    We Need World Peace!

    As much as I know this will never happen, we live in too much of a messed up world for this to happen, I would love to see World Peace. I am looking on the news and I am seeing about the latest chemical attack on Syria and how many people it affected as well as tiny children and I wonder what kind of world we live in now. It's an awful world and you just don;t know what will happen next. From terrorist attacks to chemical attacks that are harming young children it really is a scary world we live in.

    Will we ever get World Peace or is this it? Is this how the world is now and how the world will always be?

    World peace is more of an ideal. In reality, there will always be conflicts among humans. This applies be it between nations, regions, organizations , or even at a family level. It is hard to be aligned. I guess the only time mankind will unite is if there is some sort of external threat which affects everyone.

    World peace would be lovely but I just can't see it happening. Especially now that a person like Donald Trump is in charge of one of the most powerful countries in the world and the fact that he hasn't even been in office that long and has already made enemies of several countries, it wouldn't be a surprise before there is a world war soon. I can't see this North Korea problem ending anytime soon or ending peacefully.

    I agree with you, world peace is the thing that each country needs or must have but it's just so impossible to attain this. Whenever you did something good people would definitely find a way to make it worst or they're gonna do something bad about it, that's how people are different and that's the reason why we can't have a full or a perfect world peace.

    Most of us prayed and dreamed for world peace, now everywhere there is violence. Even in our own house is not safe anymore, we don't know where place now is safe. Honestly our rates of war and violence have been going down fast. But I believe that someday, we will finally achieve peace in this world.

    All of us want world peace. But i think it is far from happening. Different group of people have different ideology. Even here in our country there's a war in mindanao(one of our three island group) there's a group of people or we can say terrorist that start a war against the government and until now it is still on going. Civilians are always the victim. Airstrike are used and the group still have civilian captives. I hope this will end soon. philippines is really small yet there's this kind of people who only thinks of themselves and power. How much more in the whole world. Different countries have different leaders whom we don't know how they think. I just hope all this war will stop. It's really depressing to see the people being affected by the war. If only there's a rule that those who want war will go in one place, and in there, without civilian they can kill and bomb each other to death. We Need World Peace!

    Yes peace is something that we want. Peace in our life, peace for our country, and peace in the world. But I believe without love it is impossible to have peace. We need love because I know when everyone has a love then peace will come. I wish we have better world to live without greed, without selfishness , and without war.

    I agree. I think we all would love to have world peace. But right now it just seems like something we may never get especially with people like Donald Trump being in charge of one of the most powerful countries in the world. This is a man who has been racist in the past and is also being racist at the moment (in regards to some NFL players kneeling during the national anthem) and has been accused of sexism in the past as well. I just can't see the world getting better in the future

    We all wish for world peace for where there is peace, progress follows but we have to accept that fact that everyone can never agree on a particular issue which is the reason you see cases of wars and launching missile attacks on countries by another country which leads to loss of life and properties in this region. World peace is a utopian concept which everyone wants, but one that is almost impossible to achieve.

    The aim, however, should on how to reduce cases of series of wars we experience each passing day in various places in the world.

    Love, understanding and forgiveness is the answer for World Peace!
    Why we fought each other? We are all humans created by God, we are here for a purpose, and that purpose is to live in his words and spread with love. Why there are discrimination? Where in fact, we have the same features from head to toe! We may be different in color, but does it meant to say we're no longer humans if colors are different from each other?
    When we die, does anyone can tell me that they are not going to be burried under the soil?

    Does religion owns their own cemetery? not! when we die , we are all going to be burried and our souls went above to meet the creator.In other words, our life on earth is temporary, so make your life full of love, forgiveness and happiness ...that will be the key for World peace!

    This is true for where there is no love and forgiveness for one another, there is going to be clashes of ideas and wars around the world. I pray that there is going to be peace around the world as well.

    I agree with this. Ultimately what every warrior desires is peace. I used to be in martial arts and I have seen my share of fights. After a long time hurting and being hurt I come to conclude that it's a natural part of human existence but to suppress it's the ultimate evolution test

    Our times are the most peaceful in world's history and with us progressing constantly we can get closer to world peace every year. I know there are many conflicts happening right now and people are being murdered but comparing it to the times before shows that we live more peacefully, we live longer and are wealthier. We have to focus on stopping the conflicts that exist and maybe we will eliminate them in a few decades.

    There'll never be world peace unfortunately. Too much money and power in conflict. People profit and rise to prominence through war and fighting. Even here in America, people stirring up the political fires in the U.S. are making a killing off of their crazy conspiracy theorist blogs and videos.

    I agree with that. Peace all over the world is needed to have a better world. I hope that someday the war will be ended even in the streets. We need to unite as one for something big coming. And also we must help each other so that everybody is in good state.

    There is no peace in this world and there can't be. The world is a place of trouble and it had been like this right from the beginning of the world. Imagine the kind of attack that came from the Afghanistan terrorist against Pentagon; the world market in USA. Imagine the thousands of souls that perished without knowing right inside the house. Imagine the sorrows that happened in the families of the deceased worldwide.

    Everyday we hear so many innocents losing their lives and this is saddening. Recently, there was the rape and killing of Zainab this 8 year old girl. How can someone be so cruel and have the heart to kill this innocent girl. Our world is dying. We must act now to save our world.

    I think world peace is exaggerated. You can see that some of the time world peace means you have to be taking everything under dictatorship. And that sort of mentality is really bad. And people need to work around small things for the peace to make sense. I guess on that point it's reasonable to say that world peace is not that easy. And it may trap people more for sure.

    Peace world is attainable, but not in this generation or the next. The only chance for us to have world peace is after we survive an ELE. A clean slate, another chance for humanity to start over and do it right this time. A reset that Mother Earth needs badly especially now. Will this happen in our lifetime? Or our children's children? When it happens, it's a sad notion. But it is something necessary to achieve world peace.

    You're right, it's just terrifying, and the impression is that the further you go, the worse it gets. The war in Ukraine, thousands of destroyed families, children become orphans from an early age. They need our help now. It is important to take the opportunity to help and sponsor a child in Ukraine. After all, we are not alone in this world, and if everyone wants to help with something, we will save someone's fate.
