For me, the best vacation destination is the natural wonders of the world. It may cost too expensive but if you see the paradise in each wonders, it is worth it. I love travelling so much. So in my bucket list, these wonders are listed in my travel destinations and soon I can go at any wonders.

I prefer Palawan but not Boracay. Boracay is not that beautiful anymore. It is so crowded. Maybe if you are going to one of the most expensive resorts there, you'll get what you want but no one wants to do that if there other options. Go to Pandan Island in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Yeah If you want a relaxing and quiet vacation, I suggest Palawan. But if you're a party goer, extreme adventure, also nice scenery, you can go to Boracay. I can still say that they still hold their own title as best vacation place to go to.

It makes me sad and wonder hearing that Boracay is not that popular tourist destination anymore nowadyas because of man mades. When i was a child that is one of the best place to spend time based on Television news but luckily there are some places like Palawan which could be better than Boracay and still we get tourist using this Island of Paradise. No wonder why Philippines is one of the country with richest Natural Resources and tourist destination around the world.

Thanks for recommending the country of the Philippines. Philippines is paradise but unfortunately, there are amazing places that has been abused. Number one is Boracay Island, I remember back in 1989 when I first visited the Boracay. There were only few resort but it's made of cottage or bamboo or nipa house, there were no buildings and electricity. It was indeed a paradise the sand is so white and soft like powder and when you step on it, your feet will go deep through the sand and it was cold even the sun is so bright.

Just last year when I went back to Boracay Island, I was so shock that it was totally different. The island is full of huge buildings and hotels. The sea water is polluted that you can even see massive moss and the worst is, it floods when it rains and you can smell the drainage. The place is so crowded and dirty. If you really wanted to relax and get out from the busy city for a while, I will never recommend Boracay. But if you love night party then Boracay is highly recommended. No wonder Boracay was the best choice for young ones.

However, you mentioned Palawan and for me its a big thumbs up. Palawan is very clean and how I wish that the local government will not allowed businessman to abused the place.

One of the most beautiful wonders of the world The Taj Mahal is located in the city of Agra in northern India. You will find ancient palaces of kings in the cities of Udaipur, Jaipur and Jodhpur located in the state of Rajasthan located in northern-west India.

Southern state of Kerala is very beautiful where you will find tourists all over the world. Kerala is a very relaxing place where you will feel your stress melting away.

I agree with jomarillana. Try visiting our beloved country Philippines! Aside from the well known hospitality of the locals and beautiful beaches we also have very delicious food and delicacies. Many foreign people visit Philippines for vacation. I can help you personally on cheap ways on doing things here, specially in cebu!

I love to travel. Thailand is one of the places I want to go. This country has a lot of natural paradises that I can't wait to go and live that experience. In Thailand, you could go to The Tiger Kingdom where you can interact with tigers of all ages and sizes for every 15 minutes with one tiger you would have to pay 60$ but, I think it is worth it. The hotels are beautiful some are expensive but you could do anything you want to it depends on the season you go. Also, the night life in Thailand seems pretty fun, There is a Restaurant is like a sports bar and it has a boxer ring inside the bar. There is another bar where it has a boat under the club.
The food it is not too expensive. Another attraction that I can't wait to live is having an elephant ride. How awesome is that?.

One of my friends spent two weeks in Thailand over the summer and said that it was one of the cheapest trips he's ever been on. Thailand is gorgeous, and it's affordable especially if you're converting your spending money from U.S. dollars, since the dollar is significantly stronger than the baht currently.

As someone who does video and photography consistently, Thailand is on my bucket list of places to go. Not just to experience the culture and environment, but to capture both with my camera!

Philippines is the one of the best tourist destination and as a filipino i'm happy that i don't have to spend so much to visit our beautiful places here. If you like beaches You won't regret going to el nido or coron palawan, it's one of the best unexploited beaches here. It's really amazing when you see the clear water and fishes and many tourist spot on the island. Boracay is good too but it's mostly appreciated by the ones who love clubbing beside the beach. It's already develop. But you can still go island hopping to see the other beautiful place there.

While for the adventurous type i personally recommend sagada in mountain province. I've been there twice cause i have fallen inlove to the place. You can go Trekking /hiking to see the wonderful falls and cave. And the climate there is really nice. If you love nature it's the best. You can even drop by to bontoc where you can also see our famous rice terraces.

