Have you been watching and following the 2016 Rio Olympics? I've been avidly watching it on BBC and supporting my fellow GB athletes. Come on team GB!

But while I support all my fellow country's athletes, there's some events that I like more than others. Particularly the boxing and the wrestling as well as the pentathlon and the shooting. Judo and Taekwondo. It's great fun to watch. But then so are so many of the other events. But I mainly like these as it's a couple things I sometimes do myself (clay pigeon shooting, paint balling and archery).

What's your favorite Olympic event to watch and why?

Oh well we can see who the boys are and who the girls are here LOL. You like the Olympic wrestling, boxing and shooting type sports while I love the gymnastics. I used to do gymnastics when I was a young girl and I loved it. I have a second cousin that was a Springbok gymnast What

I find it just so beautiful and so much fun, these gymnasts have so much talent and can you imagine the hard work that went into it?

I like swimming/diving, gymnastics, and volleyball.

Diving
If you watch closely, the divers make the funniest faces when performing their dive.

Pretty funny if you ask me.

Gymnastics
With gymnastics, it's always amazing to see them twist and turn, and do backflips on the balance beam. I would be too scared to even try to do a backflip on the balance beam, so I give credit to those that are not. It's also really cool to see them jump really high in the air and do like 3 backflips and a twist at the end.

Volleyball

This sport is fun, and I enjoy it. The Olympic volleyball teams seem to be out for blood, and literally dive into the sand to hit the ball, so you know they are very serious about winning. It's always a pleasure to watch someone dive into the sand, hit the ball and get a mouthful of awful sand.

I may sound off-topic but trust me, this is also about an olympic event. There has been rumors, or shall I say, it is still under consideration, that the gaming community's very own e-Sports will be soon available at the olymps in the coming 2024! I mean, how cool is that? You can now enjoy your favorite e-Sports on the olympics and cheer for your favorite teams! What

I am really looking forward to it and I hope it will be approved. What

I am a big boxing fan so my favorite Olympic Event is boxing. I watch Olympic and professional boxing. When boxers of my country are playing the I definitely watch it, Boxing is a fast and interesting sport where anyone can become the winner. I love boxing because of it's pace and intensity. Second on the list will be basketball which I love . Third will be football (soccer).

Football (Soccer) has been my best sports in both the Olympics or any other sporting events. I think up till this moment, the Olympic games of 1996 was my favorite one, as it was my country Nigeria that lifted the football Olympic trophy and won the gold medals.

Boxing and Basketball are the two events that we're watching during Olympics. They're really a much-awaited event and we never failed to miss it. Sometimes, we also do watch swimming competition.
