Fatherly Pearls of Wisdom: Exercise, Lift and Play Sports to Feel Good!
Exercise releases feel good endorphins. So to feel happier in your day time, run, lift and play sports and just exercise a little every day.
That's so very true! Exercising does release endorphins and dopamine (the feel good chemicals) so if you want to feel good (or better than you usually feel) you should exercise more. Play sports or even just try to work out a little every day. By doing so, you'll not only feel better within yourself, but you'll be making yourself fitter and healthier as well!
Ask anyone that exercises every day why they do it and next to telling you it's to stay fit and healthy, it's also because it makes them feel good as well. And not just feel good about them actually exercising but feel good within their self from all those endorphins and dopamine that's released when you work out and exercise or play some sports game.
And this is such a great life hack to know, learn and adopt in your life. Not only because by regularly exercising you can keep many health complications at bay, but because by doing so you'll be a fitter, stronger person and probably life a longer life for it too!
And it doesn't have to mean exerting or straining yourself. Although it sort of does. They say you should exercise for at least 20 minutes every day. So much so that you break a sweat. It's only when you break a sweat that you've had a good workout!
You could just do some simple exercises like x amount of sit ups, x amount of push ups, x amount of pull ups. Or even jogging on the spot, skipping or swimming or something like that. You could just lift some tins of beans too! It might not sound like much but try to life a tin of beans up and down 100 times and it starts to get really heavy!
So yeah, if you want to feel good within yourself, or feel better generally. Exercise more! Workout, life weights, go for a run, whatever! Just do it every day for a while until you break into a sweat. Eventually you'll start to feel great and much healthier for it!