There's so many places here that i have not yet visited but i'm sure everyone will love. It's really many to mention so if your interested to visit here i know you can find so many beautiful place to go.

I prefer to explore my own place. More people, Go to other country, because it was a popular destination, ended up broke. An ideal, for today's vacation destinations are falls, blue beach with friendly tourist people. Mostly, people will visit Hawaii, and Marianna islands, because those place, where the almost intact nature resorts in the world. I hope one day, I could go there to relax, myself from every stress.

My friends and I were talking about your exact point just a week or so ago. While we all have aspiration to visit places outside of the U.S. and experience different cultures, we also think it's important that we travel the different states in the U.S. as well. After all, there's so much to see and discover in our own backyards!

I think that's a good point and something that a lot of people overlook. It can be just as fun and rewarding to explore your own country or state as it is to travel overseas.

If you would like to meet new people of different races, I would highly suggest for you to go to Hong Kong. It's turning to be a melting pot in Asia because of its diversity. If you also do photography, it is one of the best grounds for it in Asia because of its street arts and performers, skyscrapers, the mundane and many more. You would also enjoy the street food everywhere.

As a photographer, that sounds like a great time! I'm sucker for new foods, especially asian cuisine, and the added bonus of seeing street performers would be great. I love capturing my trips through my camera so others can see what I experience.

In fact, a Japanese friend of mind was just in Hong Kong and I was able to watch his experience first hand through Snapchat, which was really cool. The skyline in all of his after dark photos was incredible, and I'd love to have the opportunity to photograph it someday as well.

Indeed. Evening skies on high places is one of the best views to see in HK. Camping would be a great idea to do in the outskirts of the city too. Beaches there too are great especially if festivals are being held or during on holidays.

I'd recommend Los Angeles as far as U.S. destinations are concerned. Very diverse city with a rich culture. Many things to do and places to explore and see. As far as international destinations are concerned, I'd offer up Tokyo Japan. Great city with some terrific people and fun activities and atmosphere.

Well i will recommend our beach capital here in the philippines, experience the best of Boracay. Some foreigner who visit these place said boracay place is magnificent, and one major destination/ tourist spots in the world. This place is known as island paradise because of its powder white beaches and crystal blue water.

I have visited many places and I really loved my visit to Rome. If you are an ardent fan of history then you will for sure enjoy your stay in your Rome. There are so many things to discover. To be honest when I visited the ancient ruins and the Vatican museum I felt connected to the past. I learnt about many fascinating things.
Another thing that I really loved was the food. I never ate such delicious dishes before. I ate different types of pastas, pizzas and and other foods which were yummy. This is a country that I will definitely like to visit again.

I've been roaming around for a while. I've visited South and North America, Caribbean islands, Mediterranean Europe, and East side of Asia. I would definitively go back to Greece, specially Greek islands. I'm in love with those islands, their food, their people, their culture. The very hard thing with it is the language. My goodness, Greek is really hard to get or talk, don't even try to write it man. But they speak English really well, and they make themselves understood. I would suggest Caramoan Islands. It is located in the lower eastern part of Camarines Sur in the Bicol region of the Philippine archipelago. It has clear beaches and really fine and white sand. This place is so beautiful that it was used in Survivor: Caramoan Islands.

I also love to travel. I suggest that you must visit the Philippines. Well, it's my hometown. LOL! Srsly, my country has many tourist spots that you can enjoy. If you love beaches, you can visit Boracay or El Nido! If you want more private beaches, you can search private resorts in Laguna and Batangas, There's a plenty of them!. If you are historian type of tourist, we have many museum and historical places here. You can visit the National Museum or the house of Dr. Jose Rizal in Calamba, Laguna. And especially, we, Filipinos, want to eat that's why everywhere you go, you can see restaurants and different unique food chains here.. We are creative, you know! So what are you waiting for? If you want to travel to a place where you can be social and interact then I would suggest traveling to a country where you can speak a language that the natives know, or travel with a friend who does. I've traveled South America with Spanish speakers and had a lot of fun meeting other tourists and locals, while exploring beautiful places. I also did a lot of solo travel in Europe, but English is so prevalent that I found I could get by in most countries. As far as one of my favorite places to visit, I would highly recommend Colombia.

