What is WTB? Please guide me

I had read lots of members talking about WTB and WTT. I know the abbreviation means but don't understand how should I create them. Can anyone advice?

I don't have also ideas about Want to Buy process or WTB in this community. But i am sure this is related to selling something for other members here. I think you will just post the things you want to sell here and some interested members will response. The abbreviation indicates of asking people who are interested in their post. Sorry for that i never tried it still here in listing dock and its only my opinion. I know there are some people that could help you learn something like WTB.

It is OK, thanks for your input. I am a newbie here, never used any of those, am trying to create a new account here to sell my talent. Someone recommended me to use WTB or WTT but don't understand how or where to use them.

I am not sure but maybe this has something to do with the skill you can offer? I see there is a section to pay for the services, so maybe this has something to do with example, website design, data entry, transcription job or any other skills that a member here can offer. This could be more of a job, something like on upwork. Maybe you can contact the support? or Beverly to be sure.

The Want to Buy page is where you can create a custom post about what you need a seller to do for you. It is basically like a custom job request and anyone who thinks they can do it for you will reply to that post and bid for your job. You can then choose someone who you think will be good at completing that job for you. You can create it here: https://listingdock.com/newwant. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the Want to Trade section is so someone else will have to help you with that.

Will it not be something like looking for someone to outsource the job in question. There must be compulsion too to quote a rate in advance for the job that the page owner would pay for the job as that would also help interested parties to come forward.

I am also confused with the Want To Trade
section. I am thinking this could be something where one can offer job and in exchange, they will do jobs for you too. Like for example, you offer web design, but instead of cash, they will pay with service in exchange for you web design. Maybe it is something like exchanging services, that is what I think on Want To Trade section.

I don't really know what WTB means and haven't heard the word yet. But if you're talking about gaming, then I've searched the word then it says that the WTB stands for "Want To Buy", which they used on the internet and make it as a trading site?. And it also says that it is a slang word.

Listing dock and the sister sites (SEO Clerk, Pixel Clerk, Word Clerk) offer a feature where the buyer can create a custom buying offer. If you are a buyer, you can list what you want to buy through WTB section. This is similar to job posting where you as the contractor post the job and the client or the customers bid on your job. You can then choose a seller based on his skills. WTB is a good feature if you want to find sellers who offer services that you want to buy.

You have options. Browse the WTB section and apply for the jobs that are most relevant to your skills or the jobs you can do. If the seller finds you useful, he will hire you.
The second option is to list your service (you say you write). Go to seller tab and click on sell something. You can then list the item to sell. You can sell products or services.

WTB stands for want to buy. WTS stands for want to sell. These are the short forms. The section for buy is WTB in the marketplace. Here you can sell your stuff. Also you can find other people having the stuff for promoting as well. It's a good section where you can either find other peoples work. Alternatively you can offer your own services or the products. It's a good feature worth checking out.

WTB Simply means want to buy.if you want to buy and no want has what you need, you can use that section to create your own custom request and the other one WTT is about want to trade, section on what want to sell and that is it for newbies.

It was designed to identify the service. For example you are a seller and want to sell something. And another one is buyer who wants to buy something. So how come we differentiate the services between the two. You can see that these acronyms are what makes it easy for you to write the WTB or WTS threads to identify on regular level.

So this is really like a buy and sells kind of thing. It's a kinda good concept that if your willing to buy a specific thing or you want someone to hire their service, you can post it here. I'm not sure though about the security for the buyer. I mean, what's the payment procedure? Do they need to send payment first or product first? I want to know if listingdock will gonna stand as the middleman. If yes, that's a good thing.

Look at the front page of this marketplace. And you have to find that in the buy section. You can find out some of the gigs over there. As you can see that WTB section is lot better for such type of the sales. I have tried the section on another site. And based on that I have posted the reply. I am sure if you look around you can find more about it.

Want to buy is simply a place where the sellers and the buyers on the site transact business. Just ensure you subscribe to the services that you can offer and go on WTB and start looking for buyers who are ready to do business with you.

It has many meaning and abbreviations, as you can see from the poster above. But the thing you need to catch is the buy in each of them, it can be wants to buy, willing to buy etc. It's just like a buyer request on Fiverr or a list order, but it's seems to be more comes with the alteration of customization.

I think you were talking about the middle man right? If that so, what is the purpose of having raising price and putting in the category on it? I just want answers, because I do believed it would be helpful when people here share their ideas, and possible ways to introduce my own products to the mass. The only thing that I was so curious about is the price tag below the category where they marked it as red texture button. It would be help if you share your knowledge to us, and this means so important to me, because I am having to start selling my products along with my brother. I supposedly start it in the past but, because of my busyness I forgot the most important question I had in the past. So it would be amazing people like would help me regarding the fact about the same problem putting it above.

Well, I think the raising price, is for the service cost of the site, because I believe that every freelance site, has it's own service cost for every order or service bought. So the raise in price is the service cost, for the site. Usually 2%.
And the category, will help the potential customers find your services, with ease.

Honestly, I haven't got any clue on what those abbreviation means but don't fret it, nothing is hidden in this world. I will definitely find out what both of them means and get back to you here as soon as possible once I believe that I have gotten the correct meaning and what it's all about.

I think it is called what to buy means posting your products to sold on this website. It means when you have a lot of products, you must introduce it and to make it happens. You should research more button or try to ask the admin about the available features they offer for you. In my first attempt to do it, I was also confused of how to implement those buttons, and I was thinking it was all about the middle man for the job you created, or I think you wanted to do something for someone will do it in sake of money you offer with them. This is only the possibilities I would think of, because it would always matter when we talk about job description which is also quite challenging exploring on this website, anyway I am newbie here.

WTS = Want To Sell
WTT = Want To Trade

I think those are the most commonly used meanings of the abbreviations. Most people have got this right in their responses here. I just want to add a little bit to the discussion.

When you WTS, first look at the what's listed to get an idea of what sells here. Look at what is offered and what price is asked for. For example, I am interested in selling writing services. So I look it up under the category "Writing" in the WTS section. Then I look at what prices other writers are looking for. After that I decide whether the prices are competitive enough for me. If so, I submit my own WTS offer.

Your respond is really helpful to me in understanding the WTT, WTS and WTB. Somehow i am clarified now how this things work. I never used those features but explained based on what i understand with the words. This is one of the good service of this website. They are giving you a place to post things you want to share with other people here.
