What is your opinion on the season 7 finale of GoT? [spoiler warning]

I must admit, this season finale is by far the best one that I have ever seen of all the seasons so far. It is just mind-blowing and full of twists! I did not really expect that LittleFinger will die! Although I've anticipated that before but I was still shock nonetheless. Never knew the sisters could play the game so well.

So many heartbreaking scenes and there are some good ones too. The best part about it is that we already know who Jon Snow really is. Although the theories were right all along, it's still very fulfilling to hear them coming from the show itself.

What is your opinion on the season 7 finale of GoT? [spoiler warning]

The breach of the wall was pretty obvious. Finally, the Night King and his undead armies are given a longer screen time.

Season 8 will air probably in 2019. So I guess we'll have to wait for a while. But hey, at least HBO finally went to the flow with the George R.R Martin's books. What is your opinion on the season 7 finale of GoT? [spoiler warning]

What is your opinion on the season 7 finale? Which part did you guess correctly? And which part were you most disappointed? Also, which part did you really like?

I liked the dragon scenes, both the scene where the dragon queen made her royal entrance to the gathering on the dragon and the Ice Dragon's blue fire explosive debut. A real show of force and at the same time some order. It's like the same calm wind that blows a fire breathing storm but not on the day of the gathering. I liked that Theon GreyJoy tried to redeem himself even through the bloody fight scene that showed a transformation of faith and purpose. I feel that that particular scene could serve as a message to many that even when at your lowest point and all the world denies you, have faith and press on and you will rise to the challenge no matter what or who you are up against. Little Finger got what was coming to him. They always say blood is thicker than water and trickery, no matter how cunning and misleading the character. He would't have seen his finger before his face as none of us saw his faith much less his neck slashed by his beloved's little sister. To every Little Finger beware that there just may be a lingering 'Little Sister' that will take you out finger, neck and all! If my recollection is accurate, he may have single handedly played a huge role in the feud amongst the kingdoms. He is lucky he only got his throat cut although there isn't much worst that could have been done to him! That Ice Dragon went through the walls as if they were made of waffles. That was quite an interesting scene. For a moment there I thought I was watching an episode of the Discovery Channel's EXTREME MACHINES in action and it was quite fascinating! Everybody needs a bit of Bran in their lives every now and then. Someone who can look beyond the walls of time and unearth some history and present circumstances that will erase all doubt and let true reckoning serve as the reality of our existence. Forget Jerry Springer, ask Bran who the baby father is why don't ya!? Season 7 went out firing on all steaming, snowy, explosive, furious, madness and mayhemic cylinders. Season 8 is the inauguration of a new order of calamity but at the same time it will be the beginning to the end, it will also be the end of a great beginning as the season disembarks on it's era thus closing that iron curtains on the Game of Thrones saga as we shall see this.

Good thoughts! I also loved the grand dragony entrance by queen Daenerys. I just think that it shows power and that he should be the one sitting in the iron throne since well, she's got dragons dug. What is your opinion on the season 7 finale of GoT? [spoiler warning] Although I was disappointed that LittleFinger has died, I also think that it's just needed because the there will only be one season left. Thus making him irrelevant to the final chapter. I mean, varys weren't even that helpful anymore. What do you think?

Well, With one more truncated season of six episodes left to resolve the story, it's almost dizzying to contemplate where "Game of Thrones" goes
from here. With Cersei (Lena Headey, delivering another mesmerizing
performance) betraying her pledge to assist in the fight against the
White Walkers, that would seem to augur two huge conflicts, as her
brother Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) warned, regardless of how the
first one turns out.

I salute Jamie Lannister for being strong and for finally doing what he thinks is right. He did not even care anymore about Cersei; hell he did not even care anymore about their unborn child! Because he knows that the prophecy will always come true that all their children will die nonetheless. So this time, he thought what is right and I guess he is heading to Winterfell and make peace with the Starks. But I also think that he will die during Season 8. Now that Bran already knows everything, there is no doubt that he will tell Jon who pushed him when he was little. And I also believe that Jamie will die saving Bran, or at least any of the Starks.