When I was young my father was in the military and therefore I traveled a great deal. Two of the most beautiful places that I have ever went to were Italy and Germany. They are both wonderful places to go to if you would love a beautiful vacation. Germany has a great beer festival that has good music and food that compliments their beer. It depends on what you like I guess. I have never been over there but I have always wanted to go to New York during the Christmas period. It is just such a happy place to be near Christmas and I'm sure the experience will be even more special if it starts to snow when you go over there. The only problem with this perfect vacation destination is the price. It will be extremely expensive especially during the Christmas period.

I have been to many interesting places and the most interesting (and the cheapest) trips I have been to were in my country because it's nice to discover places in your own country. The place abroad that I can recommend is Vienna, it is a beautiful city with many museums and pretty buildings. I have been there a few times and it has a great atmosphere.

There are so many amazing places in the world to visit and my personal bucket list for it is rather extensive. I've been lucky enough to travel throughout a chunk of the United States (including some non-continental locations like Hawaii and Guam), as well as travel in several countries in Europe. As for the US, one of my favorite areas is the central coast of California, between Santa Cruz and San Luis Obispo. There are many beautiful little beach towns and campgrounds. Traveling along Highway 1 is quite the journey as you travel mostly between cliffs and ocean coast line, twisting and turning your way along, occasionally passing through the beach towns. In Europe, my favorite area is the Bavarian region of Germany. I love the little town of Fussen, which is nearby the fantastical castle of Neuschwanstein... the fairy tale castle of King Ludwig that Disney based his Sleeping Beauty castle off of. It is such a lovely, lush, and magical place. If you continue through Germany along The Romantic Road, you'll find even more beautiful countryside, castles, and little towns.

You should try to visit the Philippines, there are great places that you need to visit and explore. I love travelling and exploring new travel destinations. Somewhere that only few people have known. One of my most unforgettable vacation is when we went to Bantayan Island, Cebu Province. It has beautiful beaches and the good thing there is that we did not spend a lot of money. I'd definitely have to recommend Vancouver. I think it's an amazing city and I'm not even from there haha. I visited last year and there's so much to do.

If you're into nature you can go to some of their parks, like Stanley Park, or maybe venture into Capilano in North Vancouver and do some trails.

If you're into nightlife the city also has you covered. It has amazing bars and restaurants, and a few night clubs.

But honestly the best thing of Vancouver is it's looks. The city is beautiful, but make sure not to go in the winter, because it rains a alot. Going there during summer is a major go!

I seldom travel because I have a heart disease. Travelling is very limited to me. I would love to go a beach. Last December, we went to a beach at the Northern Philippines and I really enjoy it a lot but I had a hard time breathing so I need to drink my medicine. It requires like 9 hours of travel by land.

I'm an avid Korean drama fan, and I had watched a lot of their films. And I do love the places where they shoot their films, it's a must see location and sometimes very historic that makes you want to see it on your own two sets of eyes because seeing it in the film feels like isn't enough. I visited South Korea a year ago. I did not regret it's the very first country i took a tour to. I loved the people. They are generally warm and very friendly. I stayed there for two months. I just think that the only issue is that not many of them know English however they try their best to communicate as i do. I consider South Korea as one of the most beautiful countrysides ever, with its lush green hills, mountains and forests. They are also nature lovers , I noticed on any given weekend you can see hordes of them walking up hills, they seem to love the outdoor activities as well. The language factor is a bit of an inhibition, but still I enjoyed my stay in South Korea. That was the best.

If you enjoy traveling a lot, I think you should fancy adventure. Going on an adventure is one of the thrilling experience you would ever feel. Go to a state or country you have never been before, specifically it's rural areas.

For me the best vacation destination is the Philippines. In the Philippines you can enjoy our white sand beaches like in the Boracay. You can explore the underwater cave in Palawan. You can see the colorfull vinta in Minadano. Try to visit Davao City which is located in the southern part of the Philippines it is the safest place in the Philippines also listed as one of the safest city in the world. In Luzon you can see the man made rice terraces, it is in Banaue. If you want to see hanging old coffins try to visit Baguio. If you want to see the smallest monkey in the world try to visit Bohol. Philippines is compose of more than 7, 000 island and each region has its own unique culture. I'ts more fun in the Philippines include it in your next destination.

Definitely, Philippines has some of the best vacation destination in the world if you want a tropical vacation. If you want to experience white Christmas and winter wonderland you can visit S. Korea or Japan in December. Exploring the best of Asia was the best experience for me when I was able to work in some Asian countries. If you have a lot of money you can try European countries. However, those who can't afford the bills then just explore the nearby islands in the Philippines first before going far away and spending much.

