How can I get a flat belly?

I am going to start eating very healthy and One of my goals is to have a Flat belly just like Victoria's secret models. If you know some diet can you tell me?. I would like to know what can I eat especially for breakfast because I don't have enough creativity for this kind of meal. I only know how to make oat pancakes and some juices haha.

A healthy diet is extremely important. But I don't think just eating vegetables is a good idea. That is not at all good for your health because you will miss a lot of vitamins and other nutrients if you do not eat any meat at all. You won't get fat because you eat meat so it's not a problem at all. As long as you make sure not to eat an excess amount of meat and you get a varied diet then you will get a flat belly quick.

Honestly, you don't need a rigorous diet to get a flat stomach. I mean, not eating will eventually make your stomach flat, but that is both unhealthy and temporary. I advise combining a healthy diet with working out. I started by running on a treadmill for 20 minutes daily. You can visit this page to see what treadmill I use. Then you can add some abbs exercises along with upper body and legs. You want to have a proportionate body. While eating at least 70-80% clean, doing all of this should help you get a flat belly in time.

Yes, I agree on this, because when we do a lot of exercises, yet most people failed to so. Even myself failed to follow simple diet plan which also helpful to the body conditioning. First thing when I do was, I
follow simple diet that, I can easily to avoid, and telling myself everyday to follow, for the purpose to make less weight body.

No matter what happens, psychological motivation is important of all. Because it will follow our body, when our mind order to do so. Now, I just continuing my diet plan, so that I will have a perfect body someday.

To be able to get what you want you should be patient and in a natural way so that it won't destroy your body. I agree that doing healthy diet would help you lessen fat in your belly. You can also go to the gym and ask for a gym instructor to be able to have what you wanted. Just be patient and never give up because you can do things if you think you can do it.

Yes definitely eat only those natural foods. If someone told you to take medicine for loosing weight don't ever try it because all have side effects. Better to exercise and eat vegetables daily and it is the natural way and a health friendly method. this could be the best choice for people who are burning fats.

I agree on this. Clean eating and exercise is the best way to lose weight and have a flat belly is by removing all processed foods and artificial sweeteners from the diet. Also, meal planning is a good way to monitor what you put into your body and how much calories you'll take on a daily basis. Lastly, move your body. When I was still in the transition of trying to cut some fats, I realize it's not how many hours you sweat, it's a matter of how consistent you'll shred. 15 to 30 mins a day will go a long way to reach your goal. I hope this will help How can I get a flat belly?

I agree. Eating healthy ensures you have the right amount of fats in your body. A general rule would be to not eat in excess. Anything that's too much or too little makes for a bad diet.

Vegetables in particular are really good for losing weight. The thing is that even if you completely fill yourself to the brim on vegetables, it still won't have as many calories as most other foods. I remember seeing an infographic which displayed 1,000 calories worth of different types of foods. Chips, candies, meats, and other generally unhealthy foods had incredibly small portions, while next to them was a mountain of vegetables. They're nutrient dense and fill you up quickly while being low in calories, and that's why it's important to eat more vegetables when on a diet, and just in general really.

Oh, I totally agree with you. this goal is really nice. Victoria's secret models work a lot in their bodies and Flat belly. There are no special diets. They just eat few calories and before one-two months before before main show. And, course it is very important to do regular workouts, it is the most important part. They have very small percentage of fat. As I understand you want to achieve these results quickly. Based ob my experience, I recommend you to take SARM's. It has a wonderful effect on body, fat is burning during the workout, but muscles improve. Hope that I helped you. More imfo is on : https://thblack.com/best-sarms/

I agree with you, food is the most important factor when you want to lose weight. You know, after giving birth it is harder to get a flat belly. My baby son is already 6 months old but I started work out when he was three months old. I was eating regularly, three meals per day and two snacks. I counted the quantity of the calories. I did resistance training at the gym and cardio at home on my motorised treadmill. The result was not so visible in the first month, but the feeling of fulfillment I enjoyed.

