Kids will be kids. And, you can't blame them for making noise and having fun. Children are often noisy and make noise while playing outside.

So what's the big deal? At least the children are playing and having fun and not running around doing violence in gangs. You can be thankful for that. Yes?

There is a difference between just playing and making noise with being a perpetual neusiance to ones peace in the community or neighborhood. Let me give you a clear picture of what I really mean; have you ever lived in a surrounding where there is a dog that never stops barking? It ruins everything for you. It will practically deny you any atom of peace in your whole day.

Children don't know any better but to be noisy and they are not hurting you. So they should not be discouraged. If you are sleeping, then you can simply turn on a fan and put cotton or plugs into your ears to block out the noise.

Sometimes we'll get annoyed of their noises and sometimes we'll get worried of what danger that might happen to them for staying outside the streets but whenever I'll remember my childhood days, I would say that I was once like them also. There are times that my guardians were also annoyed because of us but I'm thankful that they let us be because I had a happy childhood. So, if the noise is just coming from their laughter because they are having fun with the company of each other, playing games, jamming in music and exchanging thoughts and ideas, I just let them be and extend my patience and understanding to the best that I can. However, if they what they are doing is too much to take and becoming very disturbing to us, then it's the only time that we remind them of the right thing.

In my neighborhood we don't have issues with noisy kids playing in the street. We do though have neighbors who play Spanish music loudly at inopportune times of night. I got over it though, I live in New York. People have been doing that since I was a kid. Every neighborhood has at least one.

Oh yes, that would be me, I have a boy and he plays outside with its friends but they are nine in the number and the street is very small, so, the noise is really higher. This really disturbs me, but there is nothing that I can do because they are kids and they play football and different games, I prefer them to play in the front of my house then going in other places!

I believe this happens everywhere unless the children in that neighborhood are strictly restricted by their parents not to try that which is usually around the territory of the rich because of the many toys, gadgets, and space at home to play with. But for the average not too rich homes with lack of most playthings at home, there's bound to be these disturbances.

The solution is just moving away from such vicinity is one can't cope, being busy at the time or being out of the house during those hours because talking to them might do much.

This must be really annoying. I can totally understand how you feel. My neighbor is very inconsiderate and he has opened a garage next to his house. He starts working very early in the morning and I no longer have to set my alarm now. All throughout the day, you can hear the rumbling sounds of the engine and this is very frustrating. We have reported him to the authorities and we hope that they will take some action soon.

Exactly, kids are kids , like also remember you did experience this before right?. The best option for you to do is to talk to them, like lower their voices or probably just let them play on the other streets or houses. And if they didn't listen then probably the last option you have would be talking to their parents.

Maybe I'm an exception or should I say it is the way that I was built, but the truth is that I feel comfortable when kids are around me and irrespective of the fact that they make lots of noise and even want to play with you, I don't see that as an issue with me. The thing is that my dad is a lover of kids and always play with them and even at church, he is the bible teacher for kids, so I had to borrow that attitude from him.

Honestly? It's a joy to see children playing on the streets. There has been a lot published about kids being addicted to technology, locked in their rooms and not going outside and all of the bad effects. There are kids that play outside in my neighborhood and I'm like: “WOW! Kids still do play outside!”