The place that I usually recommend in my country is El Nido, Palawan. The first reason is that it's not so crowded and overrated, unlike Boracay. I have watched a lot of documentaries about El Nido and it's just amazing to know that this place is still well preserved and taken good care of the residents there. Even though it's a popular tourist spot, they still make sure that the place is not commercialized and polluted. If you go to El Nido, I am sure that you will appreciate nature at its finest and you will surely have peace of mind, the thing that we don't have most of the time.

The best vacation destination for me is the national wonders of our country. For me, it is better to visit first your truly own tourist destination before going to other country. It is also on my bucket list so I plan to have a vacation on one of our wonders. Also, I want to know the cultures of other people in other parts of our country. The foods, the place, and everything about their town.

Thailand. That place looks like an expensive piece of color filled art. Nature is always at its best in Thailand. The ocean, the trees, the wild animals and the sea food. You never want to leave the place once you get to it. There is always something new to admire. At the same time, it offers a lot of serenity to any person that needs a moment of reflection or any person feeling lost. If I would want to invest in a vacation home, then I would choose Thailand as the place.

I would recommend Malaysia. Beautiful white beaches, clear crystal blue oceans, high-end but very affordable accommodations, delicious food, a complex and rich culture, and very friendly people. If you're social like you said, you'd feel right at home in Malaysia as many locals there are very hospitable. If you choose to visit Penang, the island has preserved much of its colonial architecture and a large part of the central city is a heritage site so you can still see what the streets and buildings were like back when it was a British colony. Very cool!

It's impossible to chose one location, because every country, island and so on have something beautiful of their own that differs from the other places. I don't think that you can really choose one place that's your favorite, because it's just cannot be compared to other ones. In the summer I like going to places that have exotic beaches, where you can actually enjoy the summer. However in colder seasons I'd prefer a place like the mountains, so I can feel the peace there.

I would prefer going to Japan because I admired their culture, places and even their festivities which is actually kind of fun. I also like to experience looking at falling leaves of cherry blossom trees which is very beautiful kind of nature. Japan has urban places where nature is quite protected and preserved so, I like to visit some urban places where I can relax and smell the scent of nature. Also, the people are quite hospitable and kind where you can admire how they take care of their guest or tourists. They put on some traditional clothes if they have some festivities and it is quite a view to look at people that actually show how they loved and cared their cultures. I hope someday I wish I can go back to Japan and have a great experience and adventure again.

The ideal place to visit will be the Masai Mara in East Africa, you will enjoy the game safari. All the big cat are found here you will see King Lion, Leopard, the cheeter hunting the antelopes. If you are lucky you will witness the annual Wilde beast migration, named by Unicef as one of world seven wonders.

If I have a budget then every country in the world is worth visiting. Every country is unique and can offer different things. But if I were to pick few, probably the overrated kingdom of Thailand which will be a gateway to different country such as Cambodia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, etc. due to its location. When you visit Thailand you can easily visit the countries that I had mentioned.If you are a beach lover, then Boracay and Palawan in the Philippines, beaches in the Carribean and of course the worlds famous Maldives beaches is the way to go. If you want culture then China, Japan, Bali in Indonesia, and some countries in Latin America and Africa is the top notch on these category.

Come over to the Philippines. The countries reputation is sometimes off. But the nature is still breath taking. Like palawan, vigan, baler and other places. There's a lot of tourists spots. Great beaches. Great food. It's still one of the few great places in the world.

I think you should consider first what kind of place you want to go, for example beaches, historical destinations or shopping centers. I usually start with that kind of thinking when deciding which place to visit during vacations. You should also think first if you want to visit a place in your country, or tour others. I can't really give your specific place since I don't really know what kind of stuff your into, but what I could tell you is consider what interests you, and then your budget. After that, research about places that you think you would enjoy. Who you're going to be with, such as will you be alone, or if with friends or families, should also be kept in mind when choosing specific destinations.

