What consoles do you own?

Hey guys,

since I am a long time gamer I have owned so many consoles through the years. I remember how it all started with my NES - I received it as a gift from my parents and that was it. I couldn't stop playing it. Every day, tons of my friends came over so we could play together and compete. It's one of my best childhood memories.

Anyway, through the years I have owned the NES, SNES, Game Boy Original, Game Boy Color, PS1, PS2, Xbox 360, 3DS XL and PS4.
Sadly though, the older consoles have either died out or I ended up selling them since I didn't have time to play it anymore. Now I am currently owning the Xbox 360 that I don't even turn on anymore. The 3DS XL that I still play, especially on longer journeys and my latest addition the PS4 - the best and most amazing console I've ever tried.

But enough about me. Let's hear it from you. Which consoles do you currently own? Do you miss the old ones?

I currently own the Xbox 360 slim but I don't use it very often because I don't have enough time, I work every day and I have to go to college at night too. Also, I don't have enough money to buy new video games because I have other responsibilities.
I used to have a PS1 when I was a child but that console died. It lasted me 6 years and I used to play with it every day almost all day.

I have PS2 playstation several years back. The game pad stick rubber part are torn due to wear and tear but the machine and gamepad are still usable. I like to simple games bought at the PS2 shop, most of them are pirated copies but worth it. My son doesn't play the same game that long, maybe a week and he would ask to buy a new game again. So no point of buying the original CD. He is still using the PS2 but not frequent because apps game are more fun now.

I currently own The Wii it is a good console but not as great as Play 4 or the Xbox 360. These two have a lot of great games that The Wii hasn't. Also, you can play online with people all around the world or with just friends. Besides that, I love to play The Sims on The Wii it is so much fun.

Over the years I have owned quite a few different consoles but right now I only own a Nintendo DS Lite, Xbox 360 and a PlayStation 4. Technically, I only own the PlayStation 4 because I gave the other two to my little sister and I haven't touched them in years, but I still like to count them as "mine". The PlayStation 4 is the only console I play on at the moment and it's the only one I need to be honest, it's a great console, doesn't have any problems and has some great exclusives on it as well.

I own an old PlayStation 3 that I bought a few years ago and I have played many games on it. I still do but I haven't bought any games in a while. There aren't many you can buy for it because it is old now but I like my old games such as Gran Turismo or Fifa and I like playing them. When a new PlayStation console comes out I will think about buying it.

I still have my PlayStation 3. This was a gift from my uncle last year and up until now, it's still working. But I rarely play it though. I usually play on my computer nowadays. But once in a while, I would try to game on my PS3 just to prevent it from being broken or whatsoever. It's a also a good time to clean it up too.

Well, i have owned almost all consoles, ranging from Xbox, PS1-PS3, and i regret wasting my money on them, although i really enjoyed them though, but consoles are waste of money and resources, i rather pay through my nose and get a good gaming laptop than a console. because with a console you will have to keep up with the new releases to stay afloat on the stream, and that's a total waste of money for me, when you can add some few bucks can get your self a gaming PC(e.g AlienWare), in which you will experience great UI and UE, with even more better graphics and Fps, with the right configuration, without even worrying about overheating the circuit board What consoles do you own?,

I currently own a PS3 and a Nintendo DS and I rarely play either one. I think that mostly has to do with lack of time, though. I loved my XBox 360 but it burned out a few years ago.

I've been nostalgic for PC gaming, lately. Someday I'd like to get a new laptop so I can join Steam and download old-school Seirra games like "King's Quest" and "Space Quest." My current laptop isn't really good for anything but word processing anymore.

My Ps2 Playstation game console is still at my place since I am that enthusiastic about playing games, even when the pad of the game got torn due to a result of constant using overtime, I had to get new game pads for my playing pleasure!

each time my friends, my brothers and even my neighbours feel like playing the game, they are always welcome for a real game player will always want to test himself against the best around. The Ps2 I have has been a tool for relaxing my mind after every stressful day.

I wish I had a PlayStation 2 still because it would be amazing to play some of the old games like Grand Theft Auto Vice City on it. I actually had a PlayStation 1 till recently but I decided to give it away to some kid because he didn't have any game consoles. Have you never thought of upgrading to a PlayStation 4? It must surely get boring eventually having to play old games all the time?

The consoles that I own and played way back was a PS1 and a Gameboy Color. I could still remember PS1's large rectangular box and that I need a transformer to play it, since it only requires 110V while our normal power outpot was 220V else I'd blow the fuse box if I did (which I accidentally did). I was really into playing those crash bandicoot (PS1) and lufia (GBC) games that time.

Now I only own a PS3 and a PSVita, unfortunately I work most of the time so playing the PS3 would most likely be out of my to-do-list and I'm quite the mobile type so, YAY PSVita! Last time I played the PS3, I was so addicted to Borderlands 2 and Ragnarok Odyssey Ace and I would spend literally almost half a day just playing them. Now that I'm focused on the Vita, I play FF10 remastered for now since I could continue when I want to and I was looking for an immersive storyline to have my free time worth my while.

