What is your Healthy Breakfast?

Breakfast is the first meal eaten in the day and the most important. Without it one becomes irritable, restless, tired and sometimes disoriented.

Eating a healthy breakfast gives us the nourishment and energy needed for the day.  It reduces the risk of obesity, heart disease and diabetes.

Honey Bunches Of Oats cereal, oatmeal, turkey bacon, or a bagel with cream cheese. That's about as healthy as it gets for me. I don't like 'bran' anything really.

Barida
Cheese has been part of my daily meal and I have to say that it has contributed in making me a better person and even contributed to the way I think. Many people may not really understand the role food we eat play in our lives till they fall sick.

Cheese is also one of my favorite breakfast food, well I love to make grilled cheese sandwiches, there's nothing like melted hot cheese in a sandwich.

DenisP
Well all things considered, that isn't exactly that unhealthy of a breakfast. Oatmeal is extremely heart healthy and good for you in other ways, so it's why I include it in my daily breakfast as well. Turkey bacon is a great, low-fat substitute for regular bacon and I actually prefer it to pork.

The only things that are a bit iffy are the cereal and bagel. The cereal mostly because any relatively sweet cereal has way too much sugar in it. The bagel is mostly on my blacklist for being loaded with carbs, but if you're not on a low-carb diet it's definitely no big deal, especially if it's whole grain.

I have a very similar breakfast. Sometimes I eat healthy and sometimes I don't. I am really varied with my diet. I could do a bit better with the healthy eating side of things. It would be helpful to do that.

I had honey bunches of oats too. I will add fruit to it, if I want to up the health factor. This is just one of the ways to make the breakfast a bit healthier..protein or flax seeds makes it a bit healthier too

I think oats a day can definitely help the health. And some of the time it can be good for the body for those who have gained weight. I'd say on that note it'd be reasonable to make better rules with the breakfast. Having some sort of the calorie counter works. But that would be pushing the body a bit too much.

I track what I eat pretty often. It is not fun to do, but I know if I don't I will give myself permission to eat too much, and especially too much of the wrong thing. It is important to kind of keep the lid on.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

I personally find it harder to find how to track the eating. I am finding it harder if you ask me in that case. There seems to be many things that may affect the health. I can tell you that breakfast is something people should be seriously understanding in that case. I would prefer to understand how the breakfast may some of the time may affect health. So i tend to focus on what can be done with the health.

My healthy breakfast is just rice and fish. I also love to drink chocolate drink. After eating I love to have dessert that is something sweet like chocolates.

Eating breakfast in the morning is good for the body. Most especially if it is healthy breakfast. I think healthy breakfast is eating fruits and vegetables. But sometimes because of lack of money to buy food. We just settle for bread and coffee.

For breakfast, I usually eat either oatmeal or cereal, then I add fruits, mainly banana or apples, then I have a glass of milk which I sometimes replace for a chocolate drink. Occasionally I eat toast with eggs, tomatoes, and mushrooms.

You really have a lot of time to prepare your food during breakfast, and it's really healthy, I think you really have a healthy lifestyle, and enough time to sleep and wake up early to prepare that kind of food. Because in my case, I really hate to move a lot every morning.

Yeah, it really requires you to wake up early and set time for meal preparation plus exercise, which also means that you have to go to bed earlier. It takes effort, but you eventually get used to it and I personally feel so much better with this routine.

Oatmeal and cereal are quite healthy foods as they pack a lot of essential nutrients, including fiber that is absorbed slowly in the body. When I have work to do early in the morning, I have oatmeal or cereal because they are easy and quick to prepare.

Same here, banana or other fruits is regularly on my breakfast list. But mainly, eggs and bread is my usual breakfast. Its very easy to prepare specially on a busy morning. I love to have heavy breakfast specially on working days.

I also loved eating a heavy breakfast before, but with less time to prepare and with my goal of losing weight, I just stick to toast and eggs + fruits and milk because it's very easy to prepare.