Fat deposits around the waist are both a cosmetic problem and a source of health problems in the body. Type II diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and stroke are all caused by excess fat in this area. As a result, nutrition and training are required. My body was in awful shape two years ago. I made the decision to take charge of my life. I was able to manage with the extra weight thanks to sports and a good diet. My smart scale https://www.vont.com/product/smart...le-weight-scale/ were my body transformation assistants. Scales that are very convenient and allow me to keep track of my weight at any time.

Have a healthy lifestyle. Eat nutritious foods like fruits and veggies and try to avoid eating sweets and fatty foods because it's the common cause of gaining weight. And also going to gym is a good idea if you want to have a nice body. Just remember that change will start on you.

Definitely diet and exercise. Eating a well-balanced diet help you get the calories and nutrients you need to fuel your daily activities, including regular exercise. Well, sometimes it's hard to go exercise if you can't get enough sleep at night and hard to get a diet when you always looking for a good meal and attend many parties. However, if you want to go on a diet and plan to exercise just bear in mind that you can't achieve anything if you don't have a self-discipline.

Overweight does not necessarily equal unhealthy. There are actually plenty of overweight people who are in excellent health. If you have a lot of excess fat around your waistline, even if you're not very heavy, then you should take some steps to get rid of it.

1) Don't eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks as added sugar is very unhealthy.
2) You should eat more protein, as protein in the long term helps in reducing belly fat.
3) Eat foods rich in fiber like vegetables.
4) Everyday after waking up drink warm water mixed with honey and lemon. I personally have tried this method and it is very effective.
5) You should cut carbs from your diet.

Gradually reduce what you are eating right now like confectionery foods, rice, soda, junk foods, or any food that were high in fats or sodium as its contributes to that slab of belly you may be having right now. Then also gradually substitute it with a more healthy fat burning foods especially meat, fruits and vegetables as small changes can lead to big and better things in the future. And also don't forget to start a routine of workouts and exercises everyday but do also note to again gradually, increase intervals or repetitions and the number of workouts you can switch to everyday.

I don't know about other people but I think real sexiness come in healthy curves. That's just me anyway. I thought I'd just throw it out there. It's your body and you can do what you want with it.

As to how you can get that fit and flat belly you so desire, I think the basics are still the most reliable way to go - a healthy balanced diet, plenty of exercise, ample amount of sleep and a whole lot of discipline. Every person's body reacts differently, so you would have to find out which kind of diet or exercise works the best for you.

I think you need to regulate your diet and eat according to your lifestyle. Knowing how much calories you require daily is a good way to estimate and set a proper diet so you can avoid overeating. There is also a need to do plenty of exercises. Exercise needs to be done regularly. I personally set aside some time daily to jog to keep myself in shape. Self-discipline is important if you wish to achieve your objective and maintain it.

A combination of good exercise and healthy diet can help you achieve a flat belly. Avoiding fatty foods, taking just enough amount of carbs, lessen the intake of sweets and salty foods, veggies and fruits for good digestion is a must. If you want your belly to be firm, there is a lot of instructional exercise on youtube. Enough sleep is also important, I've heard that not having enough sleep can make our metabolism to slow down.

Having a flat belly is not easy, but with self discipline, it can be achieved. How can I get a flat belly?

Do you want a flat belly with abs or some semblance of tone? Or just want to drop as much belly/waist fat as possible? Both require different methods. For the first, you must drop weight by running or jogging more. Not drinking soda's and sugary drinks, and then after the weight is gone. Do stomach exercises to gain a nice, fit toned belly. For the second one, you will still need to cut back on things like soda's, sugary drinks, breads and pastas, and do lots of cardio. But after you drop the weight you won't need to do many toning exercises to build abdominal strength.

Diet is definitely more important than just working out. You can lose weight solely by eating healthier and in moderation. If all you do is exercise and eat junk food all day then it's not going to help you a lot in the long run. I think the best solution is eating healthy and exercising. Going to the gym might sound boring and tiring but when you start seeing progress it really motivates you to keep on going.

