How to create web template?

I want to create web template. I don't know how to create this. Can you help me where to start and what should I learn please?

very simple you need to start with basic HTML CODE, TABLE, STYLESHEET ETC.., you can google it yourself and learn the Most you can out of it! then you will be able to write a templates from scratch also it's will be great if you do some reseach on youtube on how to use photoshop that will help you create unique design for your templates

I suggest you to check the website named "Getbootstrap" and "Foundation framework". From here you can get information on creating the web template. You can create basic to complex layout. It depends on what you want to do with the layout. I think some of the web template are lot easier to create. But some of the complex one requires more effort. On that basis, I'd say web template needs to have some level of consistency. You need to learn by making few yourself using the existing frameworks.

In order to create web template you need coding skills. If you do not have coding skills, you cannot create web template. I suggest you take a course on web page designing. Udemy can be a good start. You will find many courses on udemy. If you do not want to pay for learning web programing, you can watch DIY videos on youtube or read DIY articles that can be found online.