I can't eat too much in the morning and i know it's not good because breakfast it's the most important meal of the day but i try to do that by eating healthy food. All i can eat to breakfast is milk with cereals or bread with butter and honey and a cup of forest fruits tea or a plate with fruits(oranges, bananas, apples and grapes usually ).

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

treecko142
Being the "most important meal" of the day is just an exaggeration really. As long as you meet the recommended daily value of nutrients you should be taking, there's no problem even when you "skip" breakfast.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

aeon
I don't believe in that theory also, we can skip that breakfast and eat a lot in lunch, and sometimes it's hard to eat during breakfast it could cause of stomach ache or having bad stomach for the whole day, and instead of expecting a good day it will become your worst day.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

treecko142
Yeah, it still depends on a person's preference on which eating habit gives the better food experience. however, it still helps to have a good diet and avoiding food/drinks that could lead to acid reflux when you haven't eaten in the morning.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

fishbate
I agree, some people don't have an appetite in the morning and usually just go for light foods like cereal, milk or coffee or a fruit. I guess it still depends on your body. Before i had a day job i just usually go for a coffee and a peace of bread in the morning. But when i'm working regularly my body seems to ask for more. You really have to your body needs as long as you eat healthy foods.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

treecko142
Definitely, your body is still the greatest indicator when you need to eat more food, although sometimes your body asks for too much and you need to discipline yourself so that you won't get fat; in other cases, you may feel no need to eat but then you have to force yourself to eat otherwise you don't have energy for the day.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

You should never eat "a lot", just enough as we all surely know where eating a lot will lead to. It's also way, way cheaper not to stuff yourself full every day, so there are absolutely no upsides to eating "a lot" at all.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Judas2018
I agree. I skip breakfast a lot. Sometimes lunch too. I usually only get to have breakfast on weekends, when I actually have time to cook or go and purchase it.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

treecko142
I also used to skip breakfast when I had a much tighter schedule and have to work early in the mornings, but it helps to keep some snack with you in case you really feel hungry during the day.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

aeon
Yeah me too. I don't have any specific time to eat, if I'm not hungry, I'm not going to eat, But I'm addicted to coffee, most of the time, coffee is enough for me and cigarettes.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

treecko142
As long as you're not experiencing acid reflux, coffee is fine. However, I'd say reduce, if not stop entirely, your smoking habit because it would only lead to health problems.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

I think light breakfast is a good thing. And some of the people should consider the breakfast for say staying up. Make sure not to skip the breakfast. Because that would surely affect the health.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

treecko142
Breakfast is essentially the first meal you eat after waking up (to break your fasting period from sleeping) so it also depends on your body if you feel hungry/ if you can feel signs of body weakness due to hunger. Of course, if you have something to do later on in the day, it's best to eat first even if you don't feel like it so you won't get hungry during the day.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Yes most of the time I have late breakfast and it does have issues on my health. I have to set a proper routine. And things need to be changed. I guess on that note you can see that healthy breakfast with say oatmeal and cornflakes can be a good option.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

They're good, but it's important to have variety every once in a while in your meals or you end up just not eating breakfast again because you're sick of eating oatmeal every day.

It’s going to depend on ever individual’s metabolism, though. For example, my mother absolutely has to eat something in the morning or else she is going to feel weak for the entire day. A lot of people are the same way.

I, however, actually intentionally avoid eating breakfast sometimes. I can go the entire day without eating, no matter how much intensive work I have. That being said, if I were to eat breakfast, I absolutely have to have lunch as well because I’ll end up feeling quite weak, which doesn’t happen if I hadn’t eaten anything. I think it has something to do with blood sugar levels.

But in any case, everyone knows how their own body works best.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

Yes. Having a good healthy breakfast is quite important because it is the first meal of the day. You don't have to eat too much, you just need to have the right amount of foods. You mentioned that you like having cereal, bread, and butter in your breakfast which is nice. But I would also recommend you to have eggs in your breakfast because they contain a lot of protein and other vital nutrients.

