Exercise releases feel good endorphins. So to feel happier in your day time, run, lift and play sports and just exercise a little every day.That's so very true! Exercising does release endorphins and dopamine (the feel good chemicals) so if you want to feel good (or better than you usually feel) you should exercise more. Play sports or even just try to work out a little every day. By doing so, you'll not only feel better within yourself, but you'll be making yourself fitter and healthier as well!
