If you could have anyone as your dad who would it be and why?

Let's say just for kicks, you could have anyone in the world be your dad, that you would be the son or daughter of. That could be anyone at all. Someone famous of today or someone famous of yesteryear. Some famous scientist or astronaut or a singer or an actor or a comedian or something. Someone from the bible even. Anything! And anyone at all. Who would you like it to be and why?

As for me, I think I'd like to have the son of Gilgamesh. Gilgamesh is fabled mythological king of superhuman strength who built his city walls to protect his people and was said to have survived the Great Flood. I think he'd be quite a cool dad to have.

Either that or someone funny like Jim Carrey. I love that guy and there'd never be a dull moment with him as your dad!

Who would you most like to have as your dad, if you could and why? If you could have anyone as your dad who would it be and why?

i lost my father when i was six years old and for those years he could seldom get to be with us because of his job until he died of illness. With that i missed a lot about my father. Deep in my heart i know he loved us. If I have a time machine and would put me back to the time before I was born, I wish my father would be like Gepetto who's job is already at home, an ever forgiving father and who also looks for possibilities.

in modern times I like my father to be the microbiologist and immunologist, Dr.Myron Wentz. i am happy with his achievements. i would also be able to use his products free for life. I will have a free travel and can also participate in the outreach programs. it is really nice to have wishful thinking. Thank you for this wonderful question.

If I am given a chance to choose a dad, I would have someone who is a reliable, trustworthy and very much dependable type of dad. I wouldn't really care as to how he would look as look as he can be that type of dad I'm looking for then everything would be good. My dad just sucks, he left us and got himself a new family. It's not like I hate my dad, I still love him but the reality is a reality, he is never the same as before and he already left us.

If I could have anyone to be my dad, I'll keep choosing my dad over and over again. Because after all, he's my dad and he is one of the first person who cares and protects me when I was a kid and even now. We enjoy many things like biking from town to town, singing in karaoke and playing games in our house. It's our way of bonding and at the same time, our relaxation. Even though we have quarrels sometimes, at the end of the day, we still be a father and a son or maybe good a bestfriends.

No one in the world could replace my dad, we have this unconditional love in the family, that we don't expect anything from each other, to be together is what matters.

I will no replace my dad and I will choose him over and over again. I have the greatest dad on the world why should I replace him? Whatever exchange I will get, I will choose him over and over again. He works hard, he really loves our family, he knows everything, he is capable of doing everything! He always sacrifice for us, he really look after us before himself. Even though sometimes, we have some problems, still, he is my dad and I accept him.

If i could pick, i would pick my imaginary papa. I always have this ideal perfect gentleman in my head. He's just the full package. Very loving and understand, strong, sweet, incredible and a romantic husband to my mum.

In my situation i will not replace my dad even he lacks sometimes providing what we need but he is my dad by blood and i love him i don't want to change him to other dad form. but if i have a chance just a second dad like a close friend who also gives advice it would be okay with me we could mingle to each other and have some fun but replacing my dad status would be a big no.

Even if I came from a broken family and I grew up without a father beside me, I'll still choose my father and ask not for anyone to replace him. His absence in my growing up years doesn't erase the fact that I am his own flesh and blood. But if there'll be any chance, I mean hypothetically, I just wish that there would be enough time for us to bond with each other.

If I would have a chance to choose, I would still choose my father. We may not agree on so many things but there is no one in this world that I want to replace him. He may not be that showy and sometimes easy to get angry. He may not be as rich or as sweet as any dad is, but still, he is the best dad for me. Maybe things have changed now but I will always cherish every good memories that we had.

If I had a choice I'd pick a strong, old-fashioned dad. I respect my father a lot by I utterly disagree with the things he put me through as a child and as a young adult. In other words, I'd choose the dad I wish to be for my future possible child

This is just for kicks so I'll probably choose a much better one with better genes of course,. Not only a smart and strong one but has potential to became a leader someday and probably a cool headed person who thinks and do things logically. Mostly the opposite of my father. I admit though that I don't agree well with my father during these days because he was almost not with us for our almost our entire growing period so I get used to on being alone with my siblings not having a father who can we always see at home. But whenever he's home, we're really not that close enough to enjoy each company at all. I'm quite a rebellious child am I?

If I'm given a chance to change my dad, I will probably choose my one and only idol Leonardo DiCaprio. He would be the awesome dad for me like there are no other reasons for me talk why he is the best. But on the other hand, I wouldn't replace my dad at all he's just the best dad for me , he want nothing but the best for me even though I lack some things that couldn't live up in his expectation, still he's the best for me.

I would chose Bill Gates. He is a billionaire and a genius. I could inherit his empire and maybe I could be genius too in the world of technology. There's so much that I could learn from him. And I think it would be so great to be the son of a rich person in the world. He's helping many people through is foundations. And I could be able to help poor people too.

My dad is also caring and gentle and wouldn't want to see us lack any need. I just fell in love with him as I grew up and would do anything to make him happy in life. So, I agree with you that there is no need to replace such a dad.

I've got the best dad in the world and wouldn't want to change him for any reason. One thing that I really love about my dad is his humility and the way he tries to get things going at the expense of his happiness. I wouldn't want anyone to replace him yet for the Lord gave me the best dad in the world.

Well if I could choose anyone to be my biological dad like on a whim? It would've been my late stepfather. Who was a lot easier to get along with and overall relate to, than my biological father.

I love my dad and he is irreplaceable. I have learned so many valuable life lessons from my dad. He always taught me to be strong and never give up. My dad's life has never been easy but yet he is always positive. My dad is the only person who believes in me and keeps motivating me. He has always been there to support me and stand by my side. I can't imagine my life without my dad. He is the best dad in the whole world.

I lost my dad a few years back and there really is no one else I'd like to have as my father. I'm not easily impressed by people or celebrity. My dad was a single parent for a long time and he was just the best. He sacrificed and worked hard to send us all to school and to give us a comfortable lifestyle. He was a man who always managed to see the good in others. Unlike other parents I know, he didn't see his children as investment from whom he can profit in his old age. He always wanted to give. Whenever we wanted to reciprocate, he'll give us even more. He only wanted us to pay forward and never backwards. His mother was the same type of parent and I would be the same kind of parent to my children, too.