It is a really great episode. I love it so much. I really hate cersei. Well i know that will happen between jon and daenerys. Hahahah.. With sansa and arya i really did not see it coming, at first i'm really irritated with sansan, i thought she let little finger brainwash her and it makes me sick how she chose him over her sister so i'm really happy and surprise with the twist. Little finger deserves it though i know arya will kill him soon and i'm waiting for him to die a long time ago but i did not see it that way. Hahahah.. that revelation about jon is good too, atleast we have something to look forward to besides the war with the white walkers. The destruction of the wall with the dragon are already known because of those spoiler images that are spread in social media. But all in all it was a great job! Congrats to the game of thrones family!!! I'm excited to see what will happen next.

Yeah. Mine too. That Sansa and Arya scene really caught me off guard. But the said news is, we will have to wait for like another 2 years before we can get to the final season. It will be a long and lonely waiting game full of nostalgia. I just hope HBO would give us teasers from time to time but I guess that will just result to an uproar from the fans around the globe.

That was the most unexpected part for me, those girls really got me. Until last episode I was completely sure Littlefinger was playing Sansa the same way he did for 7 freaking seasons, and I was like... did Arya crossed the sea twice, and learned to fight like a man, just to die by her sister's hand? and there you go, my girl Arya gets another one from her list. Now we have to wait for almost 2 years to know what's next??? nooooo! This show really got me, seriously, I've lived every drama for good. Hope they make some kind of short webisodes or anything like it meanwhile.

I have a pretty solid idea how they knew what LittleFinger was up to all along. And I think you also know by now how they found out and eventually played it and went with the flow with. Still got no idea? BRAN!! You remember on the first few episodes of S07 Bran was home right? And he is the three-eyed raven now. Which means, those times the 3 Starks at Winterfell were already talking and the ladies are for sure asking Bran a lot of questions. And we know how they can be sneaky sometimes without LittleFinger knowing. A game well played indeed.

It's fine not until they totally killed tormund and Berrick. That will be a shame cause Tormund is one of my favorite characters. I want to see him together with Brienne, not until that, his character should be kept alive. Please GRRM!

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

galegatling
Not sure if you are assuming that they already died or not. But I'm certain that they escaped because Westeros needs all the help they can get now. And remember, Tormund is a special character of Game of Thrones too. And also remember, he still has to make babies with Brienne so if that doesn't happen, Game of Thrones will be one useless show. That is what we call a well make GOT season FINALE. In short, someone must die, it can be the favorite character by the people or someone we hate so much. But in this last episode I was screaming at the top of my lungs when the Stark sisters played Little finger in to their unexpected trap. When Arya sliced Little finger's throat is a priceless moment. You really gonna love the GOT twists every season. Probably the next season will be aired after 1-2 years but it worth the wait guys What is your opinion on the season 7 finale of GoT? It was a great episode but I thought I was going to watch the War on this episode. I love the idea that Jon Snow is not a bastard neither a Sand he is a true Targaryen and I don't know if you know about this but, The Targaryens like to reproduce between them so, this final with Daenerys and Jon was perfect. I had my suspicions when Jon touched the Dragon and the Dragon didn't do anything. I never imagine that Lyan Stark and the Targaryen really loved each other and the Robert rebellion was a lie. The true heir of the Iron Thron is Jon Snow now Aegon Targaryen. I can't believe I just wrote that. I think Daenerys is going to get pregnant and maybe It is going to be a dragon, can you imagine that?. But, now I am so scared because the white walkers have a Dragon it would be difficult to kill. Also, I can't believe that Jaime left Cersei good for him he deserves an applause for being brave.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

If ever Daenerys gets pregnant it won't be a dragon for sure. Lol. Yeah, actually there are two Aegon Targaryens which makes it really confusing. Was expecting the fight at the end too but I guess that event will be up on season 8 next year.

I've always watched GOT from season 1 to season 6 but I haven't watched any episode from season 7 because I've got so many things to do. I've heard from my friends and colleagues that season 7 was by so far the greatest among 7 seasons of GOT. I look forward on watching season 7, one of these days.

I thought, when the night king revived the dragon, the dragon, instead of spitting fire, was going to spit ice and it was going to freeze everything. But I was wrong, the dragon still spitting fire but, instead of regular red and orange fire, it was blue fire. I really wanted that dragon to spit ice and freeze everything.
About Lord Baelish, finally someone killed that man. Since season 3-4 I was hoping someone kill him because that character was really mean. I really hated that character.

