    yea but you can go to youtube and download lots of video tutorials to help yourself out.

    It is good to use, but I would suggest you go into more research as well to fully understand the pros and cons of what you're doing so as not to make lots of mistakes on the course of your work. Also, it is quite okay for you to get someone who is knowledgeable on the matter to help put you through as well

    The only way to clarify your concern is to watch on Youtube videos or read blogs on any websites on how to learn about vector mask. Responding here would not help you because it is too much longer than expected if explained through text. Vector mask is one of the best features of Photoshop. You can use this with the pen or shape tools. This is more accurate than those created with pixel based tools.