I usually skip breakfast, a cigarette and coffee are just perfect for my day start. I know it's not healthy but I just don't feel like eating in the morning. However when I have a morning appetite, I cook myself some scrambled eggs, or chocolate cereals with milk, or a hot cheese and salami sandwich.

For me my favorite healthy breakfast are sunny side up egg perfect partner for dried fish with matching cabbage. They are very nutritious and very affordable, and besides they are very easy to prepare. You can serve it just for a couple of minutes that is why there is nothing to worry even if you are in a hurry since it is easy to cook and very convenient because it can easily be find anywhere. I would love to partner my breakfast with a hot milk of chocolate to make it more yummy and nutritious. Breakfast is the very important meal of the day for me because it is the time that we need more food due to the long hours of making asleep.

I love sunny side up eggs as well. I have never had dried fish for breakfast, I must admit, and I do not personally know of a lot of Americans who eat fish for breakfast. Most restaurants only offer fresh-water fish or salt-water fish on their lunch or dinner menus. I have gotten to where I like to eat pho for breakfast, and there is an awesome place near where i work to get this. To me, it is comfort food, and it gives me a great deal of energy and fills me up in such a way that I usually don't even need lunch after i have had it!

They usually say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I love making smoothies for breakfast with a delicious blend of any fruits I have in the fridge. Just like the waffles Mom used to make, I also like multigrain waffles that are high in fiber and low in fat Perfect for a nice Sunday brunch too!

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

cess08,
I agree with you that smoothies can be really awesome for us, especially if we fill them with the right ingredients. I also have a friend who uses breakfast waffles, the kind you toss in the toaster, as "sandwich bread", and puts salami and cheese and ham, you name it, on his waffles with mayonnaise and mustard. I was laughing at him about this one day, and then to prove his point, he made me one, and it was delicious! There's a place near my house, called Smoothie King, and a large smoothie from there, for me, is like two meals, and I take it to work with me and sip on it here and there all day.

I've heard about a lot of benefits of smoothies, too. Having it add up in your daily course of meal would really give you energy throughout the day. I'm starting to make them, too. I have it ready as my breakfast. Start your day right, right?. Lol. Then throughout the day I'd eat mainly cooked vegetables with either white or black rice.

I actually have a few favorite things I love to eat for breakfast. Really, anything on toast or a bagel and preferably on wholewheat and tasted; I always enjoy either avocado or guacamole. Other than that I enjoy any type of nut butter on my my toast or bagel. I also love an apple with my nut butter. I strive to get my protein or at least start off with fruit or vegetables first thing in the morning. Then if it is a cold morning I do enjoy oatmeal or cream of wheat with any fruit or nuts in it that I might have on hand.

Normally, I prefer taking tea with mash potatoes and fried eggs in the every morning. It's a light food for me to take and head out straight to work without feeling too heavy. I usually have brown bread with olive butter and a cup of coffee for breakfast. However, what I have is not 100 percent healthy. I think that the healthiest breakfast is a bowl of oatmeal with low-fat milk. I allergic to milk and that's the reason I can't have oatmeal in the morning. You can also try to eat fruits and drink freshly made fruit juices.

The food we eat on a daily basis can contribute so much to how we live and enjoy life and the truth of it is that many have developed one sickness or the other as a result of the type of meal that they take. For me, taking that meal that is not heavy in the morning is the best choice for me in the sense that I work better at the office as a result of that. There are mornings that I just take a cup of tea and bread before going to work and feel okay. There are also other days it is all about enjoying some noddles prepared with pepper before I set out for the day.

I think that tea and bread is an ideal breakfast for everyone because it's the most light food one can make easily in the morning before going to work without having to worry about wasting lots of time to prepare the meal. Cup of coffee and maybe a toast or two around 9 AM. This whole "most important" shenanigans has no basis in reality really, and you only need a little something to get your blood sugars in order, and a full meal is total overkill for that. I wouldn't worry too much about it, especially if you don't do any hard, physical labour. I work on a computer and that kind of a breakfast gets me easily to 6-7PM when I have my main mean.