I never expected that Cersei would be pregnant again. I will love to know whether she will be able to give birth to this child. I knew that Littlefinger was on Arya's list but I couldn't believe it when Sansa ordered to kill Littlefinger. I was quite happy about this. I have had enough of him. I want to know about Sansa's and Arya's future now. I never expected that Cersei would say such a thing to Jaime. I guess that Jaime will now side with Daenerys and Jon to fight the Night King. I knew that Viserion would have attacked in the last episode and this is what I call an epic ending. I am wondering what Tyrion is crafting now. He did not seem happy when he saw Jon entering Daenerys room. Is he in love with the Mother of the Dragons?. I guess I will have to wait till 2019 to find out.

I'm still suspicious about Cersei's pregnancy despite her well placed belly rubbing while talking to Jaime and Tyrion. I still think she is delusional if she thinks the people are going to accept an heir that is the product of incest. Cersei seems to have forget that Walk of Shame real fast, but we'll see how it plays out. I really liked Littlefinger, and was sad to see him go. Littlefinger brought such a calculated method to playing the game, but we still have Tyrion and Varys keeping that alive. Also the last season will probably just focus on the war between the living and the dead which Littlefinger is not needed as much. I was shocked too, by how Cersei talked to Jaime. Their incest love was supposed to be epic. You know them sharing a womb and everything like she told Ned Stark. I guess all that power has really gone to her head. Hats off to Jaime for doing the right thing and keeping his word. Hopefully it will make a difference in the end. I think Tyrion was worried when he saw Jon entering Daenerys room, but I think he saw it as inevitable as well. He pointed out Daenerys always seemed to fall for the heroic, and Jon Snow is that. I don't think Tyrion is in love with her, I think he's worried about how this will impact Daenerys and her securing the Throne. Yea 2019 is way too long for 7 or 8 episodes, but I hope they do the show justice. I may have to create some fan fiction to pass the time while we wait.

Well, for sir Jamie, I'm pretty sure he is heading back to Winterfell to seek allegiance with the Starks and apologize for his wrong doings or mistakes. But the only thing that's bugging me is, Bran is there. And guess what? Bran and Jamie? Loooool! It will be a disaster if Bran tells Jon that Jamie was the one who pushed him when he saw him and Cersei mating. I believe sir Jamie will die on this final season; but in doing so, he will also save a life, and that life will be a Stark.

Although I wish that there were more episodes in this shortened season, it was still one of the best yet. I really can't wait to see what happens when they realize that the white walkers have an ice breathing dragon. The way that the story continues to evolve continues to amaze me because you just never know what is going to happen next. GOT is the best show that I have seen and I am anticipating the next season.

It was an amazing episode. But I do feel that things were being rushed a bit. I feel that they are trying to put as much into each episode because they know that next season is going to be the last and they don't have enough time to drag out stories and various plots. The ice breathing dragon scene was just amazing and I did not think it would look as good as it did so well done to those who worked on the computer generated imagery. I just wish that Littlefinger could a better death, he deserved so much worse for what he has done.

Oh you think so too? Same here! I just thought that season 7 was in rush. I mean, unlike the previous seasons where major events and happenings take so long to happen, season 7 was quite the opposite of that. We don't even see episodes of ships sailing or their preparation. I mean we do see some previews but that just about it! Next clip we see they are already in formation or has arrived at the destination. I mean that's fine with me since this is a fictional show. But I guess I am just not used to it yet.

I loved it!. It was a great episode. I really had thought Cersei was going to kill Jaime. And I loved the way Arya and Sansa plotted against little finger, even Bran help a little. OMG! and I need to know if Tormund is alive! He needs to have babies with Brienne, he deserve those giant babies lol. And the escene where the wall fell was awesome! The dragon spitting Blue fire was great... The boat scene... It was inevitable, everyone was expecting it. I liked the way they made it.Tyrion was just a little weird for me. Why doesn't he like them together? I don't know. The part when Sam and Bran found out about Jon's real name! oh sweet jesus! I screamed so loud! Aegon freakin' Targerian, Robert Baratheon's rebelion, the secret wedding, everything was perfect! I loved it !

