Fatherly Pearls of Wisdom: Exercise, Lift and Play Sports to Feel Good!

Exercise releases feel good endorphins. So to feel happier in your day time, run, lift and play sports and just exercise a little every day.
That's so very true! Exercising does release endorphins and dopamine (the feel good chemicals) so if you want to feel good (or better than you usually feel) you should exercise more. Play sports or even just try to work out a little every day. By doing so, you'll not only feel better within yourself, but you'll be making yourself fitter and healthier as well!

Ask anyone that exercises every day why they do it and next to telling you it's to stay fit and healthy, it's also because it makes them feel good as well. And not just feel good about them actually exercising but feel good within their self from all those endorphins and dopamine that's released when you work out and exercise or play some sports game.

And this is such a great life hack to know, learn and adopt in your life. Not only because by regularly exercising you can keep many health complications at bay, but because by doing so you'll be a fitter, stronger person and probably life a longer life for it too!

And it doesn't have to mean exerting or straining yourself. Although it sort of does. They say you should exercise for at least 20 minutes every day. So much so that you break a sweat. It's only when you break a sweat that you've had a good workout!

You could just do some simple exercises like x amount of sit ups, x amount of push ups, x amount of pull ups. Or even jogging on the spot, skipping or swimming or something like that. You could just lift some tins of beans too! It might not sound like much but try to life a tin of beans up and down 100 times and it starts to get really heavy! Fatherly Pearls of Wisdom: Exercise, Lift and Play Sports to Feel Good!

So yeah, if you want to feel good within yourself, or feel better generally. Exercise more! Workout, life weights, go for a run, whatever! Just do it every day for a while until you break into a sweat. Eventually you'll start to feel great and much healthier for it!

Do you workout and exercise or play sports games to feel good within yourself?

What sort of things do you do when you do?

Feeling good is about doing some sort of exercise even if it is just walking five to ten minutes. Realistically, exercises result to sweating and some body pains as a struggle in the beginning. but in the long run you get the benefit of it. Some people do it religiously like they don't pass a day without exercise. they would even apply a diet program or enroll with a fitness instructor as they set a certain goal, like lose weight, have lean muscles. and abs. If mentally distressed people would turn their depression into exercises with no food deprivation and become more healthy rather than obese, then they could finally be free from depression and could say that success is their revenge.

Great article! I am surely gonna try this out. Actually, I was once suggested by my dermatologist to do exercise daily, as it helps to release toxins from my body. She also told that exercising regularly makes our skin to glow! I was really surprised. But true to her words, it makes my skin better day by day. It also gives me a feel good experience as you mention.

I usually run in the morning every other day but since I start getting injury because of lack of stretching before and after a jog I had to stop and shape up my legs before doing long runs again. What I do now everyday is I always start the day with a little stretching, glute bridge exercises and planking on the bed before I get up off my bed. It literally wakes up every part of my body as I working my core especially the abs and legs doing this before taking a bath and going to work. It became my habit as during the days that I had skipped those exercise, I feel so lazy at work and unmotivated.

This is a good advice. It might seem a bit absurd but we have actually been built to exercise. Back then it was a natural thing for men otherwise we wouldn't last long. Still, nowadays it's hard to find someone who actually exercises for living so the movement culture has to be brought back

I exercise on a daily basis and this is the reason why I wake up early. I prefer to exercise in the morning as I feel energized and I am in a good mood. Some of the indoor exercises that I do are stairs climbing and planks. I occasionally exercise outdoors and in this case I usually go to the park not far from my home to do some jogging. There are many benefits of exercising. It is good both for our mental and physical well being. It is so sad that nowadays many people don't take exercising seriously.

When I was younger, I used to play tennis with my best friend, but when I started working, and things, got a little hectic in the real world, I suddenly lack the time to do it. And most of the time I miss it because it makes me feel good after every friendly game that we do. Later on, my then, boyfriend, now husband met, our usual routine includes going to the gym together. It always make us feel happy and refreshed from a day's work. What you said that exercises releases endorphin, that is so true. It feels like your body, although tired from a day's work, is still rejuvenated and refreshed from the workout. At the end of every life struggle, always remember that health is wealth. So make sure you put it in a good list of your daily living.

I'm absolutely grappling with this problem at the moment. I am on a low carb diet which is steadily helping me to lose weight. I'm happy with this weight loss and I don't have to exercise. However i feel that I would feel better in myself if i exercised, in terms of mood enhancing and body tone. What I'm concentrating on at the moment is finding an exercise that I like. I 'm thinking about Taebo or Spin cycling. After my fitness level improves , I 'm thinking about going to the Gym at least three times a week for strength training. Problem is I need to get motivated.

Exercising is one act that I will try to improve upon. I mean it is one aspect of my life that I have not taken much time to think of how to improve. I understand the benefits of exercising but I have not had the time to always partake in any, both indoors and outdoors and that is what I need to change about me. Thank you for the advice.

I do love exercising and playing sports too, like doing this two things can help you get more fit and also can make you healthy. I remember paying basketball every week because of the reason that I can't literally go to the gym due to being busy to work but then basketball gave me some hope to be healthy and be fit. Basketball gives you this muscles that you don't often used but you can probably used when you play, I've been playing for like 2-3 times a week with my friends, and I would say that it literally help me sweat a lot and give me more muscles.

Well outlined, with this benefits I don't think we should relent in engaging in good sports or games.I get to hear from my gym instructor why it pertinent one doesn't just go on dieting to lose weight but add a good amount of gaming and sport to it, it gives one the needed benefits of a good body and a sound mind. This is one of the food ones can give to the body to feel good.

I was really active in competitive combat sports when I was younger but nowadays I like a quiet game of chess or if I want to go outdoors I just go cycling. When it comes to exercise I've stopped going to the gym a few years ago but I'm planning to come back this summer for some light training.

I think you are doing the right things for as long as I am concerned, the major goal is to be training the body and mind to do well at things that we really want to do. For me, I always go jogging for that is the way that I get to build my endurance level and remain at the top of my game and even deliver better at my place of work.

Actually, I used to go for long hikes regularly during my college days. After that exercise is basically to go to the Gym, do weight training, do some cardio and on the weekends go for jogging or cycling. I love to play badminton and tennis but I manage to find time only on weekends to play with my friends and family. I think I would have loved to do more to become fitter but I am reasonably satisfied with my fitness level right now

I always make it a point to exercise either at home doing sit-ups and push-ups or lifting my free weights. I also have a heavy bag which I punch and kick outside my house. As a freelancer I need to be fit and as you have said to get all those feel good endorphins.

Hey. I found on the Internet trickortreatment.com that Andarin is actively used in their diet by athletes who are interested in improving the quality of muscle mass. I'm interested in this drug to reduce the subcutaneous fat layer and to increase muscle endurance in conditions of high monotonous physical activity. I read somewhere that in dietetics Andarine is used as a safe means to reduce weight without physical exertion and set strict dietary restrictions, is that so?