I am the person who goes out when in deep necessary. Who needs to still get a confirmation to the parents and stays at home doing literally nothing when denied. I hope I can be like you someday. Who'll go out freely. But I need to build my financial standing, though. Or rather tour without paying? LOL
Nevertheless, I would love to go to Hawaii because of it's refreshing environment that people nowadays should appreciate. But first I would love to visit first the wonders of my own country which is the Philippines. I would go to Cebu and explore what U have missed behind. It has been improving since the day I left there. Next would be Palawan. I am more of a nature lover person and I would love to go to places with the greeneries or the virgin islands. On the next note I would love to travel in Canada because of their Maple leaves. Rome/ Vatican, because of the history that I want to see for myself. London or some parts in Europe, since it holds a lot of authenticity in any form may it be fashion or to food. Thailand, because of their unique culture. Africa, shocker I know, but there are things that I wanted to do and be of help, too, someday. Korea/Japan because of the weather and because I am a fan of their entertainment industry. I am not really a beach person but I love exploring nature. And maybe someday I would be able to travel all over the world.

You should consider holidaying in Africa, Tanzania and Kenya to be specific. There are plenty and amazing places to stay and visit. You can combine a beach vacation with a safari tour. There are many world class beach resorts along the coasts of these two countries and they are also close to some of the world's greatest wildlife parks.

The best place to go on holiday, in my opinion is Dubai. For most people, a holiday is lying on the beach for about a week, drinking margherita's . Well I disagree. To me a holiday means a break from the monotony of life and the ability to go shopping. I would hate a holiday destination where I would have to sit around ,doing nothing all day.Or a destination that involves looking around some prehistoric sites all day. I would leave the history to the books. I love Dubai because I can shop to my heart's contentment. The night life and the desert drives are also among my favorite things to do.

Why don't you try to visit here in the Philippines which they called "Perlas ng Silangan". You will learn not just meeting people and knowing our culture but also knowing the history of places here. You will see some paradise here like the Boracay in palawan and any other beautiful spots. For sure you will enjoy and get some unforgettable moments here. I haven't been to a lot of places, honestly, but my country prides diverse tourist destinations that are amazing to see. We boast so many pristine beaches and caves to explore. While you might probably be introduced to Boracay, I will personally recommend also beaches here in Luzon. A good 4-5 hours travel by land from the Manila airport. Beaches facing the South China Sea. Most of our beaches here are moderately developed. Therefore, if you're in to a slightly untamed beach destination that is also full of vibrance from the locals, then this is a good destination to start with, and then go from here towards the famous beaches in the Visayas and the Mindanao.

I am from Nepal and I have not been to other countries except neighboring India and China. When I have to go on a vacation, I always travel to other places within my home country, Nepal is the best destinations for trekking and mountaineering. You can trek to Everest base camp, Annapurna base camp or trek beyond Annapurna mountain range. Nepal is also one of the best destinations for white water rafting. Rivers in Nepal are grade 1-6, therefore, whether you are a beginner or experienced, you can enjoy rafting. nepal is also a wonderful destination for jungle safari.

I would absolutely love to go to Nepal, in particular for spiritual purposes. I'm very much into spiritualism and I identify closely with Buddhist beliefs, and as I'm sure you know Nepal is hugely important for the Buddhist community. A lot of Buddhists from all across the world write about stories of visiting Nepal on pilgrimage. So many beautiful sites and temples that I would love to visit there. I don't really like traveling, but if I were to go somewhere I would probably go there to go on a sort of pilgrimage.

I'm not much of a vacation guy myself, because I just really don't like the whole process of traveling. I don't mind visiting and staying in a new place for a bit, but the process of getting there is really annoying. I hate the idea of having to check in at an airport, worrying about my luggage, and having to wait at the airport for the plane to board, delays, long plane flights. I could keep going on and on about how much I hate the process.

That being said, my ideal vacation destination would be anywhere quiet and relaxing, far from any sort of cities or urban areas. I would like to be in nature, like in a cabin somewhere in the mountains or in a small hut on the oceanside of a tropical island. It can be anywhere as long as it is peaceful and in nature.

Travelling is very important in our lives, this can play a very big role in our life because it is a part of recreation, but a human without recreation is an unproductive human. You have a lot of things to do and a lot of places to go, many travelling programs for young people and older, where you can socialize and make new friends. Personally I was abroad with Erasmus grant and this one of my greatest experience. There, I made a very good friend, he is 20 years older than me and he has a private jet rentals company, but he likes me and always sustained Erasmus.

New York is definitely worth a visit as it's one of the most beautiful cities in the world. However, you wouldn't have fun if your budget is tight as it's very expensive. I would recommend you go for one of the European countries. There are several unique cities with great night life, delicious food, and other fun activities (Amsterdam, Warsaw, Prague, etc.).