I agree with this. A lot of people don't place enough emphasis on the importance of diet. You can workout until you fall flat on your face, and it won't make a difference unless you're burning more calories than you consume. Many people don't realize that you actually don't burn all that many calories while exercising. The average person doesn't burn more than about 250 calories during a regular exercise session. Sure it helps, but it is so much more important to be consuming less calories to begin with, and only supplementing your weight loss routine with exercise.

But belly after pregnancy is permanent unless you exercise a lot after pregnancy. According to my doctor its really hard to get rid of belly fat and the only remedy is liposuction. It was just my opinion anyway base on what I see and to my experience.

Biggest way to get a flat belly is to just watch what you eat. Get one of those fitness apps and put in all your details such as weight, height, and age and track your calorie count. If you consume 3,000 calories a day try lowering it to around 2,000. If you wanna loose weight faster lower it more. Get a more active life style, walk and get out more or just exercise and go to the gym. Drink more water and eat more protein as it gets you fuller fast with less calories.

First is you must set your goals and keep motivated on doing your goals. One of the important factors of having a flat belly is eating healthy foods. Dont eat too much fat. Eat more vegetables, fruits and whole grains. You should also need to exercise, you can enroll to gym or do your own exercise at home. But for me, it is better to enroll at gym so you have a trainer that will guide you to achieve your goal. He/She will guide you with proper exercise and proper food to eat. Then, you will learn from him/her.

Losing weight and gaining a flat belly is a lot simpler than people make it out to be. Nutritionists say that a pound of fat is equal to about 3,500 calories. This means that in order to lose a pound of fat a week, you're going to have to have a caloric deficit of 3,500 calories a week. Now what this means is that at the end of every day, you're going to have to be burning 500 more calories than you consume. The average person burns (give or take) about 2,000 calories a day, so in order to reach that deficit you're going to have to either consume around 1,500 calories a day or about 1,700 with exercise. Now also depending on your genetics, you may find that your belly is the last place that you're losing weight. This can't really be helped, and you'll just have to keep at it until you reach your goal.

there are some simple rules for diet, like staying away from sugar and fat, but it's not an exact science, the ultimate solution for a prominent belly is exercise and not focusing too much on the belly, but the whole body, cause when you're reducing weight it's impossible to do it partially.

Eat healthy such as green-leafy vegetables and low-calorie food. Avoid pork if you can, if not then just have maybe a small chunk a day. Avoid chocolates or desserts - high sugar tends to increase our weight.
Move a little more. Work out at least an hour a day - a combination of cardio and strength will be best. Good luck on your diet! How can I get a flat belly?

If you want to lose weight you need to eat a calorie deficit (below your minimum calorie requirements per day) it will depend on your weight and other factors such as how physically active you are or if you do any exercise.

now for what type of food I'm not really much of a good cook lol , but I suggest vegetables since they are low calories and lean meat for protein such as chicken breast. it all comes down to the total calories you intake per day it will decide weather you'll lose or gain weight. exercise helps burn more calories so you could try that to help you lose weight faster and gain a flat belly How can I get a flat belly?

I think the first to start taking plenty water than all the fizzy drinks, I have read online that dizzy drinks contain so much gas and sure bloat the stomach so if you love to drink, you could start by reducing the quantity and you can you stop drinking it outrightly and take more of water.remember no pains no gains.

Then work on your diet ,cut down most carbohydrate and starchy food.eat more of protein like beans, millet, eggs, milk, meat etc.

Change your lifestyle like cutting your calorie intake, sleep well, exercise and reduce taking dinner at night

Truth be told, I don't overdo my work outs in the gym. like I told my gym instructor, I hate 6 abs on a girl. I tend to feel that makes my body a bit masculine and I wanna retain my femininity. So light weights and light cardio. However, I tend to say if you are like me and just want a lean body, then eat right. Don't limit yourself to the food you can't eat because that can backfire. However, practise eating in portions. Another great thing is detox. Detox once or twice a week and always take fruit juice every day and lemon water in the morning. You will have your best body that will stick with you for a lifetime.

