My first few sales here -success!

Oh it is so exciting when I add a new income source and last week when I added my first digital product to ListingDock I made my first sale within the hour. That really gave me such a boost.

An hour after that I made my second sale and then the next day another sale.

I don't really have much experience selling on online marketplaces and this is the first eBook I have written and sold so it is a lot of firsts.

The community here has been incredibly helpful and supportive which is great. My eBook listing has nearly 2000 views.

One thing that I do know from working online is that if I can make 3 sales in my first days I can make many, many more!

I am off to go write some more eBooks.... with my digital products I will be able to do some 2 for 1 specials LOL...

Lynne 2000 views is quite a number to achieve in such a short period of time bravo! Congratulations and i hop you get 10% of your views in sales that would be something wouldn't it? So many people need this book i know for sure around here. So many people are losing homes and getting divorced or even dying over this epidemic we have going on here in New Hampshire. People are literally doing drugs needles broad daylight in front of gas stations and in parks. Its really sad and nothing is being done by law enforcement. I feel like if someone could read your book and see your struggle they may want to change for the better. What can i say to you? All i know is that im happy to see you doing well and i want you to keep pushing your way to the top. Look for more avenues to sell this book, Amazon is a great place. Spread this book out as far as you can do it.

Thank you Jkeyz2, yes I was totally thinking that I should spread it around a little and see where else I can sell it. Doesn't it have to be a Kindle eBook to be able to list it on Amazon?

Yes I will think about listing it elsewhere, but for now I am happy with what I have managed to achieve. Since I have been a member of this community for a while, or well more so SeoClerks.com, I wanted to keep it in the family so to speak.

I love Ionicware and I am already part of this community which makes it so much easier to get started.

I haven't used this myself but you could check: http://pdf2mobi.com/ - That way you can convert your PDF to Mobi (kindle).

I don't know about this, but this might be of use further on:

It is indeed awesome! Not everyone can be successful specially on the first day but you did it! I don't know if it's luck or skill but I am assuming it's a bit of both.

I guess by now you have sold or made a lot of copies and ebooks. That'd be so awesome.

Have you published this on WordClerks too? - Will you? - Have you thought about Amazon too? - Clickbank?

Seriously Lynne, I would publish this literally everywhere I could. - Your book is awesome, scary and wonderful at the same time. And I would also publish any upcoming books on several marketplaces too. - You're a very talented writer, you've got some sales and you've got recommendations and positive feedback. This is just the beginning of a terrific journey!

Wow Andre. Thank you so much for that feedback! No I haven't published it on WordClerks yet. I was thinking of doing that time has run away with me again.

Yes I will publish it in more places soon, right now I am focusing more on planning my next e-books!

Lynne, you seem to be having much success this year, so I take it year 2016 is a very great year for you in regards to business. I believe we have all been witnessed to your success, from your blogs, to your vlogs, to your ebooks and now it looks like your services are having success too. 3 sales for an addiction (small niche, hard to get into unless an addict yourself) ebook in under a week is pretty amazing, especially if you're not a known addict like Amy Winehouse or other famous celebrities whom have addictions. I wish to congratulate you on your successes now, in the future, and on going successes in whatever it is that you want to do.

Yes it has been an amazing year for me, and I really have enjoyed the ride. I believe 2017 is going to be even better for me!

I have no actually sold 4 eBooks

I am so happy with that and I know that something I can do once (or four times) I can do 100 or 1000 times right?

For me this is just the beginning. I only really got totally into my blogging full time in about February this year. I plan on really going big next year. For now being a mom I am just trying to figure out how I will get through the festive season with my kid and family and keep on working heehee.

Almost 1 year but good to see that your ranks are improved and your sales going. I wanted to try posting the gig here but so far not yet decided to do so. But hopefully by the end of this year I may end up adding some content here. So hoping to make some good money out of it. Not sure what type of products sell here. But yeah I guess I have to check that part as well. Just few tests to see how that goes.

I was browsing the forum and saw this thread. Nice. Very nice. I didn't sell anything here yet, but I'm about to do it. Maybe you will tell me how you made it? You see, I'm a newbie and I don't know how to sell stuff. I've read some books and articles about it, though. Or maybe I should just start to sell stuff here? Is it hard or not?
