I like what we call Punjab Stew which has loads of onions and tomatoes. The chicken is first fried in a seasoning of browned onions in ghee and then chunks of unions and tomatoes and put in and the chicken cooked in it without adding water. A bit of pepper, spice powder and salt is all that is required to make this into an exotic dish.

I enjoy fried chicken and tomato sauce as well. It's always a good feeling enjoying that with a bottle of malt here or when I could afford a can of hollandia yogurt to complement Te delicious chicken.

I like chicken either roasted, fried or barbecued with lots of BBQ sauce. I have a hard time deciding which I like the best, and I think it changes depending on what I feel like eating.
When I was growing up, about the only chicken we ever had was fried chicken, and I think that it is still probably my favorite way to cook it; and I like cream of mushroom soup poured over the top when it is almost done so it makes a rich gravy. This also makes the chicken very tender and easy to eat, although it is very messy this way. The mushroom gravy is also great to put over potato or rice to eat along with the chicken.

I personally like chicken in a variety of ways. My favorite is curry chicken. It is a dish cooked by my grandmother.I love the dried curry form as it is fragrant and the spices used make it taste amazing.Addition of coconut milk makes the curry chicken taste even better. I also love fried chicken.Fried chicken is amazing and excellent when dipped in the Thai chilli sauce.

I like it well cooked, seriously is gross to cut the chicken and get a bloody mess on your plate. My favorite way is to cut it in stripes, season it with mustard, garlic and butter, pass it flour-egg-flour and take it to the oven. It gets super crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Also, you can add some cheese and parsley when is right out the oven, and serve it with mashed potatoes and Caesar salad... yummy!

Roasted or fried: these are the two ways which I like whenever I wanna eat a chicken. It's just so tasty and yummy and I can even eat them all if I wanted too. Lol. I love the spicy and salty flavored ones. I also love the skin of the chicken. I don't know, I could be weird and all but I really do love to each chicken skin specially if it's fried.

Can I just say that chicken is actually my favorite meat! I could eat it non-stop for a year and still enjoy it. My mum even makes jokes that one day I'll turn into one because I like it so much, haha. I don't mind how it's prepared as long as it's well-done. I want it so be nice and crispy with a golden color on the outside.

But I guess my favorite preparation method would probably be chicken that's baked in the oven. No skin though, I don't eat that. The way that oven cooks/grills the chicken is really amazing because it can make it extra delicious and juicy. After it's done I always put some curry (powdered) on top of it. Yum!

I like my chicken to be deep fried or roasted. I guess every one of us loves to eat chicken, and the most simple way of cooking it is by frying. Chicken is one of my favorite food pair with two cups of rice and a chili sauce, hmmm how tasty it is.

I love my chicken roasted or fried, or in a way like barbecue. i don't like it when chickens are cooked or boiled it irritates me and sometimes makes me throw up. so i prefer my chickens fried, with the "yum" sound, it makes in the mouth when snapped is second to none, aww, best feeling ever. i think it's the way nature wants it be done, fried!.

I like rotisserie chicken where the chicken is literally cooked in it's own juices and there is not much oil or artificial seasoning to spoil the natural taste. I also like chicken soup where the chicken is bathed in a pot of fresh local vegetables and blends seamlessly with the broth to give that homely savory fulfilling taste of comfort. I occasionally like baked chicken on the weekends all stuffed with stuffing or natural vegetables. I tend to go for the Chinese spicy chicken every now and then but I like the local ingredients best.

I like cooking chicken in the oven. I put lemon, salt, pepper and some herbs inside the chicken and I also put it on the skin and cook it in the oven for 445 mins. I also like chicken adobo and that's really famous here in the Philippines. You just have to put soy sauce, onion, garlic, pepper, and vinegar then cook in the stove. Adobo is really delicious and tasty that's why its my all time favorite.

I like my chicken marinated in beer and spices and roasted. Oh boy, I just could not explain how euphoric the feeling is whenever we cook our chicken that way every weekends. I gather all my friends and they like it too. It was something that I just discovered buy accident because we didn't have sprite to soak the chicken on.

I love my chicken in so many different ways. One quick go-to meal we have here is to pick up a lemon pepper rotisserie chicken, some re cabbage cole slaw, some pico de gayo, and other taco fixings, and then take this home, toast some corn tortillas, and have an instant and easy taco night in less than fifteen minutes prep time. I also really love deep fried Southern chicken with crunchy salty skin. That is deadly but delicious. I also have a recipe for stuffed chicken breasts covered in pecans and almonds which is pretty amazing, of you ask me.