Coffee can be good but I think for many people coffee can also be unhealthy. As those with blood pressure and the tension should not take coffee. And also it may lead to concentration of the kidney stones. So people need to be really careful with this. Not all the time it can be a good option to be honest.

I usually eat my breakfast right after waking up so it varies. Anywhere between 8-9 AM. My favorite healthy breakfast is definitely oatmeal. It's quite good for you, low calories, high fiber and you can pour some nice milk over. I often also add some fruit such as banana or strawberries. Delicious!

Oatmeal is definitely great food not only in the morning ,but anytime of the day, especially if you wanna add an additional meal for gaining weight, on the other hand you can diet on it, by cutting other meals and replacing them with oats. Of course, you can add something like fruit to it, for some variance.

Hi! I am a Filipino and we have this very owned set of breakfast which I assure you all that is healthy and could really complete the energy we needed for the entire day. I myself do also love this set of breakfast and I termed it as "heavy breakfast" perfect for those who do not taking diet but rather want their day to be complete. So here, my healthy as well as heavy breakfast is that so called tapsilog short for TAPa, SInangag, and itLOG. He in the Philippines, we termed fried rice as sinangag and egg as itlog. So in other words, my healthy breakfast is fried rice with tapa (made of beef) and egg. I matched it also with hot coffee every morning and fish sauce with tomatoes as my condiments. Hope you will like it too! Yeah! It is oily and meaty perhaps but it is really filled with carbs we needed to work for the entire day.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

MissTery
However, to answer seriously your question and setting aside my fave and heavy breakfast. The perfect healthy for me is already suggested by the others and that is oatmeal for a morning with milk. Oatmeal is very rich in fibers but low in calories. Experts do also suggest that it is very good food to start our day. Furthermore, it also has an ingredient which is good for the heart. All in all, oatmeal is indeed a perfect healthy breakfast.

Are you sure you want to delete this post?

I have always heard that oatmeal is a great start to the day--it is high in fiber and has a lot of carbs. Also, you can add milk to it for calcium if you want. I like mine with dried cranberries or raisins, a little brown sugar, and some almonds or pecans. However, that starts to get a bit like having a "desert" for breakfast, so I am not sure how healthy that really is. There are many days, if I am honest, that i just skip breakfast--that might be even unhealthier than eating an unhealthy breakfast--not having breakfast at all, that is.

I am not sure if this is healthy or not--but I really like to toast some bagels, make some eggs over easy, and put avocados on the bagels, then the egg s on top, and have that with my coffee and a glass of water with lemons in it. I get the "healthy" fat of the avocado and also the good protein kick from the eggs. Then, if you add in the carbs of the toasted bagels and the coffee, I am ready to attack my day. Is this healthy? Probably not as healthy as eating some dry cereal or just some fruit and toast, but I really love this satisfying start to my day.

I usually neglect eating healthy breakfast because I need to go to work early in the morning and I have no time to prepare. I go home late at night and wake up very early in the morning to avoid traffic. Of course during weekends, since I don't have work in those days, I usually prepare oatmeal with yogurt and raisins. I put these in a jar, let them cool for an hour, take out from the fridge then voila, the breakfast is ready. I have seen this menu when i was watching YouTube videos about healthy snacks and breakfast.

Sometimes I don't eat ordinary bread loaves. I prefer eating the wheat ones.

These foods I mentioned are good sources of protein. Good way to start the day with some exercises.

I eat the same breakfast every day, because I've simply found a combination that really works for me.

For starters, I drink a cup of kale juice and follow it up with a hot mug of green tea. That always jump starts my morning and provides plenty of vitamins and antioxidants.

Then I have a nice big bowl of muesli with oats, puffed wheat, sunflower seeds, corn flakes, and raisins. I wash it down with a cup of kefir yogurt (which is amazing for your digestive system thanks to all the good bacteria) and finish it off with an apple and peanut salad.