Sit ups are the key! But overdoing it is bad also. You cant just get a flat belly by doing the required amount of workout in one day. It take time ti develop your body and your body endurance for your workouts. Do some diet of course to help maintain food intake. I do swimming laps everyday for my belly to be flat. With sit ups and diet ofcourse.

I really do believe that having a great body is possible by having a healthy diet and exercising regularly, as cliche as it may sound. Then again, if your aim is to have a body like those Victoria's Secret Angels, I kind of doubt that. Well the thing is, the reason they have that kind of body is because work out is like a huge part of their daily life, and they are paid to look like that. In that light, I don't think any of us normal folks can have those long hours in the gym well because come on, we are paid to do actual jobs. Next, they actually have their own fitness and gym instructors whom they pay quite a lot of money to watch out for their diet and weight. Can you pay huge amount as them? Another point is, most of them go to plastic surgeons to achieve that almost perfect and flawless body. If you can do all that I've said, then having a body like them is totally possible. Having a great body can be achieved without spending much money, just don't expect it to be like theirs.

It's easy to say but difficult to do. I think we already know the "how to's" based from the comments, but what you really need here is to maintain being disciplined in everyday goal you have to achieve. You can't just magically eliminate the fats in your belly. Your mind must be really set on what you want to achieve, I would recommend you to search not just the "how to's" in youtube but also about some recommendations of doctors when dealing this kind of stuffs.

You can achieve whatever you want to do, but you have to be patient and constant to get your goals. First, you don't have to be a genius to know that a flat belly is not going to appear in 2 days right? So, you will need time and hard work. Second, there is no way you will have it eating junk food and desserts 24/7, so yes you can have those on weekends or maybe once a week, but the rest of the days you will have to eat healthy, not fat or sugars, and you will have to add an exercise routine, with cardio and weights, maybe some Yoga too. Talk to a physician to get a proper meals plan, and to a trainer to give you a physical schedule to follow.

Hi Pizza, for a flat belly you must make a lot of sacrifices, you must keep a strict diet (eating only vegetables, fruits, and boiled meat, salads and drink a lot of water), and you must go to a gym if you can, if not... you can exercise at your home as well, but you must keep exercising every day!

You should eat healthy and exercise, if you really wanna get in shape and be healthy, you shouldn't skip either. You can definitely lose weight just by doing one of the two things, but that's not very optimal. You can become way better looking with some running, squatting and other exercises + eating some healthy food and controlling your daily calorie intake. It's not really that hard, but it definitely requires some dedication.

Have a flat belly is what every body wants. In order to have flat belly you should have proper exercise such as sit-ups, jogging or walking at least 30 minutes daily. You should also eat more fruits and vegetables. Avoid or decrease your carbohydrate intake. Drink a lot of water daily to flush toxin in our body. The most effective to have flat belly is to drink half lemon, in a glass with lukewarm water, with an empty stomach when you wake up in the morning. I'm doing it everyday and it help a lot to maintain the weight I desired and to have normal level of cholesterol in my blood.

Have a good diet! Eat healthy food! When I say diet, it doesn't mean that you will not eat or skip lunch or dinner. It means that you should lessen what you usually eat. There's a study that when you skip meals just to 'diet', there's a high tendency that you will eat a lot on the next meal. So basically, it's useless. Just GRADUALLY lessen what you eat. For example, if you are eating 3 cups of rice per meal, then make it 2 cups then after a month or more, make it 1 cup and I promise you, you will see a good result. Also exercising is important. But don't forget to eat meats to replenish your protein. And also sleep regularly. Atleast 8 to 9 hrs.

I will recommend the boat move, it really helped me during my time. Target your deepest ab muscles with The Boat: Lie face up on a mat with arms by your sides. Lift your upper body off the ground by rolling through the spine and reaching arms forward. At the same time, raise your legs so that you're balancing on your butt, knees bent and shins parallel to the ground. Slowly roll back down onto the mat, lowering legs and arms. That’s 1 rep. Do 5 reps per set, resting 30 to 60 seconds between sets.