Another victory for GOT, I can say. It still doesn't fail to amuse and amaze me. From the beginning until the last seconds, all worth my time waiting for it and watching it. I am always surprised by what's happening on them, how the plot change every second and the odds that cowardly shifting sides. I always try to guess what will happen next and always fails to do so. On the episode itself, I knew from season 6 that Lyana whispered to Ned the real name of Jon Snow, and it's not really Jon Snow, and here I found what I've been looking for, he is Aegon Targaryen, the heir to the iron throne. There's also the point that I got so nervous when Arya enters the hall and I'm thinking, no don't kill her, please. Until, Sansa speak the name of the person that is charged by murder and treason, it's little finger. Suddenly, I got hyped up, and like, serves you right, you cunt. I'm glad that the Stark children knows how to trust each other, and believe only in their family and didn't let little finger do his dirty trick again. P.S. Arya was so awesome when she cut little finger's throat, she's so fast.

The revelations in the story wasn't much of a surprise for me since most of it was already revealed via GOT's own posters like the knight king riding the dragon lol.

The things that I find most climatic was the meeting in king's landing of all the main characters it was a thrilling yet sad moment to see them all together would mean something dramatic would happend but also meaning that the show is coming to an end What is your opinion on the season 7 finale of GoT? [spoiler warning].
Danny and Jon's sex scene at the end was a nice addition ( one of the most expected I guest ) , but as a man I feel that Danny could of shown more skin like in the previous season.

well those are some of my thoughts and I can't believe we need to wait another year for the next season. GOT is really milking this one.

It was a great season not the best but great none the less, I wish we had more episodes though. I'm really proud of Sansa for her growth in character, I believe her character is the most realistic as we were able to see her go from naive young girl to a strong intelligent woman with cunning and discernment. I still don't see the point of Johns's plan to capture a white walker just so they could prove something to Cersei, and all they did was lose for that decision anyway. Because of that decision they all almost died, we lost a dragon and now the white king was able to take down the wall. The feel of the season was also a little different from the others I got the feeling that the writers have slacked off a bit on GOT intricacies and details, so many holes in the plot. Got is still my favorite TV show tho and I can't wait for season 8.

I had a very dramatic experience in my head while watching the last episode of season 7. I hated Littlefinger so when he died it made me happy but, I also felt bad because he loved Sansa. I think it was his manipulative ways that got to me though. When Jon and Danny had the love scene everyone knew it was coming so it wasn't a big deal too me and I was just waiting hoping for it to happen. Then Bran told how Jon is a Targaryen and my whole body got chills after finding out. I couldn't put together if they were brother sister during the love scene or not as I was not too familiar with the Targaryen family tree but, the next day after the episode aired I did some research and found out Danny is Jon's aunt. All in all the ending of this episode was the biggest surprise I have ever experience in any movie or series, I wanted to scream and tell my girlfriend about it but, shes only on season 2 so I kept my mouth shut. It was hard.

I will say it out loud that that producers never disappointed all the fans of game of thrones out there in the world. That season finale is so interesting and thrilling for me especially in the night kings last ditch in bringing down the wall with his dead dragon blue fire.

As the wall crumble, I had severe cold chill down my spine as I was in awe and my heart is itching already for a new season but I know it will be a long one year wait. So my wait for watch just begun.

How was it? Sooooo SAAAATTIIISSSFYYYIIINNNGGGG! After waiting for six seasons, they finally killed off that annoying runt Little Finger. You should have seen our reactions back then, they were priceless! We were like "oh my gosh, it's finally happening, it's finally happening". I tell you, when Aria finally slit that throat, we just went bananas like chicks on spring break. We stood up from the couch almost at the same time and screamed "YEEEESSSSSSSSSS!".

Ahem. Sorry I got carried away. Anyway, I agree with most of you. This is definitely the best season finale ever. Although I still have my worries about what is to come next season(this is GOT after all!), but everything's looking alright so far. I seriously hope that the producers and writers won't pull off another awful surprise next year.

