A few months back, my brother asked me to create a banner for his website. He paid $10 which seemed like a lot for such an easy project at the time. I simply took some premade templates and assembled them with text and images he provided.

I've been paid ($5-$10) to make very simple banners for the local businesses I approach.
I'm not a graphic genius or anything like that, so I have to make that point very clear to them. I wouldn't want them to have high expectations, when I'm inexperienced and have limitations within that niche...

When my daughter was around 18 months old, I met a woman online who owned a tarot card reading site. She was asking on a forum if anyone knew how to make banners. I had some experience with graphic editing software and offered to do the job.

I created 3 banners for her site. She was so pleased that she gave me almost $200 in brand new designer toddler clothing in trade. My daughter loved the clothing! I felt like the winner out of that deal. Have you ever been paid to create a banner?

I have created banner for the facebook page. And it was good enough initial use. I am not recurringly creating the banner. It seems like a good option to create banner using the picmonkey. I am also using the banner using the canva. And found out that we dont have to remember the dimmensions of the images. Here the canva lets the thing working in many ways. It can take care of the image resolution and the file type. I think transparency and the stuff needs to be taken care of as well. That's what I have noticed.

Even though I do graphic designs for my websites, I am not a designer and I have not been paid to create a logo or banner. However, once I was building a website for a client and he asked me to do banner and logo. I was not paid individually for this designing work, it was part of my website design assignment. My client was happy with my work.

Thanks for the tips on making the banner. In matters related to design, any detail can play a key role. Previously, I didn't pay much attention to this, but now I understand that even the font can affect the overall design.