Wow, I could use some of your recipes man. In fact, this one with the stuffed chicken breasts and the almonds sounds delicious. I do like to cook, and South American kitchen is something I grew up with. Usually I stuff chicken breast with ham and cheese, or a mix of spinach and cream cheese, or maybe a mix of sweet corn, ricotta and chopped onions with bacon. Another recipe my family loves is the chicken soup and milk that is called "chupe", seriously that is heaven on a plate.

Thanks for the compliment here--I've been cooking for years now, and I actually got that particular chicken recipe back in the days when I was working in professional kitchens. I actually miss those jobs, and I really did have a good time working those gigs; although, it was pretty hard labor and very fast-paced and unpredictable.

I can take the chicken in any form as long as it is well prepared with enough sauce in it! Roasted chicken is for when I want to take my boiled rice with stew. Cooked chicken is okay for soups since I would like to perceive the chicken aroma as I eat morsels of semolina which I prepared by myself.

The taste of chicken alone is just great for me, so any form it is cooked is a welcome development for me. White meat makes me ask for more since it contains less of fatty acids.

I love chicken dishes but i specially love hot and crispy fried chicken. I like it seasoned well. And i also like chicken tinola (boiled with ginger, chili leaves and chayote) it is one of the favorite chicken dish in our country. It's soup is really tasty and because it's cooked with vegetables it is really healthy. And as long as it is cooked well and fresh i love it.

I like chicken at grill because it is healthier than fried chicken. Food is very important if you want to stay healthy and fit. You can grill the chicken and have vegetables with side and don't forget a nice natural juice. It depends on your own habits when it comes to eating. Also, you could bake the chicken and it will be still healthy but don't bake it with too much oil. There are so many ways to cook the chicken I just told two of them.

I like my chicken roasted and served with ugali (cornmeal mash) and some kachumbari (tomato salad) on the side. The chicken should be marinated and then roasted on a low heat for 45 minutes until the skin gets crusty and juicy on the inside.

I love chicken in general and I think my favorite way to eat chicken is to have a barbecue and grill it. Grilled chicken tastes amazing and you can add different things to it. My guilty pleasure is fried chicken, just like the one from KFC. It is delicious but frying involves tons of oil which isn't healthy.

Oh I like the one from KFC too. They have one that is really yummy, is called chicken popcorn or something like it. Is like mini pieces of crispy chicken, with that spicy/peppery flavor, and you can ask for barbecue sauce or honey mustard with it, they even serve it in a cone like pretending is popcorn. Honestly, that's one of the best snacks ever!

I really like fried chicken. I want the crispy and juicy feeling when eating fried chicken. I really enjoy the taste of fried chicken. As for the best fried chicken, all of votes will be for KFC. I'm really grateful for Colonel Sanders in founding his business and bringing the best tasting and affordable fried chicken. It's not only the chicken, but also the gravy that I seek at KFC every time. Others also says that only the gravy is enough as a meal, but I disagree, the fried chicken is more important.

I actually like my chicken to be friend or roasted because I can really taste the deliciousness and savoriness of it when it is in these forms. But any form can do I just prefer this two. But I much prefer when it is somewhat spicy because I don't know it just add to the kick-ass taste of it. So yeah each one of us have their own preference but basically who doesn't love chicken right? Well I love it very much hahahah. God bless everyone.

I like chicken all sorts of different ways. When it comes to fast food I prefer Popeye's chicken over KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). When it comes to a real dinner, I like chicken Parmesan. I also like roast chicken for holiday dinners. Home cooked Baked chicken or fried chicken is good for weekday meals. BBQ chicken is good for Summer holidays. But also good for home cooked Sunday dinners. Grilled/stir fry chicken works with broth and rice. I also like chicken fettucini alfredo as far as chicken pasta dishes are concerned. Stir fry chicken with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots is also good. There's also a dish I make where I bake the chicken first, before smothering it in tomato sauce, mushrooms, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Then letting that cook for a few minutes so it all melts in.

Chicken soup is great. With noodles or with dumplings. There's also another dish I make where I buy and boil chicken cutlets... boneless. Then I shred them after they've cooked and stuff them inside of crescent roll dough. I then roll up the shredded chicken inside the dough, put it into the oven and let it bake. I then remove it and smother it in cream of chicken soup and shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Then I put it back into the oven and let it bake some more before it's done 5 or 6 minutes later. Really good.

I love wings, the fried chicken wings with bbq or ketchup, they are not that healtlhy so the other choice is to do them roasted, they are not as good but they'll do lol. I serve them with fries and some cole slaw. It's just the perfect, non-healthy combo but it taste so good.

