Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe...ONLY 3 ingredients!!

I love peanut butter cookies! I always make those packaged one you get from the store though. I tried making my own one time but it just wasn't a good result. LOL I am so trying these today, I have all of the THREE ingredients..that's right 3 ingredients!! Cool huh?

Heres what you need
1. 1 cup of sugar
2. 1 cup of peanut butter
3. 1 egg

Here is what you need to do to get these amazing peanut butter cookies:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F
2. In a bowl mix the egg, the peanut butter, and sugar together.
3. Roll the dough into one tablespoon sized ball, roll that ball in sugar and put it on the cookie sheet.
4. Take a fork to make the criss cross pattern on the cookie.
5. Bake for 6-8 minutes.
6. Let the cookies cool for about 5 minutes and then remove them from the cookie and sheet and place them on a cooling rack.

I absolutely love home made food, nothing beats it! This looks amazing and also so simple, definitely something that kids can even make as well with it being so simple. I love cooking myself but sometimes even though I do love cooking I don't always feel like spending hours preparing something that will get eaten within minutes. This is right up my street and perfect! Will definitely bee trying these. Thanks for sharing.

Please upload pictures! I really love peanut butter and cookies. Thanks for the recipe, it seems pretty easy. My neighbor cooks some but she adds choco chips to her mix. For me, those taste delicious, but is just I love the peanut butter and chocolate combination. Have you ever tried to add some crushed peanuts, or any other toppings? Do the mix allows to make shapes with it, like using cookie cutters?

Wow--this is so simple. I am sure I could walk down the hall right now and grad these ingredients in my kitchen and whip up a batch of these in no time. This is pretty tempting, actually. Peanut butter cookies are my favorite, actually. I like them even better than chocolate chip cookies also. They are more tasty and filling, if you ask me. Thanks for this recipe and for the post.

Wow! Great recipe! I just love peanuts, I love them a lot. My doctor advised me to eat moderate amount of peanuts daily, as I have been suffering from nutritional deficiency.

I think it would be a great way to fulfill my daily dose of peanuts. It sounds yummy too! A bonus for me (yay).

Oh its very nice and affordable, thank you for sharing this recipe.My mother loves to bake and it is her hobby, i will teach her how to do it in a simple way.Me and my brother want this kind of recipe, we always buy all the ingredients to make a cookies but its very expensive.So we will try this recipe with a cheap and easy way to make a cookies.

Oh wow! Two of my favorite foods in the world, cookies and peanut butter and what is more amazing is you combine these 2 in one amazing recipe. I would say that I have big passion on eating food and maybe in some other time I would try this recipe to create this amazing cookies so that I can eat them. Can't wait for that day to come. But for now I just eat peanut butter all by itself hahahaha, I just love eating peanut butter alone more often than eating it with bread. I know I'm not the only one, I bet a ot of people love to eat peanut butter all by itself too. In terms of cookies, I even like cookie dough Ice cream and now I'm hungry. Interesting post and as much as I would desire to try it out, it's not going to possible because I am allergic to peanuts. If I accidentally eat it or anything prepared using it, the attack I experience is not funny as I would be rushed straight to the hospital.

I wish my health condition would allow me to enjoy the most things it's depriving me from enjoying but anyways to those that could have these, please do have it and enjoy.

Finally I found another way to put some twist in my cookies. And this time is peanut butter. Peanut butter is one of my favorite partner of bread. So I think it goes well also in cookies. Thank you for giving us the ingredient on how to make a peanut butter cookie. I will definitely do it and I hope my family will love it.

Thanks for the receipe. This looks like something that I would absolutely love to try. It also looks pretty cheap. Normally cookies have so many ingredients and the ingredients are really really expensive. This is a welcome relief. Normally cookies are quite easy to make, put people over complicate the process yet it does not make a substantial difference to the way that they turn out. Cool receipe, I'm definitely going to be trying it out.