It's a breakfast loaded with protein, vitamins, and fiber, and is honestly enough to keep me going for most of the day.

I don't eat breakfast at all. I feel sluggish and sleepy whenever I eat something in the morning. I just drink ice cold water in the morning and that's it. I don't drink coffee and I don't feel hungry when I wake up in the morning probably because I sleep late and eat midnight or post-midnight snacks. What I do have is brunch which is just the perfect morning meal for me. It usually consists of rice with meat or fish dishes and a vegetable side dish. We also have fruit for dessert. This theory on breakfast has been proven untrue. For example I intermittent fast and after a certain period my body gets used to missing breakfast and even lunch and I don't get hungry anymore. However on my cheat days I have breakfast. I love french toast and a cappuccino. I then also have a banana and a glass of juice. Eggs are probably the best for breakfast. Today I ate fried rice, one sunny side-up egg and two pieces of salty dried fish with sweet pickled vegetables. I don't eat rice often more so as breakfast fare but sometimes I crave for some fried rice and one of my favorite filipino dish to go with it is Fish Bacon commonly called here as "Daing" and ""Tuyo" it's sun dried heavily salted fish and cooked best when deep fried, this goes well with a sweet and sour vegetable appetizer called "Atchara" .

Just this morning I eat fresh fruits as my breakfast, it was a red apple with a hot lemonade and with a combination of grapes. It may be too expensive but I think it is really worth it because we are talking here our health which we should take into consideration. Grapes are known for having a lot of vitamins that fight cancer and other type of diseases. While red apple is being refereed to as a healthy fruit because it makes the doctors away, and lastly the lemonade give us the vitamin c that we need to boost our immune system.

If I had the ability to always have some eggs and fruit it would be that but I always seem to mess it up somehow and never have the right combination on hand when needed. I do like some toast too but that usually means butter which is not the best. I cannot just do egg whites though but I wish that I liked them more.

Larryl332,
I think that eggs and fruit makes for a wonderful start to the day, and if the eggs are prepared in a certain way, then they are not really that fattening and they provide an incredible source of protein for the entire day. I am not an egg whites guys either. In terms of the fruit, you could buy tupperware and then portion up the fruit into daily amounts for seven days each week, and then you would always have them on hand for your breakfast! That;s what we do at our house, anyway. I like whole wheat toasts and sourdough toasts with Irish butter. That hits the spot for me!

My break fast today was a chicken soup with a mix of delicious sotanghon. It is one of my favorite specially during rainy seasons. I decided to cook and prepare such breakfast because it was raining in our place and I feel cold about it. Aside from being delicious and nutritious, it is also easy to cook and to prepare in just a few minutes then cooking will be done and ready to serve as well.

I had cook a hard boiled egg for me to have much strength through out the day. Of course the cheese hotdog was also there since it is one of my favorite. I know that eating hotdogs are not really healthy but I just sometimes eat them rarely and in moderation. I also had a delicious and yummy fried rice, I really like it especially when it is hot and the smell of it really makes me feel hungry. Eating fried rice was one of my daily routine during weekends to give some time for my self to eat other food aside from eating bread in the morning. I also had hot a milk chocolate to give balance for those food that I prepare and to give my body the nutrients that I need. It was really a good breakfast for me because it was very convenient to have.

This probably isn't the healthiest option, but most of the time I will skip breakfast. Typically, I'm not very hungry in the mornings. When I do eat breakfast, I'll settle on cereal like Cheerios or Kellogg's Krave, and sometimes a bagel with cream cheese. Again, even when I do eat breakfast, It's not the healthiest, haha

My favorite healthy breakfast are fruits because it can easily be digested by our body and it is full of nutrition and I think it is very rare now a days to know some people who are doing that way since most people that I know consume rice and other viand as their breakfast. But I do respect what they would prefer to eat at their breakfast since the only important here is that we are all eating healthy foods and enjoying the food that we eat and that is the most interesting part here. We should avoid unhealthy breakfast as much as possible such as drinking soda in the morning and eating junk foods which are not really good for our health.

