So how to make money from Halloween?
10 Ways to make money from Halloween
Method #1 Run a Haunted House!
People like to get scared, boo'd and frightened during the Halloween holiday and they'll pay you for that experience too! There's lots of ways you can do this, from turning your own home into a "frightening experience" to renting out a warehouse or mansion and going much bigger. Creating your own Scary Experience which people walk through and get scared in different ways along the way. Sort of like when you go on the ghost train at a fair ground.
You could do something like this very much in your own home. By turning it into a haunted home for Halloween and charging people for the experience. You could charge up to $10 admission and give them a tour of all the different rooms through the house or have them all start off in the living room and have to find their way around the house to find clues and things to escape or something and make them do crazy things Saw style sort of thing lol
Your location would help. And you'd have to advertise it as well. You'd have to put up signs in your neighborhood around your block and and that pointing to the haunted house and put admission prices, contact details, social medial pages whatever that talked about it, gave directions etc all of that.
If you're in a good location that has a lot of people walking around that would be up for that, you are basically onto a winner. If you charge $10 per admission and get only 10 people show up, that's $100. If you did it everyday or weekend including the 31st for a few weeks that could be $500+. Let's say you do 3 runs a night for 3 weeks and get 6 people per run. That would be $180 per night. $180 for 21 days = $3780.
Doing it everyday would be better to increase the amount of money you could earn from it though. And it would basically mean whoring out your house/home to random people you might not otherwise want in your home lol. But people do do this and it is catching on and can be quite lucrative and worth doing.
If you're in a good location with lots of people around, you could do quite well from it! The owners Fear Overload Scream Park, a Halloween haunted house attraction in California made over $200,000 in profits over the Halloween holidays. They provide a full on scary and gory experience though from fake body parts to zombies and other ghastly experiences. They even once gave someone a heart attack! LOL

If you love the Halloween season though, and can do this, it can be a way to make money while having some fun with your friends and family too. It will require some planning and investment as well though. You'll need to do the advertising part but you'll have to be creative to make the experience a fun one worth paying for!
And the good thing is, the more you do it, the more people will know about it so following years you can earn more and more from doing this method. Those guys at Fear Overload Scream Park took several years to get off the ground but are making great profits now.
You may have to pay people to man the front of the house and ensure only so many people are inside at once and do it so that you had a showing every hour or something giving you time to reset your tricks and scares and things inside the house and put treats around they can grab to give them something for their money lol.
You could offer drinks as well but you'd need a license to sell alcoholic beverages. You might also need a permit as well if you are doing anything that requires it in your local area or country, city. Check there aren't any restrictions and regulations governing this type of business for Halloween.
And it's not just from selling tickets where you'd make money either. You could offer things for sell at the starting entrance and when they leave as well. You could sell things like costumes and masks they could wear or crosses and bibles and things for "protection" lol

You'd have to really kit out your house though. Remove anything valuable lol. Hide your gold and stuff you know! And put up sheets and add in some monsters or zombies and things. Things that jump out of wardrobes and run off and sounds and smoke and challenges for them that kind of thing.
Basically the more creative you are, the better the experience you provide. The scarier it is the more they remember it. The more they will recommend it to other people and come back again next year or tomorrow with some friends again. The more money you make each time. And you'd have to declare that if it makes you more than you need before you do have to declare. But that's just life and the profits are there for the taking.
Well that is method 1 on how to make money on Halloween by turning your home into a haunted house!
I hope you'll like it and it inspires you to do just that! That would be awesome!
Would you or have you ever turned your home into a haunted home for Halloween?

Thanks and happy holidays!

Damn, that is scary! But very good and creative and, why not, profitable. I've always hated halloween, to be honest. That's not because I don't like to dress weird or scary, or because I don't like to give little kids candies. No. I'he hated halloween because of its philosophy. That is the day to drink, eat, have fun and that's all, nothing special to celebrate even. Prove me wrong, but there are holidays more interesting and with more fun than that. Nevertheless, if you are some kind of a Grinch as I am, you can get some money from a Counterfeit money shop like that one and have fun yourself. Huh, have fun and happy halloween!Could you tell me some more information about it? Let’s talk in PM [quote]Damn, that is scary! But very good and creative and, why not, profitable.
