What is your favorite fruit to put in water? I like to add lemon or lime to my water to give it some flavor. What about you?
I have not used fruit flavored water for tea, but it sounds very delicious.
Lemon water is really good when it is cold.
Never tried it but it sounds quite refreshing.
If I want a flavored drink then I will have one that is carbonated such as a lemon lime soda. However, I only drink water to stay hydrated and cleanse the palette.
We haven't try to make a fruit water but I've tasted it before whenever we go to a restaurant or in a buffet. I can say that it's really refreshing and healthy to drink. It cleanses your digestion and boosts your appetite. We should prefer to drink a fruit water, rather than just a regular one.
Actually people at my yoga class taught me this: they put cucumber discs and lemon to water, usually they keep a big jar on a table, next to the room, and anyone can serve on cups after, during, or before class. It's really refreshing, taste really good, and also keep us hydrated. I totally recommend this, and adding some frozen strawberries too, the slightly acid flavor will kill the heat on summer days.
If I have a chance to put a fruit in the water, maybe it is mango. I love mangoes. This is the fruit I favorite the most. It is also the favorite fruit of my mother. This is become our bonding, eating some mangoes while watching some movies. We love putting some twist in our mangoes to make it more delicious. Everyone can try it so how about trying it now!
Adding lemons to the water would be perfect, like it's the most healthy and refreshing fruit water you can drink. Having lemons on it makes it more special, I know that lemons had so much healthy benefits that can give you and your body, it can also help you on your home chores like when you're having a bad smell on your refrigerator, you just need to put some cut lemons inside and you're good to go.
I only know lemon can be done so. But talking about adding fruits in water, I can say mango juice s my favorite. Blending the fruit after combining with water makes it to taste better.
I drink lemon juice with my water. This was prescribed by my doctor because of my indigestion. So I have made it a point of duty to drink my water with lemon juice in it.
I like to drink a tea from fruits and I like to add lemon in it. Lemon has a lot of vitamin C and it gives a special flavor to my tea.
I also like to drink juice made in my home from the rest of the fruits.
