I recently bought a music player from Aliexpress which too more than three weeks for the product to be delivered to my local post office where i went to pick it up after paying for shipping charge I also paid the post office personnel some cash after I got the product. On getting home I found out the product wasn't charging even while it indicate that it is charging and that it can play sound from my phone when connected to Bluetooth.
Have contacted Ali express and the seller but they refuse to give me a refund or accept the goods back, how do I get justice for a fake product that I received ?

Essentially there’s a provision on that form to say that you didn’t get goods that were as the merchant described. Check with your financial institution if you paid with card and they should be able to help you out with trying to get your money back. Did you pay for the item with a credit card? I used to work for a bank and you should be able to fill in what’s typically called a Disputed Transaction Form. Some banks may call it something slightly different.
