    Who caters your special occasions?

    Do you get catering services for foods when you host a special occasion party or event? Do you cook the foods for yourself or order in?

    If I'm going to have guests, then I might have chips and dips or something on crackers. Or, I might buy something from the local deli and serve to my guests. I don't spend a lot on catering though. Not really necessary.

    During our wedding in the 90's, my classmate was the one we contacted to cater to us. She is the owner of a catering named after her. We have great discount because of this.

    Usually I just do it myself unless it is too big to do like my wedding was. Then I hired someone out for it.

    my sister that's a caterer does most of the job for me,she takes care of an entire event.She is always the event planner and our in-house organizer.

    If it's an occasion that is only to be graced by my family members, I would normally do the cooking myself since it's few members of the family that are expected to eat the meal. It doesn't require excessive cooking so it's more economical to prepare the meal by myself.

    If it's not a family occasion but a general one, then it's more advisable to engage the services of a catering establishment to help with the meal preparation.

    We don't hire some catering service. We are the one who cooked the foods if there are special occasions in our family. We love cooking foods and I am proud to say that it is all delicious. We want our guests to make them feel at home and be comfortable. Even though there are so many preparations in our side, we love what we do. The smiles and praises to our guests during special occasions is enough to paid our efforts to cooked the best food we can offer.

    If it's a home celebration then I'm the one who's going to cook all the food. But normally when there's a family celebration we just go out and eat in a buffet restaurant.
