PDF or HTML Doc that loads in browser? HELP

Hello,

Thanks for tuning in to this thread. Lately I have been contemplating how professional it looks to give someone a .txt document that has a list of backlinks as a completed job. I've ordered services from people that were instant downloads and they delivered a pdf doc and on another occasion an html doc that loaded in my browser. These seemed like a very presentable way to give a buyer completed work. How do I achieve doing this because I would like to deliver my completed work like this also.

Its pretty easy to make a HTML doc, all you need to know is the basic html theory, type the code and content in a text editor, notepad++ or simply notepad and save the document with .html extension.
To make a pdf document, there are softwares to convert word documents to pdf files.....
All these stuff are really easy to do mate,I'm not a pro myself but if you need any help, just let me know.
