Make Money for Christmas Renting Your Car Out to People

Uber and Lyft are great taxi like services which you can use to find a driver near you. That's great if you need to get somewhere and have the Uber or Lyft app on your phone. And you might not even know it but like you can rent a room out in your home using airbnb. Well you can also rent your car out to people as well using Turo.

You can rent out or rent your own car using Turo. All you need to do is sign up to Turo and then list your car. You'll have to put some detail about your car and upload some pictures of it. So a well kempt car that's in good condition and nice and tidy on the inside will help.

After this, you just need to put down some dates and times when your car is available. And then respond to the requests that you get. You'll get an email notification about someone wanting to rent your car. Then you can arrange a time and a place to meet them in it. All you have to do then is check their driving license, give your car a quick inspection, and check the fuel and mileage on it. Then hand over the keys and away they go!

You'll have to arrange a time and a place for them to deliver the car back to you when you're finished. And then obviously when you do, you'll have to give it a once over again to make sure there's no damage or anything and the mileage adds up to about what they said it would roughly be.

How much can you earn renting your car with Turo?

It really depends on the type of car, the make and the market value of it. As well as how many days you want to rent it out for. The cool thing about Turo is that they have a price valuation tool on their website which you can use to get a rough idea of how much money you can earn. For a car with a market value of $20,000 and rented out for 15 days you could earn up to and around $6,500 which is quite significant.

Pricing
Turo will dynamically set your car’s rental price based on market value, location, time of year, and other data sets to maximize your income and boost your listing’s competitiveness. If you prefer, you can manually set your own daily price.

Payment
Turo will pay you via direct deposit within five days. You’ll earn 65% to 85% of the trip price, depending on the vehicle protection package you choose. If you have commercial rental insurance and waive vehicle protection provided via Turo, you earn 90% of the trip price.

So there you have it! If you have a really nice car, and you're not going to be using it. Or perhaps you have a spare car so you can go without one for a while. Then you could put it to good use with Turo and use it to make some extra money with for Christmas. Make Money for Christmas Renting Your Car Out to People

I dont know how well this will go with my insurance company! I think this is a great idea though besides the insurance thing. Turo is kind of like Uber but instead they rent out cars rather than drive you around. From what i have seen most cars are luxury or new. Its a really cool innovative way to make money but i would only do this if you had a second car to risk.

whatttt! NO WAY! i didnt even know this was possible, well of course its possible but i didnt know people actually do this! and there is an app for it! how cool! i thought uber was pretty cool, pretty much easy money. all you have to do is drive people around to their destinations! renting your car out for someone else to use, is not up my alley, but hey its a great idea! and if you have insurance i guess you would be ok....or maybe not i dont know. it may depend on your insurance company. im sure if it just as profitable as uber or a taxi service, and easily able to make some extra cash, it may be worth it for some people. than you for sharing this Mike. look forward to the rest of your awesome ways to make money in time for christmas!!

For me, renting out rooms in your house is fine but personally, I would never rent out my car to people. A car is quite personal and it would just feel too weird having other people mess with the settings in your car and driving around in your car. It could also cause a few problems because they might have an accident with your car or they might do something illegal and you might get into trouble as it is your car. I'm not sure how insurance companies handle these things either if for example your car is stolen

Car renting is really a good business in where I come, it would definitely yield you a reasonable amount of money on a daily basis. Now car rental during Christmas periods seem to be a nice idea because it appears to be swift taking of business opportunity and timing.

Personally, I would put up my car for rental during Christmas period and I won't have any problem renting it to strangers so long as the strangers provide a good identification details in case of any troubles.

Renting a car to have money during christmas is not a bad idea. It is a great tip for me and I want to try it. But for me, I should sign up my car to grab or uber. Because they are well known car renting. I want to take risk at turo so I want to try it and earn more.

I do have a friend that started to drive for Uber and he is making around 20 dollars a month as its second job. I don't think is a good idea to rent our car, maybe we do gain some extra money... but after a while, we must repair our car (change the oil, filters etc) so, what we earn from renting we pay its repairs that would maybe not be necessary if we would not rent the car.

I don't think the damage get from renting the car, it would have still happened even if it would have been driven by the owner. When a car needs to pack up, it not necessarily about who used it, it more about the maintenance culture. Some people just want to drive their car without maintaining it.if a car needs to used as renting then it should be well serviced and maintained at all times.

If you've been doing car hire service before, this is the period to make the most out of it. As Christmas is fast approaching, a lot of people return home and usually need to hire cars for the little time they are going to spend at home before going back to their stations. During festive seasons, people commercialize a lot of things and make lots of cash from them. So, if you have a number of cars in your possession, you have resources that can generate you money this season.

Renting out cars is a very lucrative business and this is one of my hubby business, he has some cars in Uber and I know we make good money weekly and the money increases during a festive period that people travel more.It always a custom that during Christmas and other festivities people traveled a lot, so more money is made, it would be really a good idea to rent out one's car during any festive period and the ROI will be quite high.

For some it will be an excellent profitable business, but for others it will be a great opportunity to see a new city. For me personally, this is the most comfortable option for traveling, when I was in Kharkov, I booked a car here https://alin.ua/en/rent/harkiv

I rarely rent cars since I have my own car. Usually, I always rent a car when I travel to another country. The last time I travelled to Europe. It is a beautiful part of the world with well-developed public transportation. Still, I decided that travelling in a private vehicle would be much more convenient. On the recommendation of a friend I want to rent car ukraine and for a good reason. I looked at all the available cars online and choose a luxury car of a limited collection. When I drove this car, I felt like the country's president.
