Top 5 Remedies For Curing Nausea!

I am sure we have all been in a situation where they have been nauseous and don't have anything to help with that terrible feeling. Or what about us ladies who are pregnant and have morning sickness but cant take any medicine to help get rid of the nausea. I have the 5 tops home remedies for curing nausea.

1. Ginger. ginger is good for nausea from car sickness, morning sickness, or nausea from being sick.

2. Lemon. Some women use lemon to help with morning sickness, the bitterness and smell of the lemon help alleviate nausea.

3. Mint. chewing mint leaves or drinking mint tea can also help alleviate nausea. The mint helps relax the stomach. do not consume mint if you have heartburn as it may increase the heartburn.

4. Apples. The fibrous structure of apples helps accelerate the elimination of toxin in the body causing the nausea.

5. Nuts. if you are deficient in protein this can cause nausea, so munching on some mixed nuts may help restore that protein and in turn alleviate the nausea. peanuts and almonds help the most!

From now on, i will be using these alternatives to help curb nausea because i always seem to have one of these things in the house at all times. Hope you guys enjoyed this one and as always thank you for reading!!

I never realized how many things can cure nausea. Sometimes when i have headaches i feel super sick and the only thing that helps me is medical marijuana. It helps instantly and it also helps with the headache i have. Ginger i actually have used before in ginger ale, but i never thought that ginger itself is the reason it helps with your stomach i always thought it was in combination with something else that did the trick. I learned that being hungry can cause nausea is that what you mean by protein deficient. I knew being dehydrated made you sick but i didn't know being hungry did. Nuts are a very high source of protein and are very easy to get down. These are good remedies for being sick to the stomach. You are correct most of these things we always have laying around the house.

Ginger Ale is the best! I do certify it. I've been to some cruise trips, and I always got sick on day one. So basically I was frustrated, thinking about loosing my first day on emergencies. Until last time, I was at the Casino, dealing with my dizziness, then I met this lady from Bulgaria, she told me to drink small sips of Ginger Ale, that was unbelievable, in about 40 minutes I was feeling great. i spent the whole trip with a bottle under my arm hahaha. Totally approved for nausea and dizziness.

Your topic is very informative and educative, I knew that must help us in many ways and curing nausea, but I didn't know that lemon may help as well. I know from my mother that celery mixed with carrot juice help in curing nausea, and this juice provides a lot of vitamins and will improve our health faster than taking anything else.

Nausea is an uncomfortable situation to have especially when you feel you may throw up at any time. It's interesting that the main cause for it is often associated with head trauma or migraines. Also your digestive system may be protesting to what you have fed it. It's also associated with pregnancy. Some very random causes which are unrelated. People who have ulcers also have nausea. It's actually a very common illness.

I think first before trying any of the remedies you should find out what is causing the nausea . You may have an illness besides pregnancy. You may have ulcers , a stomach bug or be carbon intolerant .

If you choose to go for a home remedy start with basic water, which is always almost a cure for anything , you may be dehydrated. You can also have bland foods, especially if pregnant like crackers or plain bread.Avoid greasy foods.

Eating too quickly or too much can cause nausea. So eat small meals slowly.

Sometimes when I have tummy aches I usually make an infusion out of mint leaves and fennel seeds. This helps to cure my pain. I have never tried taking anything any other thing you mentioned above to cure my nausea at home. Some of the things which helps me to feel less nauseatic are papaya and at times I also add a teaspoon of sugar to a glass of water.
