Actual some points are that on which take care for buying any service.
What is rating of the seller?
What is positive feedback of the seller?
what people talks or give comments on services about the seller?

Whenever I go to buy anything I always look at the sellers profile, I look at their ratings and comments that have been left for them by previous buyers. I feel that just from things like ratings and comments you can find out whether or not they are a trustworthy seller or not. Another way to find out how trustworthy a seller is, is to maybe ask them for samples of previous work to see what they have to offer, usually you can tell how trustworthy someone is by their work.

Before I buy a new product online, I check on the seller's profile at facebook or the owner's site. Then I read up the reviews from the site and the review of the product. If there are 50% of bad reviews, I remove the buyer from my list. It is impossible to have 100% of satisfied customers , 2 or 3 unsatisfied customers is a common case. Then, I will ask questions to the seller, wait for the response time. If he is quick, that is good news. If he disappears for a day or two, he is out of the list too.

As a buyer that need a very good service I look at the person rating first,because rating give one a better view of the seller.Then check the seller profile to know a bit about him or her and I will people comments or reviews if any

I like to buy from reputable sites or at least do some background research on the seller as it's very easy to get duped these days by hoaksters. There's alot of information out there that you can gather from viable sources plus the item is more than likely available in more than one store. It always pays to shop around particularly where price and availability is concerned. Add some due diligence and you've got yourself one sure seller who will deliver without issues time after time.

I think for a new seller, it will be hard to get the consumers confidence at the beginning, but that does not mean that with constant advertising especially the mouth-to-mouth type of advertisement can bring in more buyers. Like the trick should be as a seller to give special discounts to customers that bring in new customers to make purchases at your store. This is a great way to motivate them to spread the good news about your products.

Also, there is need to always improve the quality of your products at the starting time so as to be at par or be better than rival firms in the same industry. This is a great way to boost confidence among consumers since it can go along way to ensuring that they can come back to trade with you in the future time.

Well said. Attending on costumers needs and questions are also important. You must be active in answering costumers concern so that they wont get disappointed upon inquiring. Be open to their suggestions, sometimes costumers have good points, too. You can also have some resellers to help you sell your products.

That is the point that some sellers have failed to understand. I mean that, if you take a look at how some things are done in the marketplace you will come to the realization that some of the sellers do not really want to hear the opinion of the buyers on some matters and that is really bad for them.

Buying anything online requires patience or else you could strangle someone.You would buy some things and it will take you to appease the gods before the goods are delivered.So now I read a lot of reviews about a site before purchasing.

I mostly go for a 5-star rating, at least it shows credibility and I don't like stress.So always look out for sellers with a good rating to avoid stories that touch the heart.

When you are buying something, you need to consider following points:
is there a refund policy?
Does the seller accept paypal (because paypal has buyers' protection)
How much you are paying for shipping?
If you are selling something, you need to consider:
How much is the competitor selling the same thing for?
Are you adding enough profit margins?

I can't give you anything about selling but I can have some important points when buying something.

-What do you really want to buy? You must decide first on thing that you want specifically. Try to have the smallest possible detail that you want and use it as a standard when purchasing.
-Where would you buy? Make sure that your supplier is legit. This is also for your safety. I suggest that you buy something to someplace/someone that you really trust.

Interesting points there. I think a lot of people are not active in buying and selling. And we have to be really serious about what we do with that. In such case the best approach is always doing something that gives a certain edge. I would say some products can then be sold based on that market demand or edge you can say.

Well the key points that I have in mind when I am buying especially when it is online are the following: first of course is need recognition. What do I need that will make me satisfy in buying the product or will make my life much easier or happier. Second is the price and budget of course, because we have to make sure that the product that we will buy is on our budget and on acceptable price for most of us of course don't want to receive fake products, right? Third would be product and seller rating so that I would know whether the quality of the product is good and if the seller is really legit, actually I'm not satisfied If the said product have only 1 rating my minimum would be 10 five star rating or more than 10 with 4.5-5 star rating. Lastly, the delivery time because I don't want to wait that super long because I want to have the said item as soon as possible because I want to use it right ahead hahaha. When you are buying something make sure you get after sales support. Make sure you also afford the thing that you intend to buy. And that's not burning your pocket. If you think in that set of direction. Then you are going to benefit from the stuff. I have found that people who choose to buy stuff from the online store, think about delivery, price and the time. If all of these three things manage then surely it's good enough.

When you are selling find out what buyers want and adjust your service and the product with that. That's all you need to understand if you wish to consider yourself on better place.

Whenever I buy online, the first thing I do is to look for reviews on seller. It is important that you check seller's reputation first. Then next, the reviews on the product that I am going to buy. I consider the price, I go for fair price with good quality. If it is cheap but has low quality, I wont buy it, it would be a waste of money. Now, on selling product, bulk orders are better to get good discount and profit. Go for trendy items to achieve high number of sales, people love to buy trendy items so it is a good investment.

As a buyer, I always do a background check on the seller. I want to make sure that the seller is not a scammer and that he is selling quality items. I also check if the seller accommodates the customer very well. I often look at their rating and the comments that people make. With this, you can make sure that you won't waste your time on a seller that is not worth talking to.

As a seller, I am an emphatic listener. I always put myself in someone's shoes. I cater the customer's needs as much as I can. I never fool my buyers. I keep my integrity high when I talk to them. I patiently answer their inquiries and one I closed the deal, I make sure that I deliver items at a good condition. Another thing I do is giving incentives. I give one free item to the first five people who bought from me.

I think going through the reviews and understanding the things that you can do would be lot easier. I have learned that some of the time buying is not easy. We don't know the reputed sellers. And we don't know the delivery mechanism. Often we blame the logistic issues on seller. That can be one of the issue.

In terms of buying be it on a non-popular or famous online shops on the net, I never have interest on buying products without review of a genuine user. I'll definitely for a product with a high rating and at least one or two feedback from the users who had recently bought that particular product. That was when I'm buying on online shop like Lazada, Zalora and Kimstore as these online stores has lots of users and customers everyday.

When it comes in buying some products, I always check the seller of the product. I want to know everything about them and how long they are in business like this. If I am going to sell some products, I always make sure I put the correct information so that buyers will have some trust to me and buy my products.

For me, the things I looked for when I'm buying stuffs online are the reviews,comments and the seller. But what is the most important thing for me is the product that I bought, if it's legit, original or good stuff, like those pointers are the only thing that I actually looked out the most. And also, the seller's reputation or his/her background and I don't really care much on the reviews because mostly of the low reviews have all the same reasons that the items are defective and on wrong size or stuff sent, so that doesn't bother me much.

Before buying from a particular seller I read all the reviews and also consider the ratings. Only if the person is a high rated seller will I buy from him/her. The quality of the articles matters too as well as the price. There are products which are not worth their prices and you can get them at a cheaper price from a competitor. I also compare the prices on different websites before buying. The shipping cost, time and whether returns are accepted are equally important.

When you are the buyer you have to be keen in discerning the quality of the product that you are prospecting to buy. But before that you should already have an idea of the price so that you wouldn't be duped into buying overpriced products. When you think that the cost is just right for the quality and you can afford it then it is a good buy. On the other hand when you are the seller you can make a market survey on the prevailing prices and quality of the same product that you are selling so you wouldn't price your product so high and so low.