A glass of hot milk and a BLT Sandwich would be a good healthy breakfast for me. Sometimes I crave for bacon and whenever I have a chance I make a BLT sandwich, by frying several strips of bacon to a crisp with 3 pieces of lettuce leaves, 5 slices of tomatoes, pickles, mayo, hotsauce and mustard.

A BLT Sandwich is a complete breakfast meal with the bacon giving me protein, the vegetables that gives me vitamins and minerals along with a hot glass of milk that gives me calcium to strengthen my bones.

Oh yes, I love BLT's! I could eat one of those at any time of the day at all! I like to slow bake the strips of bacon in the oven--that really gives them a perfect texture--I find that when I pan fry them that I tend to over-cook them at times. I only put mayo and tomatoes and lettuce on mine, though. I like going to the Waffle House here in America too to get bacon and cheese sandwiches for breakfast. it is a guilty pleasure of mine, but sometimes I just can't help myself, lol.

I'm a pretty slow person. The mornings are always so hectic that I tend not to eat breakfast. So what I do is prepare it the night before. I blend fruits and milk into a smoothie and chill it in the freezer until morning. That way I could sip on it while walking to work.

It's 2:20am now and I'm going to prepare breakfast at 5am. It's going to be sweet strawberry jam, butter, hot breakfast rolls called Pandesal and coffee. My family loves strawberry jam on hot bread during breakfast.

My idea of a healthy breakfast would be a large muffin with a pat of butter and an 8 oz glass of juice. That's how I imagine what a healthy breakfast would look like. Something light to eat, just to get you started for the day. But that's just my imagination. Ask me if that's what I eat for breakfast? NO! My breakfast is a cup of coffee, maybe 2 cups.

It's abnormally hot in the Philippines right now, which should be cool more so it's already October. That's why we're having cereals for breakfast. Earlier I had Kellogg's mixed with Fruit Loops and cold milk.

Our Breakfast for today was Fried Rice. it's my special fried rice with peas, carrots and leftover cornedbeef, eggs and chorizo. Along with spicy canned tuna flakes sauteed with a lot of onions and some fried potato wedges. It was so delicious and filling. I chased it with hot chocolate and it was great.

I agree with you, breakfast is indeed a very important part of your daily diet and skipping your breakfast is not good for your body. whenever you eat a healthy and a nutritious breakfast in the morning, your body is able to reenergize itself and you are able to remain active in your work all through the day. I don't have a fixed menu for the daily breakfast, but a glass of milk and one fruit along with some carbs and proteins are always there in my breakfast. I think my most favorite dish in the breakfast will be scrambled eggs or an egg omelet.

There was a Holloween sale yesterday and the hotdogs have a good discount. I bought 4 kilos for about $10 only, I also bought a tub of magnolia brand mayonnaise and a lot of baguettes which where half priced $1 for 4 baguettes which measures two feet each, I bought 2 dozen, so I guess we'll be having hot dog sandwiches for breakfast for a week.

A healthy breakfast for me is a breakfast full of proteins. I think that eggs, sausages and bacon are the perfect breakfast. I think if you have coffee or tea have it with a nut milk or full cream. In the last year I have learned to eat the low carb way. I find that I feel less bloated and my body feels better. I also stay fuller for longer. I think a high protein breakfast is the way to go. All the bread and cereals make me feel a bit weird.

Earlier today I had a spiced ham sandwich with mayo, tabasco, lettuce and onions along with 2 cups of strong instant coffee. After that I ate a banana.

My favorite breakfast is a pair of eggs and sausages, paired with a hot cup of chocolate drink. I really love their combination, though I don't always get to have a breakfast like this.

We had French Cheese Toasties for breakfast earlier today. My son who's 14 was assigned to bring some appetizers at school so we cooked about 40 pieces of French Cheese Toasties. Basically it's just French toast but we first spread cheese whiz on the bread and then we rolled it and fastened it with tooth picks. We then made a batter and soak the rolled bread in it. We then deep fried it in hot oil, after draining we finished it off with some powdered sugar mixed with powdered milk. It was delicious along with some hot milk chocolate.