In past I have owned PS2 and PS3. And after the release of Xbox and PS4, I stopped doing the console purchase. My cousin has the PS4 and the Xbox 360. So this was the experience I had so far with console. I think most of the modern consoles are good. It's just that you may find some consoles not much worth it as most of the games are going through PC these days. So it's reasonable to not buy them anymore.

I used to own a family computer when I was a kid. I had really fond memories of playing it together with my brothers. The family computer started it all for me. Next one I had was the Super NES from Nintendo. My classmate would come over my place just to play Street Fighter or Mortal Kombat. You were considered cool if you had those games back then. The last one I had was the original Playstation. The only games that I usually played were NBA and Smackdown. That was it. Those games kept me addicted and preoccupied during my teenage years.

I don't play on console and I'm also not going to play on a console in the future.
I think that you have a much better experience with games if you play them on a PC and not on a console.

Also, I don't really like the controler either.

I own a PS3 and a PC nowadays but I have a long running career in gaming. It all started with a PS1 back then. The PS2 came along and there were pirated games everywhere. This marked an era around here and many people my age had a PS2 with tons of pirated games. Then PS3 came and BluRay media made everything harder. That's when my interest in gaming started to decrease. Then job and university came along and nowadays I play mostly on the weekends

I owned a ps1 way back then in early 2000's, now when i look back to it it is still the best for me. The sounds are nostalgia and the games are innovative and unique at that time. I still live retro gaming consoles! We have so much memory to cherish when we play it when we are kids.

I currently own a Nintendo WiiU and an XBOX One. I play my Nintendo WiiU the most often as I am really immersed and entrenched in the Mario universe. I had a Playstation 4 but sold it as I didn't play or use it that much. Always preferred XBOX One.

I got my first console a PS1 for my birthday some years back. I have played some very good games on my PS1 and have safely kept those games. Later on I bought a PS2 and I can say that this is the best gaming console that I ever had. Ever since I got this PS2 I stopped playing PC games and I was spending hours playing games on my PS2 as the games were far more interesting. I then bought a PS3 about 5 years back. I love my PS3 and there are so many good games that I can play on my own or with my friends. If I have to choose about the best console then it will be a PS2 for me.

I've had any kind of console since I was a kid, and I mean all even the old Atari console. Like Atari, Nintendo, Sega, now PS and Xbox. I had very good times with Sega and Nintendo, games were cheaper those days and was able to have a big bunch. Right now my cousins and I have PS4 and we are getting a great time with it. I love the graphics, the internet social connections, some nice updates, and share tips and tricks on games. Not very good with Xbox unfortunately, but maybe is because I play more PS so, I think I'm lacking of practice with the other.

Hey, I own a couple of consoles, but my favorite one will forever be my PS2, I've spent so much time playing on it and I've done with with a lot of friends too. It is by far the most perfect console that has ever come out, not because of the graphics or anything like that, but because of all the games that have come out for it, which has proved that a console isn't great, because of it's technical specifications, but the games themselves.

Video games are something that I have grown up with and fell in love with more and more over the years. Of course it all started with the original NES, Nintendo Entertainment System. I still have my NES and I also have the Nintendo WII and XBOX ONE. All of these are my favorite systems because there are certain games on each one that I love. From The Legend of Zelda to Halo, you really can't go wrong with either system.

I'm also a big time fan of gaming but I don't like gathering many consoles, because I can do and play whatever game I like with my PC. I play all my games with PC, I will just purchase my favorite game either online or gaming store and I'm good to go.

I currently own xbox360 and I have many games to play like, nba2k14, nba2k15, nba2k16, nba2k17, dragon ball , left4dead, ufc, fight night and many more. But these past weeks I barely use my xbox 360 because I have new PC and I always play dota2 with my friends. Sometimes when I play xbox, I always play nba2k with my friends and we always have fun. What consoles do you own?

Is the Xbox 360 community still active? I mean, it has been quite a long time since the current generation consoles have come out so I was wondering whether there are a lot of people that still play games on the 360 especially considering the Xbox One has backwards compatibility. I'm not surprised that you play more on PC now, it is definitely a lot more fun to play on the PC than the 360.

I'm not really great at taking care of things especially those that are old so I can honestly say that those game consoles that I had on my childhood are literally gone and put into trash already. I remember my father bought a family computer from abroad and we use to play games from that console every time he came back from abroad. Too bad I can't remember now how it went to the garbage. But I'm sure it was broken by my younger sibling during that time so it had to be put away.

