My cat Aboy & he's always hungry

I wasn’t an animal lover until I met the three musketeers. Aboy, Moto and Tigress. Last year during the beginning of winter, I found him and his 2 siblings Moto and Tigress down the street. So, I pick them up and gave them shelter in my front porch. Aboy is my favorite out of all three, mostly because he’s always with me, he follows me to anywhere I go, as far as he feels safe and not tired. He is around one and half years old and he’s super active, very very playful, he hates to take bath. Aboy is always hungry and I mean it, I usually feed my cats dry whiskers mixed with various fish, mostly tuna, and they loved it.

I know what you mean! Growing up, my mom HATED cats and thought they were literally the devil's work so we were only allowed other kind of pets, mostly dogs or hamsters. When i was in my early twenties, i found my first kitten abandoned in front of the little store next to my house. He was begging for food. Took him a very long time to feel normal and then he always hated going outdoors until he was older and then he loved it a lot. One thing that I found about outdoor cats/kittens is they are usually always super hungry even when you've fed them a lot. And, I think that is psychological as they were probably in starvation/survival mode for awhile and so they learned to glut food whenever possible and never miss a chance for a meal. I don't know if they ever lose that. Another possibility for some cats is intestinal worms which is causing the cat to not be able to absorb nutrition from the food. Probably you had taken him to the vet already to be dewormed, it's pretty cheap to do and there are some Over The Counter dewormers, but a vet will know best if/what type of parasite/worm is causing this. I'm still voting on this being natural behavior as several of my outdoor cats were this way too. They were fine when living indoors, but when they decided to live outside in the yard and free range into the nearby woods, they took on that 'always hungry' trait. Of course, it concerned me as I was always feeding them whenever they would come back to my door. So, I guess it's just in the head. Or, possibly some cats just like to eat! My cat Aboy & he

He's cute and looks tame while he sleeps. I admire how you adopt those three to be your pet and gave shelter and food. Thanks for sharing your good deeds! My cat Aboy & he

I am an animal lover and have always had them around. Now after years of caring for many we now have this little one - Preiti. She is no longer little though. She is 10 years old. She is a stray dog that just came into our compound. We had no plans to have any pets for a while having lost many of them to old age, But this one was something like 'love at first sight' She chose us and we kept her. She iw now grown into a dignified lady.

We have had many cats too earlier and now we only feed those that visit us. At the moment there are two of them.

I have not heard of cats following human beings but your cat does that I see. As for their forever hungry status may be they have worms Deworming could change that situation.

I have a cat too and he always does what your cat does though not all. I also found Mingay (the name of my cat) right outside our house, he was so little back then. My previous cat dies because of old age and I was really sad that time, thankfully I met Mingay. He also follows me around and really had a big stomach, so he eats everything. I am amazed that our cat loves to eat junk food, biscuits and any sweets like cake and leche flan, isn't it amazing? That's why whenever we do groceries, we can never forget to buy a pack of fish cracker ( our cat's favorite junk food).

I always have a cat, if you saw them doing like that, you should feed them with proper nutrition require for them. I always neglected, such responsibility, as the owner of our pet trap inside the house. They tend to eat, as much as possible, when the time you forgot to feed them on right time.

When that happens again, make sure your cat has proper nutrition intake in his diet. No matter what happens, it will always approach towards you.

Cat is my favorite Pet because they are very cute little cuddly cottony fur balls and very playful as they are so majestic. I wanted to have a pet cat but I'm afraid I can't take care of it most of the time because I'm usually not at home so busy working. but before, we used to have one but he passed because of age, I guess.

The first thing i remember is garfield when i hear about cats. I think its natural for a cat to be hungry all the, considering the fact that you fed him regularly. There is nothing wrong with that unless, he gets awfully fat and doesn't walk then that would be abnormal. Just play with him so that he gets a proper exercise also to bond with you.

I think for the fact that Aboy, your cat, follows you everywhere you go unlike his other siblings should make you understand that he likes to stay around you and deserves some kind of special treatment. That being said, I would suggest you always give him extra food when you're feeding them to show him that you care and that way, his anger would reduce.

Cutiee. I love cats, too. I have cats before but then they moved away. It's really good to hear that there are still people like you who gives shelter to those stray cats. People are just scared to get them in their house. God bless you!

While returning from work one day I saw two stray kittens on the streets. I immediately fell in love with them and decided to bring them home. They can be so mischievous at times but I am so happy to have them around. I usually buy food for them from the Pet Store.

I want to take care that kind of cat cause he is a sweet and cute. For me it doesn't matter how he is fed mostly, what i want is an adorable pet. It is not a big deal if he is hungry most of the time in a day. Whats important is you are showing a godly attitude. Just like in the bible says "Feed those hungry". Cats like him is very not rare nowadays because most of them are scared to people. You should be thankful you found such a cute and lovely creature.

My sister’s ex-boyfriend was going to put an ad for his cat on Craig’s List. I told him that I would take it, because I’ve heard horror stories about people getting abandoned pets from CL and abusing them. It was the best decision I ever made! Scarlett is my best friend; we are both moody in the mornings My cat Aboy & he

You know, I read somewhere that this also can be a health problem. I mean the fact that he is always angry is not a good sign. Of course, first, you should search for some information, or even consult a veterinary. For example, I also have two cats and I read a lot of information in order to be good enough informed for taking care of the right way. By the way, I have a question for you, Why cats flick their tails? I also had no clue why, until I stumbled on a site where there is a lot of information about cats. If you want, you can also check it by clicking on the link above.