If you're in a diet, I suggest that take a banana every morning. I don't have much of time to take a heavy breakfast so I only take banana. It does really gives me a full energy for my daily workload.

My healthy breakfast is rice, banana, egg and milk. I can't function well if I don't eat enough for breakfast so I made sure that I get enough nutrients to keep me productive.

Eggs and Salad are my healthy breakfast. I've searched online about eggs and I've found out amazing things about that food that I'm not even aware, it has so many health benefits and because of that I get more compelled to eat Eggs. I also eat Salad in breakfast because just by looking of it you can tell that it's healthy, it consists of small pieces of vegetables being cut down to pieces, and vegetables are good for our body.

Hello everyone, I recently became the father of my child. The perfect breakfast for him is milk from this beautiful site. This site was suggested to me by my friend, whose wife, too, cannot feed her baby and they did not know what to do. But stumbled upon this site with milk for a baby. By the way, my baby has never had an allergy to this milk, and he eats it perfectly and, moreover, a lot. What is your Healthy Breakfast? In short, if your wife or girlfriend has the same problem, then go to the site and take this milk for yourself, it is really very high quality, and for the baby this is all that is needed.

Organic really is good and we should all try to eat more. It is hard to find it in this time when everything is GMO.

By the way, actually I have so many stories when doctors turned out to be incompetent and patients were gradually dying and it is so scaring. One of my friends has diabetes t.2 and once his doctor decided to change the med he needed to take. It was invokana which replaced his usual meds, at the very beginning he was really satisfied, however side effects started to appear and we all thought that it would be actually unreal to live with so many disorders caused by this med. It's perfects that now he recovered, however I encourage everyone to be attentive and check Drugwatcher.org in order to be aware of what you're going to take.

To be honest I don't always eat healthy, so I might not be the best person to ask, but my usual breakfast includes milk and cereals, I also choose cereals without sugar coating, so I guess you could consider it healthy ;)

I don’t make anything fancy for myself, but I actually add extra ingredients to my husband’s breakfast. You see, he has low testosterone, so we’re trying to increase it by introducing specific products into his daily meals. It is known that vitamin D3 is important for the production of testosterone in humans, so I make sure that he eats some kind of fish for breakfast: salmon, tuna, rainbow trout etc. I also ordered a food supplement called Testogen, my husband takes it every morning. Testogen ingredients include everything a human body needs to form testosterone, all sorts of vitamins, minerals and herb extracts. After my husband started taking this supplement his mood improved significantly.

There is no generally accepted definition of what constitutes a good supplement, and many products marketed as supplements are not. Many industry leaders have made claims for specific products they regard as effective but which have not been subjected to rigorous scientific testing; thus, statements about a product may not be backed by rigorous science. I started to order vitamin supplements from https://vorstcanada.com because I began to have many health problems. They were because I followed a destructive lifestyle.

I agree with you 100%. I am in my 80s, and honestly, I believe I am alive because of my healthy lifestyle. Breakfast is my favorite ritual. I savor it for two hours cause I like to start with porridge or granola with yogurt, continue with an English breakfast, and have coffee with dessert. It's perfect! But since my husband died, it has been difficult to est alone. MY children hired for me a professional nurse, a young girl from https://homecareassistance.com/palm-beach. I love her cause she makes my days brighter and funnier. I feel alive, younger, and have the motivation to stay healthy.

Usually, my https://homecareassistance.com/palm-beach sitter prepares breakfast for me because I'm not at an age when I can cook for hours. I have a smoothie made with spinach and almond milk, usually with a frozen banana; sometimes, I add peanut butter powder or cacao. It tastes like peanut butter and jelly smoothie if I add strawberries. I don't like to eat greens, so I usually hide them in things like smoothies. You can also make zucchini baked goods - it's very tasty!
