that expensive. Many people can not afford to go to Disney so, this is a good idea to take your children on summer. You will spend quality time together, that is the most important thing. You can also take pictures with Elmo.

Not really, I haven't been in that area. Traveling from my locality to other parts of the world is not an easy task. It requires a lot of money and stress but if I could have the opportunity of being there, I would take it with both arms.

It's really a nice and wonderful place to be at. I have google it and the stuffs I had seen are amazing.

Wow! This looks like a nice place to visit with family. I love Sesame Street as a kid, and I am not from the US. But how come this is never really advertised widely? Honestly, I've just come across this from this post. Thank you for this, who knows, I might be able to visit it in the future.

Wow, that Park looks very amazing, I'm quite certain that any kid would love to spend a good quality time in such setting. It has lots of playing technology that would make it so fun and thrilling for any child.

I believe that even adults would enjoy spending some good time with their loved ones, especially those that fancy hanging out in an open interactive openings. I have seen quite some good amusement park and this one looks good as well and I definitely would love to have a lovely time in such place.

Unfortunately, I have never been in U.S., I barely crossed the border twice in my life. I have never been there and I only can imagine how beautiful it can be. We do have a similar place here but I think is in a smaller dimension, Sesame Place seems to be a very large place.

This totally looks awesome. this is the place where all of cousins and other relatives will really enjoy but sadly we haven't been there yet. The reasons are we're too busy on our work and also at the school but once we have free time we'll probably get here as fast as we can. I can already picture my relatives playing on this park, it's totally awesome and I'm really excited to go there.