I loved the season finale so much. It's like watching a movie because the story is just so thrilling and the twist in the story is surprising. My favourite part in the finale is when Sansa and Arya teamed up to finally end Little Finger's manipulation. Sansa is my favorite character in Game of Thrones ever since and watching how her character evolved to be an intelligent lady of winterfell inspired ofcourse by Little Finger the genius of manipation made me proud.

First of all it was amazing season seven exceed my expectation even though they took years to finish the movie it was worth waiting. I love the dragons, the armies, the queens and kings, and all of the characters in the movies. The dragons can actually wipe out an entire army so when they show a bow that can kill those dragons I was worried because I am rooting for Daenerys Targaryen to be the rightful ruler but then it the weapon was used and hit a dragon while Daenerys Targaryen was riding it and it didn't die which is a relieve for me. Then as the episode goes until Episode 6 where the dragon was killed by spear thrown by the leader of the White Walkers is very unexpected and I think it is more powerful than the two dragons left so I am hoping in Season 8 that the two dragons will survive. Additional does those dragons has gender? Can they breed new dragons? For the armies it seems that the armies of Daenerys Targaryen is being defeated by the army of Cersie Lanister which is frustrating since I hate Cersie Lanister because she blame things happen to her children but actually part of the reason they were killed is because of her. I really like the idea that Queens not Kings are fighting for the throne which is actually great in terms of girl power. I really enjoyed the movie it took me 1 day to watch the Season 7. I know Season 8 will exceed my expectation and it wil be worth waiting like Season 7.

I LOVED IT!!! Yes, the ending had too many questions left unanswered, but that's what makes you crave GOT. It's the suspense and thrill we get to feel whenever we watch it. Each and every episode of this series makes you want more, and twists and turns of the details make me feel nothing short of awe. The writers and creators are truly geniuses. If I haven't seen a commentary on youtube about the real birth of Jon Snow, I would've thougt that he was Robert's son. It never came into my mind that Lyanna and Rhaegar were in love. I always had this idea that all Targaryens except Daenerys are evil, so knowing Rhaegar wasn't, came as a real surprise. It gives me this real sense of thrill and amusement of what could be Jon's and Daenerys' reaction upon learning that not only is he his nephew, but the real heir to the Dragon Throne. What Sansa and Arya did to Littlefinger, I did not expect at all! I really through that Sansa was being stupid again. I through I had to hate her again, now that I'm actually beginning to admire and love her character. Cersei on the other hand, is darn stupid. I knew she is, but not that stupid and selfish. I mean, she is not fit to be a leader at all since she only looks after herself. She loves Jamie yes, but not more than she loves herself. I'm really looking forward for next and last season. I kind of feel bad it's gonna be the last though. I really want more of it. Oh oh oh! With Night Kind having his own dragon, I jusst don't know what to expect of that last and final battle.

Well, the final will be on 2019 I believe so it will be a long wait. We might probably even forget about some of the scenes unless we would watch some of them back. I hate long hiatus and breaks in between seasons. It's like, I might forget something or some quotes or words from the previous seasons and I can't relate anymore to the latest one. :/

My opinion about the final scene, I really hope the last episode is called "A song of Ice and Fire". I think nice ending scene would be Samwell and Gilly just died in the bed of old age together with their son, dusting off an old book next to them on an old wooden table. It simply reads, "A Song of Ice and Fire" By Samwell Tarly. Then the next shot is his son walking the book to the Citadel.

Haha I went to the response part as I haven't finished watching the 7th yet because of work. I'll come back later to give you my thoughts about this season. So far its really great to see Daenarys again together with Jon Snow and I'm looking forward for a great finale. Too bad Its just seven episodes only cause what I do is avoid all of possible spoilers on the internet especially on facebook about every episodes or scenes on a particular series, wait until the finale airs then download and watch all episodes at once. Yes its really hard not to see spoilers a particular one is the introduction of Ed Sheeran on the series.

I feel ashamed to say that I've completely lost interest in this show. I used to be huge fan for the first five seasons. Kept up with every episode, bought the merchandise, and even bought and read all the books in hardcover collector's editions. Then for one reason or another, the show just dropped off the face of my world during season six, and I never looked back. I've read all the spoilers and everything for the recent season, and while the events are epic, somehow I just don't care anymore.