If you want a flat belly you will probably need to do some exercising such as sit ups on top of obviously eating healthy. You should firstly eliminate ALL sugar - this includes the soda drinks. Then, you should try and reduce the meals that you eat and portion them throughout the days. For example, 5 small meals per day and not 3 big ones. Cut down on the carbs and try to incorporate as much fruit and vegetable as possible. You said you don't know what to eat for breakfast? Just eat a simple oatmeal with a bit of milk and a banana. That's a good and nutritious breakfast that will give you enough energy to the rest of the day. And remember, exercising and eating healthy go hand in hand. Try to do long walks, jog or something similar.

You can eat what ever you want but you should eat moderately and do some exercises. But I do recommend jogging or sprinting or try enjoying playing badminton. Enjoying outdoor activities and eating moderately is one of the most effective way to lose weight and it will flatten your belly without even noticing it.

I have been in a similar situation like you before. While the internet provides so many insights on how to lose that belly fat, I find that a diet that eliminates processed sugar do make a big deal in losing those belly fats. If you haven't seen the documentary That Sugar Film, I suggest you watch it now and learn how it truly affects the fat on our bellies. I am a coffee drinker with all the frills of it, sugar and cream. It is difficult to wean off instantly to sugar intake especially if you have a high receptors of taste. so what I do is for example, I drink 2-3 cup of coffee in a day, in my first attempt, my first two cups will contain the same amount of sugar I usually put and the next cup will be no sugar. And everyday you alter your sugar intake. Wean off also from drinking artificial juices. If you can't stay away from it, at least reduce your intake. it takes a lot of determination to do this but it is really rewarding to lessen the sugar intake when you want to lose that belly fat.

If you are aiming for a body like those of Victoria Secret Angels then you must work hard like the VS Angel as well. First, proper diet must be your priority. If you are fond of pasta, rice, soft drinks, junk foods, and chocolates then you must abstain or if you can get rid of them that would be great because if not then there's no point for us to finish reading this post. Second is exercise. If you're a person who is not fond of enrolling on a fitness gym, 30 minutes of walking and jogging would be fine. Third, while you exercise don't forget to drink at least 2 liters a day for you not to be dehydrated. Lastly, repeat those steps as much as you can for you to achieve the model-like body that you want!

Do exercises, but most importantly, adjust your diet. Getting that fat away mean one simple thing: consume less energy than you spend on a daily basis. So, if your body is consuming something like 2000cal/day, you must consume less than that in order to your body use it's own fat and muscle to generate more energy itself. That way, you'll lose some muscle and fat, and your abs will slowly turn more flat.

By means of exercising and eating healthy foods youll definitely get a flat belly. As for my opinion, just eating right and healthy foods will not make you phisically fit, you also need to exercise in order for your body to absorb the right nutrition and have a proper lifestyle. And the best kind of exercise for having a flat belly, is seat ups because it helps you to fitten your abdomen and the lower part of your body.

You need a combination of balanced diet and regular diet to tone your body. If you want flat belly just like Victoria Secret models, you should focus on exercise that gives more pressure on your abdominal area, for instance sit ups. When you do sit ups, there will be a lot of pressure on your belly area, When there is pressure, it will burn fat concentrated on that area and tones the muscles. You can also do bench press.

Having a belly is okey, because it only means you are a healthy person. But if you want to have more fit figure, like Victoria's secret angel, you can try to have discipline in your diet now, eat healthy food, drink a lot of water, and avoid stress. Just eat healthy. Vegetables, controlled amount of carbohydrates and proteins (e.g. meat). Tag it along with exercise like crunches or sit-ups or even jogging. You might as well want to do a holistic kind of exercise as well just to tone every muscle in your body.

To have a flat belly you should combine a good diet with work-outs. You can check work-out videos and diet meals on You tube. There are tons of work-outs you just have to have a will and passion for it. Most of the time its really tempting to bunch on unhealthy food and just be lazy. Motivation is something that you should always have in mind to achieve your flat belly goal.

