Have you ever used a Raspberry Pi device?

Have you ever used a Raspberry Pi or similar device with any project or just for fun?

It's so tiny and affordable computer. Pi Zero costs the cheapest among all.

One can create CCTV camera system for security, media center, etc using it.

Some even use it for robots, 3d printer, automated smart light, solar system monitoring, etc.

A couple of years ago, i lost my main work computer and seriously considered buying and using the Raspberry Pi computer as it's super cheap out of the box. Probably the thing that stopped me is that I don't have one of those digital televisions, just the old kind. So that made the cost of the Raspberry Pi comparable with the cost of a super cheap laptop, so I went with the laptop instead.

The first time I heard and seen this in action was when I watched the television series Mr. Robot when Elliot Alderson the main protagonist of the series installed to high security data storage center to hack the climate control system of the building. I've just thought that it was just some kind of device that only a hacker can use, I never thought it could really be bought cheap. And yeah I google it just to know how much one is, how do you use it and how useful it is in terms of learning and doing simple tasks a normal computer can do. I'll probably buy one of this in the future.

I have one group nearby my house that builds stuff into the hobby electronics. And that seems to be good enough for them to try some of such products. And recently I noticed they made one drone that was working on Raspberry Pi. And it was indeed a good product if you ask me. I think Raspberry Pi is a good product but you may have to spend the time on such device total cost and other parts. So I have only used while testing out their drone. And it seems to be something that worked out of box. It was indeed a good hobby project from what I have seen so far.

Probably not, the reasons are it's just my first time hearing it and I don't have any idea what this device can do but as you just have said it's a affordable computer. For me, I think this device is a cheap yet amazing alternatives for some tech person which are good at using some computers.

Hmm, that's interesting. And can you please tell me about it in more detail. I just sold my old laptop for spare parts and I would not like
to delay the purchase of a new computer. Most of all, I am interested in
the power of the air conditioner. That is, what I mean. I need my laptop to always be cool. It's
just that my old laptop often overheated and guys from https://www.socool.sg/ explained that this is a factory error of and no repairs would help me. the only option was to sell it for spare parts.

I asked my family about it but they said that they can't help me out, I even decided to use Google in order to find there something about my issue but unfortunately, I didn't find anything at all, I was very upset. One day, my friend found out about my problem and advised me to use this site, it's named
