oh lovely. I have shop bought Lavender spray and I use it regularly for myself and my kids. It was quite expensive though.

As soon as I saw the title of this post I was thinking Lavender Homemade Linen Spray for a better nights rest I have never heard of Vetiver oil before. Does Cedarwood essential oils also promote sleep or is there another reason that this is used?

Once again a stunning gift to make for friends or families for special occasions, or for yourself (I struggle big time with sleep problems) and you can make homemade products to sell too. I think this would be a great addition to homemade products to sell. There is such a growing trend now with natural, handmade gifts Homemade Linen Spray for a better nights rest

the cedarwood oil is used to help promote relaxation, balancing, and mental focus. it is also known for its ability to smooth the look of skin and shine hair. if you diffuse this oil it helps create a calming yet powerful environment. the vetiver oil is basically the same thing..grounding, calming and stabilizing. this oil's calming and soothing properties are said to reduce anger, hysteria and irritability, and reduce neurotic behavior, which in turn reduces stress and tension....
i think this would be a perfect solution to your troubles with sleeping. if you try it, let me know!!

Great recipe! Thanks for sharing it! My wife loves this kind of stuff, I'll share her this and maybe she'll make it for us. Relaxation after a big day at work is really important and I believe small things like this can make a huge difference at the end of the day.

We invested a lot in out bed and pillows because we didn't got a good night sleep in the old one and we often found ourselves waking a lot during the night and that can really have an effect on your the next day, I need at least 6.5 hours of uninterrupted sleep to feel fresh the next day.

I suffer from insomnia and this is something that I may actually try. It seems to be quite easy to make too. I will have to do some shopping as I don't have all the ingredients. I have never heard about vetiver essential oil before and hope that I find it at the drugstore. I hope that this linen spray works for me. Thank you for sharing about this.