I don't have or bought any consoles on my childhood although I used to play with my cousin who was really into games during that time and most of the times we always went to shop who lets you rent gaming consoles like PlayStation until he had bought a Sony PlayStation 3 from Japan when he visit his mother. He migrated to Japan with his Mom so as of now I don't have any consoles as I'm not fond of playing games anymore although I've been addicted on playing games on PC and my smartphone not so long ago.

My last console was the Xbox one, but I didin't play it that much, so I guess it's the xbox 360. I used to be really into consoles a few years back, mainly because of the online play. I'd play games like Call of Duty and Assassin's Creed. But as time went on I found out you could build pretty nice computers that could run these games with better graphics, so I changed my gaming from consoles to PC and never came back!

I still have an Xbox 360 I bought a couple years ago thinking I would get into all the old games but, sadly I never did. I just bought black ops 2 and a years membership and played that for a year. I have a Playstation 4 that I no long play because I'm on pc now where the graphics are better and gameplay is smoother. Still have a gameboy and DSi that I also don't use. By far the PS4 is my favorite console I have ever touched and I know I will use it again when The Last of Us 2 comes out. Its just hard to get back into console because the games are expensive.

I own an xbox 360. I haven't upgraded yet because i think that the new console is pretty much the same as the old one. they only change the brightness of the resolution but the graphics are all the same. the only changes is that they put an exclusivity of games and can never be played to an old console. good thing that xbox modifies xbox one enable for us to play old games from the 1st xbox generation to xbox 360 to xbox one. If i have save enough money i will definitely buy one simply because it is a worth upgrade. but for now i will just stick to my old modified xbox 360.

I created myself as a player and play Association mode. I'm also into WWE 2k16, UFC, Konckout Kings, Mortal Kombat, Left 4 Dead 2 and Resident Evil. Maybe next year I'll purchase Sony Playstation 4 so I can play the newest version of God of War.

I think gaming consoles now are not going to be a hit like back then since desktops / laptops are now more dominant in gaming with new releases of high end video cards better online gaming experience.

having a console is nice if you're not a pc gamer, but in my opinion I have money to buy either a gaming console or a gaming pc I would choose the PC

my first console that I got was Playstaion1. It was given to me by my Grand father in my Mother side. That is the time that I hook with those game consoles. my second consoles that I got was PSP. I remember that right after I open my eyes after sleeping, I look first into my psp and play pokemon for just 30 mins I think. haha I play first before getting up and brushing my teeth. the only thing that I got to stop playing PSP is when I got my Migraine because of playing psp everytime and have no discipline at all. I forgot how to rest and play basketball on that time. now the only thing that I had to play games is my Desktop, I play nba2k.

I've owned the Gameboy Color, Advance, the DS, 3DS, then finally 3DS XL. I've never kept any for longer than two years. Looking back, it was a vast waste of money, but Nintendo are marketing masters, and I applaud them for making me want every new model that comes out even though I know there aren't many games aside from Pokemon that I would play with the console. Now that the new 2DS has come out, I want it too! But I am making myself wait to see if the Switch is worth purchasing. I'm attempting to learn from my mistakes and wait this time instead of rushing into a purchase only to sell it at a loss later.

But I have to say, Gameboy Advance was my favorite console. My fond memories could have been influenced by the wonderfulness that was Pokemon Sapphire, though. I also had a brief stint with a PS Vita, but that one didn't last either.

Before we have PS4 but it was sold to our neighbor because of financial problem during that time, I really missed those days playing with my brothers. But now there is so many computer shop everywhere that allows you to rent computers 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with internet connections, because I belong to average people we are not really poor and not also rich that's why we can't afford to buy PC. I've owned a lot of video game consoles. All of them were quite interesting because I like to play only in the exclusive video games. Personally, I've started to play in the GameBoy Advance. My favorite video game was Pokemon Emerald version. I've been played a lot in this video game because I like how the plot and the arcade genre was created in such an interesting Pokemon plot. However, with time, my GameBoy got broken... I broke it when I changed my house into the newer one.. Btw, at the present time, I play in the Pokemon Emerald version too. The thing is that there is an emulator of the GameBoy Advance and the free roms https://romsie.com/pokemon-emerald...eboy-advance-rom website that allows me to download a lot of video games for free!! Unfortunately, I don't have a console now, because not so long ago I decided to sell my ps4 due to the fact that I was losing too much time for games and entertainment. Now I can play sometimes on my computer, actually, I've recently downloaded civilization 6 from a website for free, and now I am trying to build a campaign there. I have plans to buy a PS5 because I am a bit tired of those computer games, but still, it is a bit pricey for me and I don't know if it is worth spending such a big sum of money on entertainment. Moreover, I am sure that the PS will take a lot of my free time.

I actually had every single playstation, however I still do not have the playstation 5 as I just could not get my hands on one. However, besides the playstations, I have a nintendo switch, which I am using pretty much recently. I ma playing the new Pokemon game, it is called Pokemon Firered.