No one says it, as it is. My advise would be don't eat. Just starve yourself. Ever see a model? They just don't eat, that's why most of them are size 0. They live on lettuce, coffee and cigarettes. If you a metabolism like majority of us, the minute you even look at food, you gain weight. I 'm actually speaking from experience. I've been overweight all my life, until recently. I started on the slow carb diet and intermittent fasting. That's the only way i have been able to shift the weight. I hardly eat anything except on my cheat day. Carbs are also rumored to increase your middle area. If you don't want to be so extreme, i would try a low carb diet.

This is actually quite easy but it's takes determination and strong will to actually pull it off. First and foremost, you should watch the food you consume. Be reluctant to consume food that contains fatty substance because it is the major things that gives a potbelly.

Drinking of beers if you are amongst such habit should be last thing you participate in but if you must drink, it should be once in a while.

Finally, engage in exercise as much as your body would carry you. The more exercise you get, the more fat you burn away from your all your body system including your belly. And also, focus on exercises that works on reducing the tommy such as crunches and press ups.
Good luck.

Muscle is more metabolically active than fat, which means the more you have, the faster your metabolism is and the more calories you burn all day long—all key for a whittled middle. Resistance training builds this quality lean muscle, so do two to three total-body strength sessions a week. For fat-melting cardio, all you need to do is your weight, If you’re 145 pounds, do 145 minutes a week, broken up however fits into your schedule—say, 60 minutes Saturday, 45 Tuesday, and 40 Thursday.

Loosing weight has been my struggle this past few months. I have tried a lot but nothing happens. I did not take any pills though since I'm very afraid of its rebound but then I found about this amazing 20 weeks challenge so I tried it so basically I just run few lapses at first and gradually increasing my distance each week it really helps. Also, I have been drinking lemon water to get rid of toxins in my body and I guess it's pretty much working since I have thrown away a lot of pounds already.

Whew!! That's my big problem as well. Having a big belly. Even though I'm on a diet and loose some weight already, still my belly looks the same. I don't have a discipline in working out so I stopped it before and just concentrate on dieting. I'm like a 4-months pregnant. LOL

Haha, you must be one hell of a comedian. Are you kidding me, your belly seems as if you are 4 months pregnant lol. Anyways try and watch what you eat. Cut down on your beer and alcoholic beverages because they add excessively to making one's belly fatten up like a cow ready for to be killed for celebration.

I understand the feelings of giving up hope of burning fat that you feel right now, but I think you should have that positive mindset that you can really overcome the challenge of having excess in the body that sometimes contributes to fatigue. The two major options I would suggest you take are:

1) Eating lots of fruits: I know of a friend that used to have many fats on her body two years ago till she changed the way she always feeds on by taking any deal that comes around to eating fruits every day and the fruits are water melon, garden eggs and the rest. taking lots of fruits while ensuring you reduce your intake of junk food such as snack in a daily basis.

2) Exercising: This is the act of jogging or doing any physical exercise in which you can burn fats. Registering at a local gym where you stay is a great work on burning those fats on the tread mills and other exercising equipment at the gym.

I think it depends mostly on how your body stores fat. Some people have flat bellies even if they are overweight and some people have bigger bellies even if they are kind of fit. You also should remember that the way your belly looks like is affected by having eaten something, so the default state of it is after you wake up in the morning and haven't eaten in a while - that's when it should be the flattest.

Regardless of this, you need to be eating right and exercising. People who have different metabolisms have different ways to storing fat and consequently have an easier or harder time losing weight. Regardless you need to eat lots of protein, fewer carbs, and exercise often

Fruits like avocado, watermelon and bananas can help. Drinks like green tea and lemonade can help in having a flat belly.

It's true what you said about how the body stores fat that would determine how one's belly would become. But it's good to point out that what one also consumes goes a long way in deciding how fat or big the belly would become. So therefore, care must be taken with what one eats in order to help keep the belly in shape.

I say eat whatever you want and as much as you want but keep it healthy. And always exercise daily targeting your abdominals. Do crunches, sit-ups, jog, run, go biking even if its just for a couple of minutes. Doing this regularly will give you a good and fit body. I've been doing it for years now and I've lost 25 pounds.