I like the chicken best where you just lie it down in a pot together with salt bed and water. You just let it sit on the stove for about 1 hour on slow fire, using a charcoal burner is advised due to the long cooking duration. The chicken gets soft with a little bit of salty flavor. Extending the cooking time leads to a more soft chicken, but beware, if you extend it too much, even the chicken bones might get affected. I'am not sure if this cooking method is known worldwide or is just known to us. Do let me know.

I can say that I love to eat chicken in so many ways that it is crazy. But out here in New Mexico we have red and green chili and if you have never had it, it is a must try. You are right Mambo there are many ways in which we can cook a tasty chicken. I will share with you all how I like to eat my cooked chicken.
The first thing I do is to rub it with oil, paprika, thyme and pepper and of course salt so much as I think is needed. After that, I cut the chicken and make some holes in which I put small pieces of garlic and salt. Then I leave the chicken in the fridge for two hours to get the flavors in the flesh.
After that, I introduce the chicken in the oven for one hour (more or less, we must check from time to time until the chicken is browned).
You should try this recipe, it is really tasty!

I cooked my chicken deep fry. I don't know I just like the crispiness of the chicken skin after frying it. Also the way that I marinating the chicken, I always marinate the chicken the night before I cook it, Because it absorb the taste of the marination and also it tenderize the chicken. So you can eat a Juicy and Crispy chicken. I'm also a big fan of Jollibee, which is for me its the top Fried Chicken in the Philippines. their market targets are the children, That's why they called their fried chicken, The "Chicken Joy". cuz I think it brings joy into the children.

Any kinds of dish or any kind of recipes as long its main ingredient was chicken meat, I'll definitely eat it. Well I do avoid eating its skin though as it contain lots of fats and definitely not really good for the health and maintaining a physically fit body. On snacks though, I always deep fried a chicken breast fillet dressed and skins removed. Dip it first on scrambled egg then coat it with tasty and crispy breading mix, then coat it again with bread crumbs. I used mayo or ketchup as condiments sometimes and make it a sandwich of it.

I love honey-soy glazed chicken drumsticks. I would marinate the drumsticks in a marinade made of soy, honey, lemon, and a sprinkle of pepper flakes. Then, in the middle of baking, I would brush on some fresh marinade so it would create that nice glaze. My favorite part of a chicken is the legs and wings (dark meat). I find white meat too dry most of the time and have yet to taste a truly juicy and non-stringy piece of chicken breast. I love all things chicken. I especially love it on homemade pizza, with pineapple, sweetcorn, bacon, onions and seasoned with garam masala and lots of cheese.

I also like chicken soup, which I mix with pumpkin, cream and season with cumin seeds, beef cubes, mint and basil leaves.Unfortunately, because I'm on a low-carb diet, I cant have it with bread, such a pity!

When I'm eating out, I prefer chicken sharwa without the pitta bread and poussin chicken. At Kentucky fried chicken, I prefer the chicken burger.

I prefer my chicken baked and seasoned with garlic, pepper lemon juice and rosemary. I'm currently trying out a vegan diet so chicken is out of the question, but I had several ways of cooking it up that I preferred and will continue to do once I've finished trying out this temporary diet.

Typically I try to keep my meals as healthy as possible, and being that chicken is a relatively healthy meat, I tried not to ruin that benefit by frying it all the time. I loved marinating it in a mixture of lemon juice, thyme, oregano, garlic, and then either roasting it in the oven or on a grill.

If it happens to be a cheat day where I'm just looking have some comfort food, you can't beat Southern style deep fried chicken.

I love chickens and it's even my favorite meat ever. Occasionally, I love to eat chickens, though I have my ways of preparing it as a meal. Before anything at all, I first remove all the outer layers from it and make use of the real meat in my soup. I do that because the cholesterol in the outer layer is extremely much. I try avoiding too much of cholesterols in every meal I eat.

This is a hard question to answer. Chicken is so versatile, and depending on my mood, I may want a specific preparation.
In cold weather, chicken stew with biscuits is amazing. It is warm and comforting.
In hot weather, having a brined chicken on the barbecue or thrown in the smoker all day is AMAZING.
For lazy quick days where you just feel like eating junk (come on, we've all been there), fried is fab.
Then there are dishes like chicken Parmesan, which are comforting like the stew, but fun like pasta.

I really can't choose just one favorite way to eat chicken, but I can say for certain that can't see myself ever turning down a chicken wing!
